I don't usually leave negative reviews because I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, especially ones I've been going to for years. However, this Chipotle location has noticeably changed recently after a change in management, and unfortunately the food quality, portions, and overall consistency have declined quite a bit. We mostly online pickup and what we've noticed recently - Portions have been consistently very light, minimal toppings, even when requesting extras, guacamole (as my protein replacement) feels noticeably lighter than before and bowls often feel underfilled compared to past experiences. For context, I typically order a burrito bowl with guacamole as my protein replacement, plus fajita veggies, extra pico, extra lettuce, and regular cheese. Lately, the bowls have been coming out much lighter than expected soupy and only filling about half the container, even when requesting extra toppings. We've also tried bringing it up in the moment, but they don't really seem to care or make any noticeable effort to correct it, which has been disappointing. It's frustrating because this used to be one of our reliable go to spots for quick meals, but the consistency just hasn't been there lately. I really hope it improves again in the future, since it's been a place we've enjoyed for a long time and would love to continue visiting. read more

not gonna lie or fake the funk. this had to be the BEST custom burrito chipotle ever made me. normally they get it wrong in other locations, but this one got it right to the "T". I just wish I ordered an extra one. I wish they had red cabbage as an option. not greasy, not too much, lots of flavor, service was good and plenty of folks inside munching away. Update: 10/21/25 We finished a 4-mile hike. Our personal reward is going to Chipotle after the hike. I wanted to share how welcoming the crew at this location was. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed and our food was ready withing minutes. Wow! I really was surprised with this crew and wanted to let others know what an excellent Chipotle location this one is. We sit outside with our little dog and enjoy the patio area. The restaurant, large patio area and bathrooms are very clean. The condiments section is fully stocked and ready for all customers. Great job! read more

if I could rate this location 0 stars I would. VERY rude employees. My sister and I had two very different experiences and there's no other way to say that they discriminator towards her. I ordered before my sister and the employee was nice enough but when it got to my sister, who is dark skinned, they were utterly rude and skimped out on her servings and was exhaling every chance the employee had as if my sister ordering food was a bother to her. When my sister got in the car she was so obviously upset by the different treatment she got compared to me. I've lived all over and have had chipotle everywhere I've lived. This is by far the worst one. I even went twice thinking the first experience was a fluke. First time was at 1:30 PM and they were out of chicken with a 15min wait. I got steak tacos instead and they gave me less than half a scoop of steak total for 3 tacos. I went back thinking it was a fluke, this time they had chicken but only parted ways with half a scoop for a burrito. I asked for more and the employee was rude and added a single piece then slid the burrito on down the line. $12 for a burrito that wouldn't feed a 5 year old. Food great! Terrible service! At lunch today, it was like walking into a clique. I usually choose to contact management in lieu of negative reviews because I don't enjoy this. But, I see that bad service has been an ongoing complaint at this location. Management needs to hire people who can render courteous and attentive customer service, even in a rush. The 2 guys mumbled, spoke too fast, were insulting and dismissive. Others in our party were also insulted. As we enjoyed the great food, we recounted our experiences with these inept young men "serving" customers. At other Chipotle locations we've had good experiences, but here, you better be proficient with "Chipotle jargon". The person before me almost walked out in the process of being "served". Mine started with a "limited time" carne asada, pictured on the menu. I asked if that was a bowl. He said "no. but do you want a bowl?" Trash was overflowing and scattered all over the floor, and not a single employee seemed concerned about cleaning it up. There was nowhere for customers to throw anything away because the bins were completely full. This level of neglect is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on management. This was easily one of the worst Chipotle experiences I've had, and it came down to a clear lack of attention and care across the board. Our order was prepared carelessly -- ingredients were added that weren't requested (beans and lettuce), items we wanted weren't available or communicated beforehand, and one bowl ended up with a large portion of guacamole that wasn't asked for with no attempt to correct it. The food itself looked rushed and sloppy, like accuracy and quality simply weren't a priority. What made it worse was the condition of the restaurant. Every table we saw was dirty, the floors needed cleaning, and the trash cans were overfull. Families were literally cleaning their own tables just to have somewhere to sit, which shouldn't happen at any restaurant charging these prices. Several employees were also wearing earbuds while working, and the overall atmosphere felt disengaged and inattentive. I understand places get busy, but basic cleanliness, order accuracy, and customer awareness are minimum standards, not extras. This didn't feel like an off moment -- it felt like a lack of management and accountability. I love his Chipotle! Service is good, line is quick, food is fresh, clean inside and prices are excellent! I especially like the chipotlane! Just order food to go drive-through and pick it up! My food is always on time ready for me to pick up. I don't understand how people can say It's expensive when it's still the cheapest freshest fast food. I have been to this store several times and had wonderful experiences however the last couple have been a disaster. Although a rating of 2.3 stars, I tried it again. Last night I walked in and there was an extraordinary long line. We noticed that there was 1 person working the counter and the register. That is absolutely disgusting as they grab both cheese and lettuce