Stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered the Filet-O-Fish sandwich with extra lettuce plus a medium fries. I was really disappointed by the portion sizes. The sandwich was tiny--basically the size of a slider--with just a few thin strips of shredded lettuce on top. For the price, it felt like a significant shrink from what I remembered. The medium fries came in a small white bag that looked more like a small or kids' size. When I politely pointed it out at the counter, the employee insisted it was a medium because "the bag has been stamped," which didn't address the obvious under-portioning. Great location! We had tried to go to the one closer to Six Flags and it was completely packed so this was the next closest. Very nice service, very fast and the food was fresh made to order. Bad service, confusing kiosk with incorrect instructions (and no one to help you)... where are the napkins? Where is the salt and pepper? Where is the sugar for the coffee? Get in line and wait. Prices are ridiculous. What is $2 almost anyplace else is over $4 here. It's just awful. They always seem overworked and the people helping you really seem to be just phoning it in, including the manager. From the order from the inside and not busy at all, I took him 27 minutes to get the food and still messed up the order. They're more worried about talking in Spanish in the back and worried about the drive- thru they're inside dining room is filthy. Their ketchup dispenser does not work. Nothing like coming home off vacation and stopping by your local McDonalds to be disappointed. The girl on the intercom, was rushing us. We'd just pulled up to the screen and already stressing us out to order. Get our food, they didn't give me my Coke for one of My meals. We had to get out the car and get it. And they messed that up. Instead of giving my son the LARGE I paid for and ordered they gave me a medium I was so over it we just left. I live very close, when I got home, the fries were already petrified. You know, how cold and hard they get when you're cleaning your car and find them in the cracks! No joke. This isn't the first time the food and service has been horrid. It is located near popular locations that are utilized by schools (magic mountain, LA museums, etc) , and is along a very busy commute so you would think they would be equipped to handle heavy foot traffic. However, the drive-through morning crew are a whole different story They seem not to be related to the other crew For a very long time, I did not have the deluxe breakfast because it was my daughter's favorite and a number of times she could not finish it so I tried some of it. It was always good recently. I ordered that breakfast through the drive-through and I was not pleased First, the scrambled eggs look like they came out of a container and not really fresh and as soon as I tasted them, I spit it out, put it in a napkin and throw them in the trash It was horrible Just from looking at the sausage, I was so scared to try it The next time I ordered it, I asked for no sausage no eggs For some reason, I created a confusion in the kitchen, and it took them a long time to give me my order which made me late for work as soon as I started to open the bag, I noticed that they didn't even put the hashbrowns in the little bag, they just threw them on top of each other And there was no napkins however I have to drive to work. I don't wanna be late. Recently two days ago I ordered the same meal while I was ordering I was told the total will be $6.50 When I approach the window, the person standing there told me that it will be over eight dollars I was shocked I know it's only two dollars and some change difference, but why I told him you're the one that told me it's 650 he goes I know, but I didn't know that the price has changed. I said that is not my fault and he was so belligerent and rude. I told him to call his manager. The manager came in smiling and canceled the order and left and the person told me you can order something else. I looked at the time. I was too late for work after arguing with them and I didn't want to prolong it so I purchased the meal with the new price and left but the way I was treated was very disrespectful. The two dollars are not gonna break me no it's gonna make them rich but it's the wrong way to treat a customer that's been going there since 2002. Unbelievable what a horrible experience. Yup. I'm reviewing a McDonalds and yes, I am leaving 5 stars. We all know some McDonald's are better than others. This is absolutely one of the good ones. The buns are always fresh and the fries are always perfect. On top of that, they consistently provide excellent customer service. Even tonight on Christmas when they were slammed and trying to get home to their families, they handled it like pros with the same excellent service as always. He is hard working and courteous to help each customer. I over heard he is working and finishing his college. This is a nice and clean branch, the restroom is clean as well. They tend to put to much ice in the drinks, so I order light ice. Hit or miss. The food is generally hot and properly made. I order my fries without salt so they are always hot and fresh, otherwise no guarantee. I prefer to salt my own fries anyway. I do think ordering inside is a mess. They have a counter but it is never manned. They want there customers to use the kiosks. I think this is what the world is coming to, so no use complaining about it. The inside staff is friendly and helpful, once you get their attention. I just remember that this is fast food and not a sit down restaurant. The food came out cold for two fish fillets and an order of fries. I was told that to remake my sandwich it would take 20 minutes. Once I waited for approximately 15 minutes the manager (Andrea) states that I can have my refund because the oil is being changed. I was given a refund for one meal and not two. The place was disgusting and I will never visit this place and neither should you. I came here because I saw a big crowd gathering in the parking lot. Turns out there was a big bum fight. It was an okay fight. Nothing too crazy but it was nice to get the family out of the house.
