I visited this location on Saturday around 12pm. There were about 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru, and Caleb took my order at 12:03. He was very polite, straight to the point, and efficient. I ordered a #2, Cheeseburger with raw onions, chopped chilis, fries and a Dr. Pepper. All this came out to $10.15. I arrived to the first window at 12:15pm, so it was about a 12 minute wait to pay. Jack was my cashier (according to the receipt) and he was just as polite, and efficient as Caleb was. About five minutes later I drove up to the final window and received my food and drink. Overall we're looking at a 20 minute wait from the time I got in line to the time I left. For a Saturday at noon, I didn't think that was bad at all! I got home and inspected my order. Everything was correct (including the raw onions and chopped chilis). At first I began to think that the cheeseburgers were getting smaller, but I found myself getting really full toward my last two bites of my burger. So it definitely was enough to fill me up. In-n-out really is quality you can taste. The buns, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, everything tastes so fresh. Unpopular opinion, but I'm not mad at the fries either (especially with a side of spread). The drink to ice ratio was also enough to get me through the meal without leaving me wanting a refill. When I go to Magic Mountain, I don't eat there. Instead I head over the In N Out on Old Road and grab lunch because I know for a fact, we are going to have a delicious burger made my way (double double with extra lettuce, pickles and peppers. ) I have gone here multiple times and though it is a pretty busy location (it is by the freeway), the consistent good food and good customer service keeps me coming back. You may get your food faster if you walk-in but I haven't done that enough to prove that theory right. Their Animal Style fries are ridiculously good, and we always look forward to pairing them with a pink lemonade, which is just the right balance of sweet and refreshing. When I come to Southern California, one of the things I must do is visit an In-N-Out Burger. They never disappoint. I ordered the cheeseburger animal style, which to me is the best way to order it and it's always delicious. The fries on the other hand were not so great, very dry. For some reason this time they seemed more bland than normal. I would still visit for the burger only. Service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant seemed to be very clean. You can never go wrong at any In N Out location, the wait if you come later in the day is the only obstacle you'll hit. I came to this location because I was in the area and got here before they officially start serving. I found parking easily and was their first customer of the day. This location has indoor and outdoor seating. Their drive thru line is also long so it can handle a lot of cars. The customer service here was amazing, everyone is friendly and want you to have the best experience. I got a 3X2 protein style with chopped chili and made it into a meal with a drink along with fries. They didn't take long to make it. My burger was delicious and they made it perfectly so the presentation was spot on. In-N-Out has been consistently good to us, even at their busiest. Sometimes our experience is even better when we get the timing just right. Today was one of those days and it was a great first visit at this location -- easy parking, no line and plenty of open tables/booths. Our burgers and fries were prepared just as we ordered. As we were enjoying our delicious lunch, I watched an awesome team member, Pintor, greet customers and ask if they needed anything (ketchup, napkins, peppers, etc.) while he continually swept and wiped down areas. We came through the drive-thru and ordered two #1 combos, along with a few other items. As you know, combos come with drinks--but when placing the order, the employee asked if we wanted drinks, not what drinks we wanted. That made it sound like drinks were being added separately rather than included, which was confusing from the start. At the window, we asked to confirm: "Do combos come with drinks?" The guy said yes, and we told him we wanted two pink lemonades with our combos. Instead of correcting the order or ringing it up properly, he charged everything as individual items. Our total went from about $24 to $30 because we were charged for each item separately. Then, when we got our food at the second window, we had three burgers and three fries--but only got two spreads. We waited patiently for the employee to return, and instead of asking if we needed anything else, she quickly said "That's everything," clearly trying to rush us off. We politely asked for more spread, and she handed us two more--but as we slowly pulled away, she rolled her eyes so hard it was hard not to notice. I've worked in fast food myself for years, so I understand how hectic things can get, but we were extremely patient and respectful throughout the entire interaction. Don't let the long lines right after six flags closes discourage you from going there, the lines are very efficient and move quickly. The employees are extremely friendly and come to your table to ask if you need anything, like napkins or ketchup. We have visited many locations but this location in Valencia on The Old Rd and Magic Mountain pkwy needs to do something about the double line. There is always an issue with people just cutting the line. Today was the worst. A lady just drove so fast into the double line into the single line and completely almost made me crash. The worker told her to back up and she ignored him and kept going without placing her order. These entitled people should NOT be helped or at least be told to go around just like everyone! Once she got to the window she went back and forth with the worker in window until she finally took her order. This throws off the line and it's going to cause a fight which i've seen almost happen. 2:30 PM on a Wednesday there were two people in front of me in line and I'm totally ok with waiting a long time for In N Out. However a little appalled that the "manager" was explaining to her customer (possible friend) about surrogacy and how much money they make as a couple doing it. For ten minutes. The young guy next to her did the best he could taking orders & trying to speed up the line. Specifically, I wanted no salt on anything yet they caked it on extra heavy, that I threw out the entire meal and my dogs lunch during our 10 hour road trip. Will not be back to this location which is a bummer since it's super freeway accessible. Located off the 5, it's a convenient location. However, it defenitly can get very busy so just be weary of that. If you don't mind waitin, don't skip out on them. Totally worth it. Went with a double double and got the burger mustard fried with no pickles and spread. I added whole raw and grilled onions, extra cheese and mustard. This is the best way to have your burger, super juicy and packed with flavor. My go to every single time. Highly reccomend this if your a mustard or onion fan. I spent $18.86 for my customized double double, cheeseburger, two fries and a soda. There is no other place where you can eat something so good and of great quality for such a low price. After a long day at Hurricane Harbor we stopped by for a quick bite before driving home. We waited a while for our food, which is fine. Anyone going to In-N-Out (especially at 10 at this location) can expect that you're going to have to wait patiently. Finally our food made it to Mathew, this poor guy was unfortunately completely overwhelmed. Twice I asked him for extra sauce, and he just blankly stared back at me while continuing to rush around.
