This in and out took forever getting out the orders ): the bathrooms and tables were also not clean. The food was good as always but cleanliness really ruined my appetite.
When I go to Magic Mountain, I don't eat there. Instead I head over the In N Out on Old Road and grab lunch because I know for a fact, we are going to have a delicious burger made my way (double double with extra lettuce, pickles and peppers. ) I have gone here multiple times and though it is a pretty busy location (it is by the freeway), the consistent good food and good customer service keeps me coming back. You may get your food faster if you walk-in but I haven't done that enough to prove that theory right. The times I do walk in to order, the staff is always friendly and they act like they have known me for a long time.
Kevin and I love coming to this In N Out location it's our go to spot, and we've never been disappointed. The food is always super flavorful and freshly made. The burgers are exquisite every time, and the lettuce wrapped option is always perfect crisp, huge, and fresh. The onions are wonderfully crispy, and the lettuce is always on point. Their Animal Style fries are ridiculously good, and we always look forward to pairing them with a pink lemonade, which is just the right balance of sweet and refreshing. The staff at this location are consistently friendly and efficient, especially the employees taking orders and handing food out the windows. We've never had an issue here, and the service always makes the experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this In N Out never lets us down. From the fresh, flavorful food to the welcoming staff, it's consistently satisfying and keeps us coming back again and again. Another simple moment turned into a special little treat definitely a favorite of ours.
When I come to Southern California, one of the things I must do is visit an In-N-Out Burger. They never disappoint. I ordered the cheeseburger animal style, which to me is the best way to order it and it's always delicious. The fries on the other hand were not so great, very dry. For some reason this time they seemed more bland than normal. I would still visit for the burger only. Service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant seemed to be very clean. I will continue to visit when in the area as long as they don't change their burgers.
You can never go wrong at any In N Out location, the wait if you come later in the day is the only obstacle you'll hit. I came to this location because I was in the area and got here before they officially start serving. I found parking easily and was their first customer of the day. This location has indoor and outdoor seating. Their drive thru line is also long so it can handle a lot of cars. The customer service here was amazing, everyone is friendly and want you to have the best experience. I got a 3X2 protein style with chopped chili and made it into a meal with a drink along with fries. They didn't take long to make it. My burger was delicious and they made it perfectly so the presentation was spot on. The fries were amazing and ever since they added cherry coke as an option for the drink, it made the whole meal just perfect.
In-N-Out has been consistently good to us, even at their busiest. Sometimes our experience is even better when we get the timing just right. Today was one of those days and it was a great first visit at this location -- easy parking, no line and plenty of open tables/booths. Our burgers and fries were prepared just as we ordered. As we were enjoying our delicious lunch, I watched an awesome team member, Pintor, greet customers and ask if they needed anything (ketchup, napkins, peppers, etc.) while he continually swept and wiped down areas. He then took our trays to the trash when we finished. Kudos to this location's management for training such an exceptional team! :)
In-N-Out's Double-Double with two beef patties, melted cheese, lettuce and tomato, and signature spread on a toasted bun, and Hamburger were delicious.
Love this location! The burgers are always made perfectly and never disappoint. I came here yesterday and was very satisfied with how my burger turned out. It was flavorful, filling, and you really can't beat the prices. We dined in, and even though it was busy, the service was still fast and friendly. There was plenty of seating, and the store was very well kept. An employee even came around asking if anyone needed trash thrown away, which I really appreciated. Tip: For anyone who needs an order recommendation I always order a double double buns extra toasted with both raw & grilled onions animal style! Always a great vibe here. I will definitely be back!
Came in for a quick bite and left impressed. Service was fast, staff was on point, and parking was super easy. The food hit the spot, simple but fresh. Cleanest bathrooms I've seen in a while too. Great vibe overall. This isn't for this location but wow! I can't believe how much the prices have changed over the last few years. I hope it doesn't get too wild. * Insert crying face.*
Probably the messiest In-N-Out I've ever been to. Floors are dirty, bathrooms are dirty, and the place overall is a mess. I assume it is because of Six Flags. This location has a lot of teenagers, so this could be the hangout spot before and after Six Flags. This means it's a different type of crowd, the teens' crowd. The worst of the worst. But at least the food is still great, but good luck finding a table here. Yikes. Or better yet, one that is clean!
It's In-N-Out. Exactly how you know it. Exactly how it's prepared at every other location. At least this location has ample parking and a friendly staff. Rarely any outrageous lines like other locations... your car isn't on the Main Street in line at the drive thru here. Only reason I knocked 1 star is they don't alway have all the tables and restroom clean as it should.
One of the new locations in scv off the old road. I went in here during a late afternoon to grab a gift card. Cashier was helpful and friendly, got me in and out quickly. Inside was busy but people were waiting for their food orders. Has a good amount of seating as well. **Parking is decent, could be better but you can park at the other restaurants near by and walk over. Drive thru line is a better set up then the other three in town.
As always, in and out is consistent across cali. I order the same thing each time. 2 Flying Dutchman with whole grilled onion wrap, with pickles and chilies slices. Clean place. Drive through time was reasonable.
In-N-Out was FIRE!!!! Ordered my go to Flying Dutchmen with chopped grilled onions and fries on the side! There were other items in my order, but I'm only reviewing what I ate. The food was seasoned SO well! It honestly reminded me of a home-cooked meal, and you know there's nothing like that homemade taste! Everything hit the spot. When I walked in, I went straight to the counter to order, and there was no wait indoors. The drive-thru line, was LONG! This was one of the biggest In-N-Out locations I've ever been to. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. The restrooms were also very clean, which is always a plus! Overall, great food, clean, plenty of seating, and quick service when ordering inside. I visited this location on Saturday around 12pm. There were about 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru, and Caleb took my order at 12:03. He was very polite, straight to the point, and efficient. I ordered a #2, Cheeseburger with raw onions, chopped chilis, fries and a Dr. Pepper. All this came out to $10.15. I arrived to the first window at 12:15pm, so it was about a 12 minute wait to pay. Jack was my cashier (according to the receipt) and he was just as polite, and efficient as Caleb was. About five minutes later I drove up to the final window and received my food and drink. Overall we're looking at a 20 minute wait from the time I got in line to the time I left. For a Saturday at noon, I didn't think that was bad at all! I got home and inspected my order. Everything was correct (including the raw onions and chopped chilis). At first I began to think that the cheeseburgers were getting smaller, but I found myself getting really full toward my last two bites of my burger. So it definitely was enough to fill me up. In-n-out really is quality you can taste. The buns, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, everything tastes so fresh. Unpopular opinion, but I'm not mad at the fries either (especially with a side of spread). The drink to ice ratio was also enough to get me through the meal without leaving me wanting a refill. I enjoy going to this location because the employees are always friendly, and it's a good price for a quality burger! read more