with the same gloves they worked the register. We watched they did not change gloves or wash hands. I would not recommend eating from this Chipotle. Everyone knows that their portions have reduced significantly, but when I order via the app and specify that I would like 'extra' of something, it gets made with the standard amount. I thought this was just a fluke, or a one-time thing. But it has happened so often that I wanted to call and speak with the store manager. Big mistake. The store number 661-347-0566 does NOT connect you with the actual store; it connects you to a national call center which uses an AI assistant. After trying to reach a real human being, I got transferred to Alma...in MANILLA. I find it crazy that I can't even get a decent food order, nor any assistance from the store itself. Honestly, I don't like to leave reviews unless the food or service is bad. But this Chipotle completely turned my day around because of one caring and relatable employee. I had an amazing interaction with an employee here, and when I say it turned my day around, it truly did!! I came in for the BOGO deal today. I had previously gone to a different Chipotle about a mile away, and they denied me a BOGO deal for two entrées even though the email clearly stated "Limited to five free menu items per check and subject to availability." I had also just gotten off a gruesome 8-hour shift (in food service btw), and while I was on my way to the first Chipotle that denied me more than one BOGO (I was getting the deal for me and my family), my car got a flat tire! Although that has nothing to do with Chipotle, you can see how my day was already going before I arrived at this location. When I walked into this Chipotle, I was greeted by a kind lady who told me they had sold out of most options besides the barbacoa. Luckily, barbacoa is what I always get, so it was no problem. While she was preparing my order, her coworker was being treated horribly by a disgusting customer. Instead of ignoring it, she stepped in and helped her coworker calm down, which is honestly the best thing to do in that kind of situation (the customer literally walked behind the counter to grab a to-go order). She was looking out for her coworkers, and it was obvious she was a genuinely caring person. She then talked to me about the food industry, which we both relate to, and it caught me off guard that she noticed I still had my apron on from my job! The burrito I ordered was a little too messy, so she offered to put it in a bowl, and that meant way more than it might seem -- she didn't have to do that at all. I'm amazed by how happy and caring she was after the whole BOGO rush!! I personally would NOT want to deal with any more people after dealing with that amount of traffic. After I left, I noticed I was charged an amount I wasn't expecting. I didn't realize until I was already in my car. I walked back in, and she still greeted me with the same care and happiness. After I explained my concern about the charge, she broke down everything I needed to know, and I left without feeling "dumb" or "stupid," which is how many employees make you feel over simple mistakes. This small interaction made my entire day, and I'm so glad I stopped by this Chipotle after being denied at the other location. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!! I'm am not sure why anytime a event or something like that chipotle does not know how to manage this and always run out of ingredients. Me and my family went here on the buy one get one free deal we came at 6:45pm and they were already almost out of everything. Me and my family waiting in the line 40min wait know one told us anything. Then the manger comes out and was scared to tell everyone the line that they are out of a lot of things. We have to beg her to tell everyone then she says in a very bad attitude "WE ARE OUT OF CHEESE, CORN, SOUR CREAM, AND CARNASADA." Then she goes back to hiding in the back while her workers are working there butt of trying to please everyone. I wrote this review just to say that the manger does have to been so rude and just own up to they were poorly managed. Ok, today I just had enough of this place. Never complained before but today I will. In the past I have received stale chips, small portions, disappointed at how dirty the counter is where the food is handled and in front of you they have the nerve to pass their wet dirty towel between the food trays to supposedly clean. Please stop that practice! You are literally pushing in dirty food back into the trays of food you are serving! I keep coming to this place since its close to home and my kids just like it. I wish they saw what I see. Stopped using drive through and online orders because they under serve you. So I walked in to order. Didn't mind minor mistakes that were being done as I could tell one of the girls serving was new, not an issue. The girl training her was doing my 1st bowl to fast, don't know if she was training the 1st girl or not but whatever. My quesadilla didn't get called out so no one was working on it til I was paying. Again not a big deal. Just had to wait a little longer. Mean time I did joke with the manager who said thank you for not being upset because they've had other customers upset over small things. Ok, I did also ask for a small order of queso. Which they started serving in my quesadilla tray. When I corrected them not the new girl the other one tossed the queso back and proceeded to toss the tray. At the same time I told her that was not necessary and could have used the same tray so it wouldn't be wasted. Again not a biggie. With my order I also picked up from the front a small bag of chips and a large bag. Payed and came home. Only to realize that the bag of chips labeled large was smaller than small with crumbs! CRUMBS!!! SO, YES!!! Now I am upset. I show up same girl at register asks, "Is everything ok?" No, I was cool about everything but a bag full of crumbs is not ok!! All she did was look at me, like ok, so what's the problem. So I opened the bag for her to look and told her you think this is ok or cool. How do you give your customers crumbs! So she tosses it in the trash next to her turns around and reaches for another bag above turns and gives it to me just like that! No, customer service at!! I grabbed my bag and walked out. I am beyond upset I didn't get her manager out there and report her in person. The food was rough. Mainly because the brown rice way very undercooked. Which made for a less than