My order today consisted of 5 separate orders from 5 different people at work. The receipt clearly showed 5 separate orders on it. The restaurant packed 5 orders into 4 containers, mixed orders together and didn't label anything. We had to open every container just to see what was inside and even had to remove food from one container and place it into another before giving it to the person who ordered it. Under normal circumstances, this would be unacceptable... but in today's climate, how can this possibly be the best a restaurant can do to encourage the safe handling of food??? Aside from that, the phone app said "you will receive an email confirmation" when your order is ready. I never got an email from WingStop at all. The food was warm at best. Sadly, there isn't much competition for WingStop in our area, so I will most likely be going back one day... but I really think keeping separate orders SEPARATE isn't too much to ask; and if you don't have a cool sticker to identify what's inside each container, perhaps you've heard of a Sharpie??? read more

Made an online order, my order was incorrect. Along with the order I had an offer for free fries and that order was also incorrect. Couldn't eat the fries because they were SUPER /EXTREMELY salty. Called regarding both orders. According to the rep..only the fires (free) would be replaced but not the wings. I requested to speak to a supervisor. The rep came back and stated "she" the shift lead didn't want to speak to me, because she was on a break. I then asked for the district manager's name and corporate's contact info. The rep came back and stated I could speak to the lead who was coming off her break in about 2 mins. Or I can leave a bad review. I've have never...(guess there's a first) been dismissed this way as to the person in charge doesn't want to talk to me, because they are on a break. What is this? If you could avoid coming to this location I would! Been here twice and each time was unpleasant. Never coming again. The staff is very unprofessional and immature. The cursing is like no other and you can hear them making fun of other customers while you're waiting for your food. Which takes forever mind you. The first time coming I waited almost an hour. So my girlfriend decided she wanted to order out for dinner tonight. Luckily Wingstop down the street is open til midnight! We ordered pick up/online. When I get there I was welcomed by Ely, order was ready and hot I can feel the heat coming from the bag, as Ely is checking the order making sure it's complete I noticed my girlfriends had made a mistake on the online order snd accidentally ordered bone less wings, and she meant to order classic, I called her to verify the order and she indeed made mistake. Ely without hesitation ask me to give him a second and he went to the back tp speak to the supervisor Rohit and they both came back out and ask if I wouldn't mind waiting another 8-10mins for the classic wings. These guys were kind enough to remake the order although it was the customers mistake talk about kindness, initiation from Ely and great customer service from both the gentlemen. So I placed an online order for pick up around 1245. My errands didn't take as long as planned so I thought "hey maybe they started my order already" I popped in around 12:25ish and asked if it might be ready? Cashier at the front says 5-10mins it'll be ready. So I take a seat and wait. 2 guys standing around just talking in the back. A few other people walk in and order, another few come in and pick up. It's now 12:40 and there's a man waiting in line, another waiting to pick up and a cashier on the phone. Someone finally comes from the back and asks if they need help. Today was the first time my bf and I order from this location, we've worked up here in castaic for a few years now and were so excited when a wing stop opened up. I ordered online before they opened, got there, and there was already a line. We waited maybe 10 minutes only because they were working on a huge order. Had it not been for that order I'm sure there wouldn't have been a wait but that's not wingstop's fault. Some people actually left because there was a 45 minute wait, but you would think to be smart and order ahead! Nope not these people. One elderly couple seemed to be agitated waiting and kept grunting and asking for their order. The man was unnecessarily rude. We got our order within 15 minutes and the sweet lady even gave us complimentary drinks. I did notice when we left that they forgot and item so I went back in to get it, she apologized and gave it to me which was totally fine with me I could see how busy they were with that one huge order. I placed an order the day before Super Bowl to ensure I would not get shut out from ordering. I scheduled for a 3:00 pm pick up. When I got there the place was packed. I know, it's probably there biggest day of the year. I walked up to the register and gave my name. The cashier looked and looked for my order. Could not find it. I showed her the confirmation email and she continued to look. After 5 minutes of looking, another person (who said she was the manager) told me that they found my order but it was not ready. I asked how long it would take and she could not tell me. She stated that it was only 3:04 so it wasn't that late. Looking at how many people were there to pick up and others walking in, I said that I did not want to wait and asked for a refund. She said that she could not do it right now since I placed the order via the website, but she said that she would process it that evening or the following morning. I asked for some sort of documentation showing that she would process the refund and was given a copy of the Internet order she had which she signed. A week and a half later, still no refund. Horrible service and business practices. I walked in at 11:50 pm. hungry after a long, tiring shift at the hospital. They wouldn't serve me any real food, said they could only serve fries because the boneless chicken fryer gets cleaned at 11:50 and the bone-in chicken fryer at 11:45. I get it to some extent, you wanna leave early, get off work and relax or do whatever, but that should only happen when it's slow or you have no customers. Like why have a closing time that says 12? Plus he told me if they didn't close down the fryer until 12 they would be there 'till 2:30am. Really? That 10 minute difference is really gonna add 2 1/2 hours to your clean up? Get outta here.
