The pianist upscaled the environment but the environment itself was very standard. Bare walls other than some lettering saying the name of the place. A little decoration would be more inviting. I want to go again, it wants to be cozy and inviting with its food but the ambiance isnt selling that vibe. Just was cold and empty feeling instead of stay and relax. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the shop was and how much comfortable space there was to sit, chill, and relax. I was greeted right away by the staff, and they were so warm and friendly. Big plus for being cheerful so early in the morning, because I'm usually cranky at that hour, so approachable people truly make a difference. I used their self-ordering kiosk, which I always appreciate. I like being able to take my time looking through the menu without feeling like I'm holding up a line or taking up an employee's time. I ended up ordering the horchata latte, but I was honestly impressed by the variety of drinks on the menu. My order was ready within five minutes, and my drink was actually pretty good. I don't usually drink lattes these days, but I'm very picky about drip coffee because a lot of places make it taste burnt. So I figured I'd try a latte instead and give this place a fair shot. Both drinks took about 20 minutes to make, which I do feel like is a long time but very much so worth the wait. There was also only two employees there that I saw, so they may have been short staffed because they were constantly working on orders. My Cookie Butter Latte was creamy with biscoff crumbles on top. There was also the perfect amount of ice to keep it cool but not where a majority of the cup was ice. I also thought I tasted a hint of cinnamon in there. I could easily drink the whole thing in 3 gulps. My partner got the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. He's gotten this before, and has not stopped talking about it since. He was even telling me yesterday how he was super excited to go to Los Coffeeholics tomorrow to get his Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. Needless to say, half of his was gone before we even got into the car. Overall - the quality and price of Los Coffeeholics is totally worth it and I'd recommend it to anyone.
