I come here very often for my lunch breaks so this review is seriously overdue. I believe George is the manager and he runs a really great team of workers. It's a Beautiful day today and I ordered online, intending to sit outside and enjoy our lunch in the good weather. If you're used to sitting outside at Jersey Mikes on bouquet that evidently is not happening now. We arrived at 12:40 my husband myself and a dog and I asked about the tables and they said oh they couldn't decide whether to put them out or not so they're locked up in the back. Now whether we have the dog with us or not, we like to sit outside I prefer the fresh air when it is nice and warm and a beautiful day to being inside so three bikers also were behind us and left because there were no tables outside. Jersey Mike's subs is truly a sub above, the flavors are very fresh, and you can taste the quality in the foods. Subway lost my business when we seen cockroaches in the spinach. So inconsistent that's all I can say. My son got a regular cold sub and the bread was dark brown burnt. I got a tuna sub that was supposed to be a regular, but that bread was so thin and seem so small. It was awful. Also, there was not even one layer of onions or hardly any lettuce on this sandwich. This place closes at 9 pm. The guy sees me walking and literally shuts the door in my face. Like I get it, you want to leave, but you are still technically open. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional of them to slam the door in someone's face. He clearly saw me but continued to walk away. He then walked behind the counter and pretended not to see me. He proceeded to shake his head and shrug his shoulders, adding insult to injury. It was a truly disappointing experience. Had he apologized I would not have been as irate as I am now. I had worked a long day and was rushing to pick up something to eat before going home. Who doesn't love Jersey Mike's?? I'm yelping them because of THIS LOCATION and the young ladies that worked there. I was driving on Newhall Ranch Road when my senior black lab had a runny mess of an accident in the back of my car. I pulled into the parking lot and ran into Jersey Mike's to get a cup of water and napkins. Izzy came out a couple minutes later and brought me old rags to use To clean up the mess and offered me more water and anything else I could need. I'm so grateful to these girls for their help. I stopped by Jersey Mikes after shopping. I ordered my favorite Italian sandwich. While the young man was preparing my sandwich, he asked how my day was,I said Great, how's yours he said great also. He asked why it was good? I answered with the things I had done. He looked like he was very interested in making conversation with customers. Excellent customer service. My meal was incorrect and didn't realize till I drove home. Had to go back and they 100% took care of it. Remade the sub and then offered me not only a free sub in the future but gave me my entire meal (multiple subs) the next time I came in. First this place is absolutely amazing, staff is very friendly and love that they were able to help me with my order. A young lady took my order and I told her I'm looking for a vegan wrap, right away she said "#14 The Veggie with No cheese, no sauce only veggies if that's ok with you" I said yes of course. Right away she told one of the gentlemans to scrape and deeply clean the grill. I am so impressed, pleased with the service and the fact that they took care of me. My wife & I have made a concerted effort to support local businesses as much as possible to keep them afloat during this challenging time. Decided on subs this past weekend but instead of doing the usual Subway (Subway Club foot long $7.75 yummmm) my Wife asked me to p/u Jersey Mikes for a change. Much pricier (Club Supreme#9 giant $14.95) only had 5 or 6 toppings vs Subways 9 or 10 toppings. Its been maybe 6 months since last visit but the bread has magically shrunken. I remember it being a little over a foot long but much much WIDER. Now its almost identical to Subway size much narrower which means less meat/less cheese/less toppings for MORE $$$ ?!?! Will try other location on Copper Hill next time to see if this rip-off size is a company wide change or just this Bouquet location being CHEAP. read more

I have been craving Jersey Mike's for months and finally had the chance to stop by again, but it just did not taste as great as I remember or at least this location did not live up to my standards. They were not busy whatsoever, but it still took 15 minutes from the start of my order to finish when I was handed my sandwich after paying. I just ordered a regular Italian Mike's way on white bread. the bread was dry and getting to the stale stage. The cheese did not taste fresh, and the ham just tasted a bit funky. The other meats however, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni and cappacuolo were great and reminded me of good ol times withe the fresh veggies and Mike's way. Overall it just was not satisfying and I'll have to return to my usual Jersey Mike's or a new one to see if they have lost their touch. read more