You can never go wrong with In n Out, and this location is as no exception. The staff were super friendly. Service was quick despite the usual busyness of an In n Out for lunch. The burgers and fries were very tasty. I even got a Tshirt for $20. read more
This is hands down my favorite in and out while traveling so far! It's always got ample parking! The interior is massive and it's always easy to find seating ! In and outs standard for execution is always uniform but the over all layout of this location perfection! read more
Pissed I'm all the way home and this is what my "Flying Dutchman" looks like!! I specifically said grilled onions on both sides! They put chopped onions in between!!! I spent much money for yall to mess my order up! Then my burgers, I asked for To-go, they put them in a bag and tossed all the ketchup packets on-top of them! Ewllll!! Dirty packets on my food. On the positive, their customer service was honest and kind. And ensured my next visit they'll get it right. read more

Came in solo for a lil snack at it dine in and left after leaving it was freezing cold outside. I asked for a side of pickles so my burger doesn't get all soggy, I can put them inside myself and I also asked for x3 sides of spread so I can put it on my burger and fries!!!!! We came through the drive-thru and ordered two #1 combos, along with a few other items. As you know, combos come with drinks--but when placing the order, the employee asked if we wanted drinks, not what drinks we wanted. That made it sound like drinks were being added separately rather than included, which was confusing from the start. At the window, we asked to confirm: "Do combos come with drinks?" The guy said yes, and we told him we wanted two pink lemonades with our combos. Instead of correcting the order or ringing it up properly, he charged everything as individual items. Our total went from about $24 to $30 because we were charged for each item separately. Then, when we got our food at the second window, we had three burgers and three fries--but only got two spreads. We waited patiently for the employee to return, and instead of asking if we needed anything else, she quickly said "That's everything," clearly trying to rush us off. We politely asked for more spread, and she handed us two more--but as we slowly pulled away, she rolled her eyes so hard it was hard not to notice. I've worked in fast food myself for years, so I understand how hectic things can get, but we were extremely patient and respectful throughout the entire interaction. The service just felt rushed, careless, and honestly rude--something I've never experienced at an In-N-Out before. This visit was disappointing, especially given how much we love In-N-Out and how reliable their service usually is. read more

When I'm craving a burger, only In N Out comes to mind. The best burgers I have ever had, I'm a true fan. Stopped by this location for dinner tonight and they were no exception as well. Located off the 5, it's a convenient location. However, it defenitly can get very busy so just be weary of that. If you don't mind waitin, don't skip out on them. Totally worth it. Went with a double double and got the burger mustard fried with no pickles and spread. I added whole raw and grilled onions, extra cheese and mustard. This is the best way to have your burger, super juicy and packed with flavor. My go to every single time. Highly reccomend this if your a mustard or onion fan. I spent $18.86 for my customized double double, cheeseburger, two fries and a soda. There is no other place where you can eat something so good and of great quality for such a low price. Big shout out to this In N Out location. Thank you for my great dinner tonight, till next time In N Out. read more

Better to get a In and Out Burger and fries, than eating them at Magic Mountain. Much cheaper, and i get more bang for my buck. I can feed my girl, and her girlfriends lol. We stopped here after a fun Magic Mountain trip. I was feeling In and Out and i purchased 5 Double Doubles with fries and drinks, and 2 triples for me lol, since the girls do not eat as much as i do. Lines were not that long inside. Outside as always were long lines at the drive thru. Nice crew and friendly environment. Love the fresh burgers and fries with drinks.. You cant go wrong with In and Out. read more

I stopped to charge my EV and also recharge my appetite at In-N-Out by Magic Mountain. The double double with no onions was juicy, tender, and flavorful, with a perfect balance of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and their yummy signature sauce. The animal style fries were crispy, cheesy, and smothered in grilled onions and more sauce. It was a feast for the senses and the soul. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with friendly staff and happy customers. Apparently it's a place where teenagers hang out until 1am. Who knew.
