I've only gone through drive through at this location. All the employees seemed really nice and quick. Can't go wrong with Jack especially with coupons. I'll be going back again and again. Food and service is always consistent. read more

The service is great and all but they take a bit long to give you the order.I know Sundays are busy during the afternoons but they should at least try to give everything fresh.I ordered 3 munching meals and chicken strips and the only thing that looked fresh were everything that came out of the fryer. The burgers for the meals tasted hard and bit old ,but at least the girl on the drive thru gave me my sauces that I ask for truly appreciated that! read more

Ok, need help understanding this. Went to Jack In the Bix, ordered southwest grilled chicken salad was $7.99 on menu. She tells me there is a $2.00 charge for chicken. Get to the window and ask for clarification, say the regular is cold so it's $2.00 more to "heat" the chicken ??? And so it starts with price increases. Went to another Jacks and ordered the same thing. Guess what? NO $2.00 charge. Love getting ripped off ! read more

Jack in the Box - Receipt - Fast Food Near Me - Valencia, California

Rude ladies at the drive thru Order two combos ONE was 10 piece nuggets she was upset I asked for 1 extra sauce after she gave me two and wanted to charge me for just one more. The nuggets came in NINE. I went back to show her she tried to say one of them was big enough to count as two. Absolutely pettiness her name is MAYRA. This is Santa Clarita and it's by a busy intersection where MAGIC MOUNTAIN is located you should have better service. read more

Service was friendly and prompt but the tacos were not hot when given to me. Disappointing.

Having actually worked at JIB as a kid and thus knowing their food quite well I was impressed by this location. Nice full tacos and a freshly made hamburger. Even the onion rings were great. JIB has gone downhill over the years and some other locations are just garbage but this one was good. Maybe just a one off but I'll be back. read more

I had to drop the rating here to One star due to the fact the late night food suffered a seriously quality setback. I ordered the munchy meal on Tuesday night and I'm still sick from the food. I'll be avoiding this establishment until they find the quality that they lost. read more

This Jack in the box consistently has slow/terrible service. It's unfortunate because the location is great.

This Jack in The Box is good the only bad experience was the cashier who took my order. I came in around 3:22pm I believe she was a lead employee due to the fact her shirt being different than the rest. She was not welcoming at all and just stared at me instead of saying " Hi how can I help you? ", it was like she didnt want any communication with me.It was extremely uncomfortable especially since she didnt even smile or anything. She just stood there with this look of like what do you want type thing and get out of my face. I understand its Christmas and Im sure you want to be home, but pls dont come to work if your not in a good mood or have something personal going on , or take a break. All I did was be nice and said my pls and thank you and smiled. Other than that no issues, the girl who gave me my food was super sweet though so that was a plus. read more

This location does a great job every time I've come. Rafael was very polite and helpful.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any Jack In the Box. The cashiers seemed annoyed for some reason for our visit. Ordered the lunch truck Asian chicken sandwich. Clever marketing made the sandwich seem bigger, it's a lot smaller than what I expected. The curly fries seemed old and barely had any full size curly fries. They seemed more like burnt crap fries. I was very disappointed with this location. read more

Just placed an order that cost nearly $20 and didn't receive an entire meal!!!!! WTF Jack in The Box! I tried calling and the number is no longer in service. What kind of bull shit is that?!? Where the fuck is my sausage croissant meal??? You need to take more time to check the orders you're giving out with drive thru, you may have busy days but this is your job, at least do it correctly and ensure every item a customer orders is there, hire more people if you must. It is inexhaustible that I paid for 2 orders and received one. Talk about ROBBERY!!!!! read more

And this is why people don't think fast food workers deserve $15 an hour. This is how you put a burger together? Really?!? You can see that it's swimming in ketchup. This is what you get when you order a burger without ketchup. And the other pic is a pic of egg shells cooked into my sons sandwich. WTF!?!?! The "cook" should be fired. And so should the manager on duty. DO BETTER!!!! read more

People are friendly and they're fast at the drive thru but they're hit and miss. Really the only thing I've ever ordered here was the chorizo burrito. A few years back I was having that once a week before work and it was the bomb. Chorizo, egg, a little mashed potatoes or hash browns but no cheese and no chili for me. I stopped going because like a year ago they changed something or maybe the cook in the morning didn't make it the same. No chorizo (red) flavor that I was use too. I asked why isn't it red like normal chorizo is and they said some complained and thought it was to greasy. I was like those complainers should order the chorizo then. Why ruin one of my favorite breakfast burros. So I stopped back then and was hungry and wanted to see if they fixed that issue. The last 2 times in the past week I asked for the exact same thing I ask for every time I come in and BS, no chorizo in site no flavor of chorizo or color. I don't know what they served me but I guess I'm done with them again. I need to find a drive thru that I can get what I ordered and the great flavor I remember from long ago. I got pic of what they gave me when I ordered a jr chorizo burrito no chili and no cheese. I'd invite the owner or manager to talk to me about what this is but it's not a chorizo burrito. read more

