Did not expect this!! Came in with the lowest of the lowest expectations thinking it was all hype. No! Couldn't have been more wrong! This chicken is ! It was a bit packed because it's opening day. There were flys everywhere bc the doors are left open due to the long line. Love the decorations and graffiti art work. There was a manager going around checking in on guest and employee sweeping! I honestly feel so bad for this front of house staff! Obviously this Location just opened and being a little slow as expected, but these poor girls are just absolutely slammed and don't really have much guidance or management it seems. There's DoorDash, grubhub, online, kiosk, and in person orders without really a set system in place to ensure these orders are getting out in a timely manner. I checked out at the kiosk, was told a 10 minute wait and ended up waiting 45 minutes. Where somebody walked up behind me and ordered at the counter and waited about 10 minutes. The food is also not coming out fresh for waiting that long. After 45 minutes my chicken sandwich was cold. I really hope management steps in and helps their team out because it seems to really be struggling. About 15 people were all waiting just as long which makes for a bad environment for their staff and customers. read more

Sat at a table and wanted to watch the game but poor reception. Asked for wifi password their response "we don't give it out to guests, it's only for employees". Went to sit outside but there is really loud buzzing noise so we went to wait in front by the parking lot. 25 min later still waiting went inside to check on order. They said 5 min. still waiting. We see the board all the orders are over 30 min. Our food is sitting on the counter, someone finally puts it in a bag. Received 6:09pm. We ordered one "not" chicken tender. $2.00 up charge to sub cauliflower. It was cold. Very disappointed in the entire experience. The food actually tasted ok after reheating but definitely not worth 30+ min wait and $7.71 for one tender. read more

Since this is a new location, I understand there may still be some growing pains, but the staff definitely needs additional training. My order was ready within the estimated 12-minute timeframe, and I arrived within that window. When an employee handed me my food, she looked at the bag and read off the items, but did not give me the drink I ordered. When I politely asked for my drink, she looked back at the bag and examined it again as though she was questioning whether I had actually ordered one. It was an uncomfortable and unnecessary interaction, especially when the order information should clearly show what I paid for. My biggest concern, however, was the quality of the food. Despite ordering only about 12 minutes before arriving, my food was already cold. The fries were extremely hard and did not taste fresh, and the portion was honestly disappointing for the price. I've been to other Dave's locations and have never received such a small serving of fries. There also seems to be some inconsistency regarding sauces. The app charges for additional sauce packets, yet when I picked up my food, I was asked if I wanted extra sauces. If additional sauces are being handed out at the location at no charge, it doesn't make sense for customers ordering through the app to be charged for them. I understand this location is new and the team may still be learning, but better attention to order accuracy, food freshness, portions, and consistency would make a significant difference. For the amount customers are paying, the food should at minimum be fresh, properly portioned, and the order should be complete. read more

The kitchen must be moving in slow motion because there's at least 30 employees back there. A restaurant FULL of people, with no food in front of them. Bizarre. I ordered over 30 minutes in advance and arrived exactly at my scheduled pickup time, only to wait another 50+ minutes (yes you saw that right) just to see my order in the "MAKING" . Visited this location during the soft opening, although the line and wait was long it was okay, seeing a long line should automatically let you know that there will be a wait. The staff is super nice, I was unaware that this was a soft opening and only realized after hearing people in line mention it, once I realized this was a soft opening I realized most of the staff was young and most likely at their first jobs, so once I got to order I made sure to be patient with the cashier because I'm sure most of us have gone through the anxiety of a first job.
