The food and ingredients seem to be of high quality and after getting an Asian Shrimp pizza for myself and sharing it with my co-workers today, all of them expressed to me that it was very delicious! In addition to pizza, they have pasta, salads, chicken wings, sandwiches and appetizers. I haven't tried them all as of yet, but I am definitely working on it. The crust was perfectly baked - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cheese was gooey and flavorful, while there was plenty of meat. The only reason why I gave a four stars is because I feel like the crust got soggy as I made my way to my final pieces. Nothing in the oven can't fix if you're eating it at home. The service was excellent! The gentleman was super nice, pizza was made in 15 minutes, and even got me a plate and napkins when I changed my mind from taking it out to eating it in. Decent food here but I've experienced an issue with almost every order I've placed. It's been issues with not receiving items entirely or items not made correctly as well as delivery taking forever. This time the service was prompt and efficient, but the pizza was horrible. The most of it was underbaked and we were able to only eat the center and threw away the rest of it. After we ordered, my husband noticed that the restaurant had a C rating and that they were carefully hiding the sign where it was extremely difficult to see. If we hadn't already ordered, we immediately would have left. Luckily we did not see any violations while we were there, and we did enjoy our pizza- but I don't know what was going on in the kitchen/back as many standards were not met according to their rating. I ordered the meatballs and spaghetti. I got the parmesan with the spaghetti. I couldn't get it out of the shaker so I opened it up and when I did I found it was rust all in the top half of the lid. All for a very fair price. Customer service was excellent. Treated me like I was a long-time regular, even though it was my first time there. Can't say much for the ambience, as it was takeout on a Friday afternoon, but it is spacious, clean, and had several TVs. I'm sure it's a blast for football season.