Horrible service, had attitude after they messed up an order and we asked for things right. Took like 15 minutes. And food was super cold

Best chicken sandwich ever! I know it must seem silly to want to give a review to one of the biggest fast food chains in the country, but this particular Jack in the Box, nestled in a corner of Santa Clarita where hardly anyone travels, is the best one I've ever been to. The sandwich was not only fresh, well made, and really good, but they wrapped it so pristinely it was as lovely as a gift. I was completely astonished when I took it out of the bag and saw how convenient it was for me to eat it on the run. Those two things alone were enough for me to give it high marks, but the young woman at the window was so friendly and sweet, it just made the experience that much nicer. When I approached the window I noticed they had a sign "please wear a face covering" but I didn't have mine with me-- it was at the bottom of a beach bag on the floor of my backseat. The server never commented about it at all. (McDonald's however refused to serve me my food when I got to the window because I didn't have a mask!!) I don't know if every meal I get here will be like this, but I hope the people who served me will get credit for having done such a wonderful job. I'm even attaching a picture of my receipt in hopes that whoever was on duty that day will be told they did a great job. On a day when the weather was 104 degrees it was nice to get a cool crisp sandwich and to be greeted by a patient and affable server. Only going to this Jack in the Box in the future even if I have to travel all the way across town. read more

Went via drive thru and was asked to donate the change I was due, but did not mention what I was donating to. Where did my change go? And on top of that I didn't get my full order that I paid for. I don't understand why it's so hard to read the computer and make sure you put it in the bag. Why hire people that don't know how to read or pay attention to detail???? Hire people that can actually do the job they are getting paid to do. So frustrating to not get what you ordered when it's not rocket science to read the ticket!!!! read more

Whoever was working right now, shout to you. That jack In the box was gas. The guy was really nice too.

I work close by, I actually drive to another JNB just because of this lady that works here, I think she is the manager. Today (Tuesday 06/27 8:25am), I walked over there, I just wanted to get a breakfast sandwich, sure enough the manager woman is there fighting with a customer, the customer storms out. She was too busy telling one of the cooks what was going on, then greet a customer...which by the way she NEVER does. One look at her, I walked out. She never says how can I help you, never greets a customer, never has a good day. She has that look like what do you want. I know JNB are franchise owned, I am surprised that the owner is not reading these reviews and thinks to him/herself....hmm, something needs to be done to fix this. As long as that woman works there....I will NEVER go there. read more

why cant you give no stars or negative stars? I was in this establishment today at some point set my phone down and walked out ... I was on my way home to sacramento and didnt realize I had lost it until a while later i called and called my phone and no one answered, I sent texts and didnt get any reply until later which the person told me he worked and Jack in the box and described what i looked like ... so he must have saw me lay it down and then went and picked it up after I left. now hes calling my wifes phone and sending texts saying how he came up on something and I wont get it back. I called and spoke to who said he was the manager and he pretty much told me that his employees wouldnt steal .... come on how well do you really know your employees (unless your just covering for them). I'm just saying watch your things here and dont lay anything down. read more

How could there not be a review for this place at this location?! This is a busy Jack-in-the Box location especially if you are about to enter the I-5 South entrance. Well, after making a bad choice of going to Wal-Mart nearby. I had to get some fast food...I mean FAST Food. I drove to the drive-thru and there was a long line, but the line went pretty fast. I only ordered 2- Jumbo Jacks ($1.79 each). My total was $3.93. I am glad they have Blink Tap here..Woot. Burger is good as always, but I only had 20 minutes left of my one hour break left. I give one extra star just because JITB saved me a little more time. However, I got Overtime pay because I had a bad day...lol. Just a note: Around lunch time, this is a busy place with Del Taco, Shell, and the other restaurants. I was lucky that service was fast. Have Fun here and Keep Yelping!! read more

Wow! Where do I start? It is 6am here and my first impression is how cold it was inside. It's cold outside and they were running the a.c. inside. The lady taking my order clearly did not want to be there. She looked at me and said what do you want in a rude manner. I ordered a breakfast platter and a chicken sandwich. That order took 11 minutes. Two other families got their order before mine and my order was smaller. My wife went into the bathroom and came out to tell me that there is......wait for it.........BLOOD.......on the toilet seat. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? Blood????? The woman at the drive through window overnight has an attitude and seems like she has a real difficulty listening/understanding customers orders, either that or she's just so annoyed by people asking her for something that she ignores it... I asked four times for a spoon each time she held her finger up to me telling me to wait, rolled her eyes, the third time I asked she gave me a 2nd straw while smirking at me then on the fourth request for a spoon she cut me off and said she knows I want a spoon and she will get it right now, all the while giving me a dirty look... left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning weather I had done something to offend her... only giving 3 stars because about a quarter of the times I add pickles to my order they actually give me pickles while the one on Hasley canyon can't even get it right a quarter of the time read more
