Even our most picky eater stated they enjoyed their burger and would order it again! The food servings were generous. As we were leaving, the owner asked if we were locals or traveling through. We explained just driving through, he handed us cold waters and wished us well. Wow!! Thank you! We will definitely stop on our way through again! Give them try!

The chicken, even the breast and tenders, are very tender and the meat and the skin is flavored. Loved the season wedged fries. My only complaint is this is the second time that I've gone to this gas station for this chicken and both times there was something wrong. The first time I went, they didn't have any food. When I went today, there was food, but one of the fryers was broken, and it takes about 30 minutes to fry up a new batch of chicken. I believe I was told that the single greaser they had the grease was being changed. So I was stuck with the pieces that had been sitting under the heat lamp. And I wouldn't have minded so much except for these were the last few pieces. Still Hella good though!

The chicken was crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, and the food was still fresh and hot even after our 30-minute drive back to our hotel. If you're feeding a family, I would recommend adding two extra large sides. The large mac and cheese was delicious, but the portion was closer to what I'd consider a medium, and if you're serving more than two people, I'd also suggest getting two large orders of fries because they disappeared fast! Overall, the food quality was excellent, everything tasted homemade and fresh, and it was the perfect meal before our Disney vacation. We'll definitely make this a stop whenever we're in the area again. Highly recommend!

The price is good to feed a family, and my food was well packed and ready for me right at my pick up time, there was no waiting. If you're going for fried fish, get the swai for a milder flavor. I'm not a big fish eater, but with that swai and the seasoning baby, I could gobble up a whole tray of it! I also love their Mac and cheese and the green beans. Oh and that cornbread was the perfect texture and sweetness. The only thing that would improve things is if I could get a slightly larger size for the family meals. This isn't the first time this has happened. What I don't understand is that the customer ahead of me ordered an entire tray, yet somehow they couldn't get two pieces of chicken out any faster. Tickets can be purchased at www.canyontheatre.org/frozen. I noticed they had a Binagoongan bowl on the menu. I've had pork binagoongan before and really enjoyed its rich, savory shrimp paste flavor, so I asked if this was similar. The staff member explained it was a bowl of rice topped with a little bagoong (Filipino shrimp paste) and the meat. I originally wanted the chicken cutlet version, but it would've taken about 15 minutes, while the pork was ready in 10, so I went with the pork. Unfortunately, the dish wasn't what I was expecting. There was very little shrimp paste flavor, and it ended up tasting more like a pork cutlet served over rice with cucumbers than a true binagoongan-inspired dish. If you're expecting that distinctive, bold bagoong flavor, you may be disappointed as I was. I also tried the chicken empanada. It was decent with a nice flavor, and I appreciated that it used the traditional Filipino-style thicker pastry rather than the flakier, crispier style common in many South American empanadas. It wasn't anything extraordinary, though, and it tasted like it had probably been sitting in the warmer for a while instead of being freshly baked. This was only one meal, and I'm still open to trying some of their other menu items because a few looked promising. If I come back and have a better experience with something else, I'll gladly update this review.