pleasant meal when I got home.. so thanks for that.. I should have suspected something from the beginning seeing how messy everything was.. the grill was BLACK with black dry old food sitting on it. I don't care how much chicken they cook on it. Flat tops should never look like that during service hours... or ever (I'm a cook fyi). The pans with food in them were too hot and the ones that were empty had drying crispy meat in them (so just over cooking everything to h-e-double hockey sticks.. The cherry on top, we asked for the last scrapings of avo, yes, we wanted it for free, because it wasn't even an ounce.. our request was decline. I travel extensively for work and have been to well over 30 different Chipotle's around the country and this one by far is the worst in service and food quality. They heavily skimp on the portions, the food is always either way too salty, overcooked or just plain horrible and their employees give you this feeling that you're lucky I'm even serving you. Ran over there tonight and the girl told me that they are out of quesadillas, for a second that didn't compute as they have tortilla, cheese and meat soooooo what's the problem. Then she realized how bad that sounded and proceeded to tell me that their machine didn't work. I asked for them to make it the old way and she said they can't do that. Ok fine give me 3 tacos and a bowl. The meat was old and salty and guacamole was so salty that it was not edible. The chicken was undercooked and filled with so much spice that my wife had 2 bites and threw it away! This store is the worst operationally run store I have ever seen! Given all the comments and complaints, if I were chipotle, I would get new staff and train them right and just do a reset on this store. I don't normally leave reviews, but my recent experience at Chipotle was so disappointing that I feel it's worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere gave me a bad impression. The restaurant was visibly dirty--tables had food scraps left on them, the trash bins were overflowing, and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in a while. It didn't feel like anyone on staff was paying attention to cleanliness at all. When I got to the counter, things didn't improve. Food scraps littered everywhere on the prep area and on the serving area. The soft drink machine was completely filthy, and ice was overflowing from the drip cage and some sodas weren't dispensing syrup. The employees seemed uninterested and unbothered by the long line of customers waiting. There was no sense of urgency, no friendly greeting, and overall, it felt like they were just going through the motions. When I asked a question about one of the menu items, the response I got was short and dismissive, almost like I was inconveniencing them. As for the food itself--this was easily the worst part. The ingredients didn't look fresh; the lettuce was wilted, the salsa looked watery, and the meat appeared like it had been sitting out for far too long. When I finally sat down to eat, the food tasted exactly how it looked: old and stale. My bowl was cold in some spots and lukewarm in others, and the texture of everything just screamed "leftover." I've eaten at Chipotle many times before, and I know what the food is supposed to taste like. This was not it. What frustrated me most was that no one seemed to care. The employees weren't checking on the dining area, they weren't restocking or stirring the ingredients, and they definitely weren't going out of their way to provide good customer service. It felt like they were just waiting for their shift to end. Overall, this visit left me completely dissatisfied. I expect better from Chipotle, a brand that usually prides itself on fresh ingredients and a good dining experience. Unfortunately, at this location, it was the complete opposite--dirty environment, poor customer service, and food that tasted old. I've come here twice in the past 2 weeks and each time has been extremely disappointing. Today I ordered a bowl, and the same issue happened where I was very underserved on the amount of chicken/protein Chipotle is supposed to serve their customers. This location chops their chicken so thinly and small like dog scraps. Even if it's a full scoops all those tiny scraps would only add up to maybe a couple chunks of chicken, getting far less protein than what is said to be in a bowl. read more

Went here yesterday will never go back the owner of this place is a complete total rip off when you ask for a steak bowl they give you teaspoon portions for top price order a bowl with just double meat if you put this meat on a hamburger bun you couldn't cover the bun and they charged 20 dollars for it the employees look like a deer in the headlights when you ask them what's going on with the portions and they just looked at you I don't think they could even spell chipotle. I'm so bummed to have gotten food poisoning here! Look if you don't enjoy your job I get it, I've been there. But this is food I am ingesting and putting into my body. Don't take it out on customers just because you hate your job. That's SO messed up! This is one of the few food places my family can eat because someone in our family recently got a diagnosis so we've had to change our eating habits drastically. The district manager and manager need to come together and get this location whipped into shape because it's such a nice prime spot location. Shame that careless employees are affecting others. Spending my Friday night on the toilet instead of going out is inexcusable. We refuse to go back to this location. I came to this location by default, I thought that the much closer Bouquet spot had opened by now. I was wrong. So with the Brisket Salad on our minds, I drove over 2 miles to this next Chipotle to give them a try. Arriving about a half hour after their opening, the lunch crowd line was already backing up to the door. I also noticed that the brisket was no longer on the menu (for a limited time only). Time was up. So I settled on two Steak Salads for my wife and I, with everything but guacamole; way too pricey at $2.50. And we have guacamole at home. The restaurant is clean, the staff was friendly and worked with great precision. One minor bump in the road was discovered after arriving back home though; one of the salads was missing sour cream. But no lack in flavor with the tender steak morsels, and extremely fresh veggies. We hardly missed the brisket. But that early in the day everything should be fresh.
