This location is fantastic! They move quickly without sacrificing the quality of each persons sandwich. I will say the amount of meat and cheese seems like the slices are paper thin.. wish they were a little bit thicker. The workers are always friendly, and make sure to get your order correct! I order gluten free sandwich and they are diligent about cleaning the board for me and asking if it is an allergy! Store is small, more of a grab and go situation but you can sit there. read more

Every time I come here I am consistently let down with the quality of food I receive. To make matters worse, I have reached out to Jersey Mike's customer service multiple times & never receive a response back. So, I think it's safe to say this is the last time I will be returning here as I do not feel Jersey Mikes as a company values their customers or the quality of food they are serving. Food: As mentioned above, I have consistently been disappointed with the quality of food I have received here. Today, I ordered a #13 on Rosemary Parmesan Bread that initially looked ok until I took the first bite. The bread was extremely stale & old tasting to the point that it was inedible & had to be thrown out. It's super unfortunate too because they have clearly raised their prices so you'd think at bare minimum their food quality would also rise but instead has only lowered. Too many times I have come to this location only to leave completely disappointed. If you're looking for a good sandwich I highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

Usually fine food and service but I just picked up an order and an employee by the name of Joe, manning the station right behind the cash register, just looked me in the eye and continued to work on his tablet. No smile, no greeting, no "someone will be right with you". Nothing. I am so sick of this terrible caliber of customer service. The back of Jersey Mike's bag says that they are "all about friendly service". Fortunately, a nice young lady did eventually provide that friendly service, but if Joe can't greet or acknowledge customers that are standing at the cash register, clearly in need of service, then I don't understand why Joe is working there at all. read more

I had such a pleasant experience today at this Jersey Mike's location. I got a #5 regular on wheat and of course it was delicious, but what sets this location apart from others is the staff (Ian & Autumn) The store is super clean, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. There was a person in front of me and the crew member (Ian) acknowledged me and told me he would be with me as soon as possible. I highly recommend this location and if you have Ian or Autumn helping you, you are in for a treat! read more

Disappointed with food items " the lettuce and tomato " After having 102 degree weather, stood in line to place my order. Noticed 5 staff preparing and not one notice the poor condiments especially the tomato full of juices in tray. I proceeded to place my order hoping I can enjoy my sandwich and sure enjoy the lettuce was stale and tomatoes were rotten. So disappointed after spending $ and tip. Mgmt should eye the counter better as well as schooling young staff to slow down on preparation not drowing the oil and vinegar or seasoning. Slow down on speaking, theres no rush. When one says light or enough then stop pouring. After I said it the customer said the same thing. These young kids are mentally programmed and need to listen to human directions. Pay attention to detail including condiments. I'm better off making my own for less price and more quality. Won't be back there any time soon read more

Jersey Mike is usually pretty good, but today I ordered for my daughter and I from Doordash and the order was COMPLETELY wrong... it had my name on the receipt but instead of two tuna subs, I had one ham ( we don't eat ham) and one chicken with a ton of jalapeños on it, so couldn't eat either, didn't even get the drinks right... ordered two ice teas and got a bottle of yellow Gatorade. My family and I have had the same experience 2 weeks in a row. The service was terrible. They could not get our order correct, they mix up the bread on the top and bottom of 2 sandwiches because they were too busy talking to each other. The second time, they were hollering over the counter to their friends, had zero customer service, never said thank you, we had to repeat our orders multiple times. There was no management both times. We have gone to this restaurant for a long time and I have never seen it this disorganized and poorly run. read more

Over the past 5-6 years, I have placed several fairly large catering orders for the UCLA Alumni Band from the Stevenson Ranch location. They always do a great job. I want to give a big thumbs up to the staff at this store for their handling of our 100 sandwich order (giant size sandwiches) that I picked up at 10 am yesterday. Because of the size of the order and early pick-up time, they began preparing the sandwiches at 5 am. My son generally frequents this location, but this week I ordered Take Away sandwiches for all of us. I decided on the Big Kahuna #56 (cheesesteak with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños, and extra cheese), I got the giant which is $15.25 currently for this sub...yes I was hungry. The sub was picked up and it was worth the money to me because the sub was hot and delicious. One thing that keeps this from getting a full five stars is that you can't enter the Jersey Mike's secret menu items from the app or website. In this case, there is a secret menu for the Big Kahuna that is called the #99 which is the same sandwich but with chipotle mayonnaise on it. You can't add chipotle mayonnaise at all. So if that were improved I guess I would rate it 5 stars since it was a good sandwich. read more

Terrible customer service! I ordered a tuna sandwich and about an hour later my stomach was upset. Next day , I was vomiting , chills, fever , had the worst stomach pain for 3 days. Another great Jersey Mike's location. I went in around 11:30 on Thursday and it was already pretty busy, luckily I was not in a rush so I wasn't worried about a wait but they had a ton of employees working full speed to accomodate the guests. I ordered a regular Italian with turkey instead of ham and a regular pastrami, both on parmesan bread to share. I was surprised to see how fast the food was prepared considering the pastrami and onions had to be grilled! I got a drink, filled the cup, sat down and my pastrami was ready! Both sandwiches were, as always, very filling and piled high with meat and toppings! The Italian is my favorite and the cold cuts are always great especially since they are sliced fresh. The pastrami was juicy and tender but it seemed a bit saltier here than normal. Overall, happy again with Jersey Mike's! read more

My wife and I really enjoy Jersey Mike's and we always get them Mikes way. We called in an order for pick up and it was ready at the time that they said. My wife got a turkey sandwich and I got an Italian. We drove home and started eating. My Italian was extremely bland. I asked my wife how her sandwich was and she said "to doesn't have any flavor"! This was the first time this has ever happened and neither of us know why. I added a lot of pepper with a little salt and at least it was worth eating. Jimmy John's has more flavor and I never in my wildest dreams thought I could ever say that comparing them to Mikes. I feel we just wasted $20. read more

Jersey Mikes does an awesome job and is a great addition to the sandwich options. I'm weird and I love their tuna sandwich. Call me crazy. This used to be one of the best locations.We've been in the area for 8 years, and have come to this location at least 6 times a year. I was in there 2 days ago to pick up an online order, which said 20 minutes. I showed up and spoke to one of the staff,( who looked 15), and she said your order is coming up.Waited another 10 mins, as I noticed many people coming and going. It took much effort to get any of the "young ladies " to pay any attention to me, till I needed to raise my voice embarrassed as it was to get her attention. Finally another person handed her my order which I overheard that it's been sitting there for 15 minutes.