How can you not love jersey mikes? They have the best sandwiches around. Their bread is so fresh, the meats are sliced so thin and they are so flavorful.. they also fill the sandwiches up! I love the option to make the sandwiches "mikes way" it's a combination of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, oil&vinegar, salt&pepper, and oregano. What could be better?! Making your sandwich mikes way just totally completes the sandwich. All of the spices and the juiciness together just makes me want to savor every bite. The service is always really good IMO. Honestly, I really enjoy Jersey Mike's! I would pick this place over Subway any day! The variety of options is great and the food here as always been fresh. I also appreciate the awesome service. The employees are personable, fun and passionate about providing adequate assistance. With each employee doing a separate task, the job efficiency and speed increases. I typically order a #7, but I will change up my order from time to time. Also, I love that this place is always clean. I know it has been in the SCV for some years now, but I appreciate that the place still looks good thus far. If you need a healthy sub place to go to, I would suggest Jersey Mike's. Jersey Mike's sandwiches are great! Especially when compared to Subway, Quiznos or Firehouse. Yes, Jersey Mike's is going to be more expensive then Subway or Quiznos but the freshness of the ingredients is worth the extra money. My go to is the #13 The Original Italian which has provolone,salami, pepperoni, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo and Mike's Way: onions, lettuce, tomato, red wine, vinegar, olive oil, and spices. I will usually make it a combo and add their salt and vinegar chips which are my favourite. I'm not the biggest fan of sandwiches but Jersey Mike's does something for me that other sandwich shops can't. read more

I just bought a sub 08/22/21 at 2030 hours, and there was a person in front of me and the party in from of him paid with cash....the person at the register (who was also making the subs) took the money, gave back change and continued to make the person in front of me sandwich and mine. Jersey Mike's is a great sandwich chain with good consistency no matter what location you go to. Sandwiches were delicious as usual. This review is specifically for the customer service when it comes to online orders. Today I ordered a #4 and instead received a #14. No big deal I can totally see how that mistake was made. When I reached out to the store over the phone I was met with a short attitude from the manager. No worries, this is a busy shop and they were going to remake the sandwich. Upon driving back to the store to pick up the correct sandwich the woman who gave me the sandwich was rude and basically tossed the sandwich at me. The sandwich order was properly printed on the receipt, so I didn't know it was incorrect before leaving the store the first time. I didn't make any sort of fuss about getting the correct sandwich or ask for a refund or anything special. Just wanted the correct sandwich, but I was treated with an unnecessary attitude about just trying to make things right. Man this place sucks for a number of reasons. Let's start with how I was told if I wanted a BLT I had to come 1 hour before closing.... I guess 9pm isn't closing anymore and the high school employees dictate when they stop working. Then, they said we don't have enough bacon... you could obviously see the bacon in there and it seemed liked they didn't want clean after making the sandwich. So bottom line, Jersey Mike's sucks. They let their employees decide when they close even if its an hour before and they tell you nope can't call, when you come in they say nope can't make the order, and they lie about what they have when it's obviously right behind them. Guess they treat the customer like a red head step child at Jersey Mikes.... do not come here they will ruin your eating experience but hey McDonald's will treat you 100x better. read more

Great service and always a quality sandwich! I arrived just before closing the other day. The "Open" sign was turned off and they were already cleaning the machines. I waved at the manager through the window and he kindly let me in. I thanked him and told him my girlfriend had a rough day and this was her favorite comfort food, and that going back empty-handed would've lost me a lot of brownie points. He said no problem and got to work making the sandwich right away. When it came time to check out, I asked him how much one of their delicious chocolate chip cookies cost.
