Just standing inside made me want to jump in front of a semi truck to rid myself of the pain in my stomach (something a FOOD place shouldn't make their customers feel). I cannot understand how a business owner would not feel ashamed of this, and how people keep coming here despite that. It makes me pity society. Why on earth would you generate pictures of your food using a robot? Why would you do something that blatantly makes people upset? The answer is probably because the people pf SCV are too complacent and in too much credit card debt to actually do something, such as go to any other coffee shop. It is cheaper for me to get the 3 for me at Chili's than to get a coffee and a sandwich here. I could probably get the onion ring tower at Yard House for cheaper than this as well. I used to love Havana Savannah. I gained 40 pounds on ice blended drinks back in the day, but now they can eat shit. Seeing all the senior citizens inside who were staring at the menu without knowing they were being tricked almost brought a tear to my eye (this place is 100 feet from a senior living facility, which makes this extra nefarious). This right here is the decline of American society Also my pizza was undercooked and it tasted very doughy and that made me very mad. I like pizza.

After waiting for more than ten minutes without anyone taking my order, I ultimately left without ordering. Given the number of employees present, the lack of attention to a waiting customer was particularly concerning. I did not see a manager actively overseeing the floor during my visit. Overall, the service was not organized or attentive, and I left without being served. Unprofessional

Los Coffeeholics never fails me…read more The first time I visited was back in April for a Yelp event at the SCV Hub. The second I tried it, I find any excuse to come back. Well, Yelp had another event at the SCV Hub and you bet your bottom dollar I was going to order from Los Coffeeholics. Today we ordered a 24oz Mango Sticky Rice Matcha ($7.75) and a 16 oz Cookie Butter Latte ($6.75). Both drinks took about 20 minutes to make, which I do feel like is a long time but very much so worth the wait. There was also only two employees there that I saw, so they may have been short staffed because they were constantly working on orders. My Cookie Butter Latte was creamy with biscoff crumbles on top. There was also the perfect amount of ice to keep it cool but not where a majority of the cup was ice. I also thought I tasted a hint of cinnamon in there. I could easily drink the whole thing in 3 gulps. My partner got the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. He's gotten this before, and has not stopped talking about it since. He was even telling me yesterday how he was super excited to go to Los Coffeeholics tomorrow to get his Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. Needless to say, half of his was gone before we even got into the car. Overall - the quality and price of Los Coffeeholics is totally worth it and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I had a bad experience and I should never have a bad experience when picking up my cups of coffee. I've been coming to this location for almost a year now. I MISS ANTHONY. He was the manager for awhile and he was the best! Abruptly gone. Now, I don't know who the manager is, it doesn't seem like they have one. And there doesn't seem to be a rotation of regular baristas. As if turnover is high. Sucks when you're a regular and require your coffee to be perfect. You'll get someone who makes the drink right.. then they're gone. I frequent this location so much that when a regular is working, I can recognize their voice and they can recognize mine. Today.. girl at the drive thru. I've seen her before but today not sure if because it was 230p and a little busy for the afternoon (no excuses) she was overwhelmed. Again, no excuses. I order the same thing, every day, all the time. So I know exactly what my drink is supposed to not only taste like but look like. When the woman at the window handed me my drink, it was completely too light, AND I ask for extra caramel every time. Caramel around the cup and on top, is my always order. When I got my cup, did it have extra caramel? no it didn't. So when I mentioned that to the girl, she goes oh well sorry... Wrong answer to the wrong person. What she should have said was I'm so sorry, and offer to make it again. But No, she made me wait at the window for a minute. I know she saw me at the window with my arm out with the cup. She essentially closed the window on me when I was still talking to her complaining about my drink. So now I'm pissed off. When she comes back, I tell her straight, I need this made right. She takes it from me and not happily. I can see her kind of stomp it down on the counter and then she turned, so I can't really see the counter she's working off of. almost instantaneously she pops up with another drink. And now it's saturated with caramel. Mind you I didn't even get on her about the coffee sitting as long as it had been sitting in the cup to how it was already melded together as much as it was. When you give me a fresh cup of a dry iced Americano, I should be able to still see the separation between the espresso and the half and half. And coffee drinkers know that an espresso shot is only potent for so many minutes after it's brewed. So please don't play with me about my cup of coffee. But this lady did and here we are.

We ordered a simple large hot Jasmine Dragon tea, but received a medium-sized drink. We weren't given a receipt, but after checking my bank statement, we noticed we had been charged for a large. When we questioned the employee about it at the time, she said all hot teas are served in a medium size by default. To her credit, she eventually did the right thing and provided us with the large we had ordered. However, she then told us we "should have requested a large" when ordering. Hmm... we did. That's exactly what we ordered, and it's also what we were charged for. The issue wasn't simply correcting the drink. It was the unnecessary attitude and the attempt to make it seem like we were at fault when we had clearly ordered and paid for a large. A simple "sorry about that" would have gone a long way. No need for the attitude. Overall, the problem could have been resolved very easily with a simple apology and professional customer service. Instead, the interaction left a very negative impression. For management: This purchase was made on August 16, 2026, at approximately 9:00 PM.

Inside is lively, with students studying and chatting. There's plenty of seating outside, which is generally quieter and a nice place to study if you can find a spot. Coffee: I usually order espresso drinks, and the quality has been very inconsistent. I've occasionally had a lovely cup, but most have been overly milky, bitter, or sour. The flavored drinks I've tried also tend to be very sweet and artificial tasting. The drinks are expensive, which makes the inconsistent quality especially disappointing. Service: This has been the most disappointing part. The staff I've interacted with have often seemed dismissive, making me feel as though I'm bothering them by ordering. It's especially noticeable when familiar faces or friends arrive and they suddenly become much warmer and more engaged. The baristas also seem to change frequently, and the differences in drink preparation suggest that training could be more consistent. The outdoor seating is a plus, but the coffee and service haven't given me much reason to return.
