This is my first time trying Fatburger and I'm pleasantly surprised! It's kind of tucked in between a lot of different things on a side road but it's been there a long time and I've always said "next time!" I got the original fatburger and it was very tasty! I loved the way it was sauced but not soggy and built correctly! It was busy when we came in but service was fast and everything was cooked fresh so it was very hot! I tried some chili cheese fries and those were also bomb! The bathroom left much to be desired. It was kinda dark and musty in there. The plant has seen better days and definitely needs a dusting! Overall price wise it was a bit on the high side for 3 meals but- very good, and I will be back! I definitely need to try those shakes!! read more

Vegan options!!!! The staff here is always so nice and friendly when they're taking your order. And I love how they bring your food to your table. Atmosphere is loud due to the music and the TV but you can still hear your conversation. Exactly the way I like it only place where you can get a vegan milkshake. I love hitting this Fatburger on my way to L.A. It is an easy on-and-off-the-freeway bite to eat. The food is always delicious, and the service is standard. The shakes are good, the noise level is good, and the price is fair. The only thing that could be a problem for people is the lack of seating. They have 1 counter that seats 3, 1 high table that seats 4, and 3 regular tables that seat 4 each. All-in-all this is a solid choice for a fast and filling meal. I came to this location a few weeks ago at night. The food was very good and I decided to come back today. It was not the same experience. I'm not one to ask for special treatment, but I don't understand why the waitress/manager brought the food over to the table if another family that was dining here and made me walk up to the cook to get mine and my kids' food. Even the impossible burger was just as good as the other classics. Often I was enticed to try XXXL burger but never was brave enough to do so given that the burger was probably taller than me! Me and my kids went to the Fatburger on The Old Road in Valencia, CA. The team working there was so friendly and welcoming. The cashier was so nice, patient, and she got our order just right. I ordered the Impossible Burger with everything and a fat fry. It was so good! It was seasoned to perfection and juicy. It had the right amount of mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, and relish. My daughter got an Oreo shake and the Maui Banana shake. The Oreo shake was bomb.com! I could taste the chunks of cookies. And the Maui Banana shake reminded me of my aunt's banana pudding secret recipe. The fries were just the right amount of crispy with the perfect amount of fluff in the middle. We will definitely be going back. First time eating an impossible burger here... it is a made-from-plants burger patty but looks and tastes like beef! well let me break it down for those of you considering trying this! I highly recommend ...It is so Delicious! I ordered it with said ingredients on the menu and talk about juicy goodness! The best thing about it... it tastes just like beef! ... but without the guilt! He told me the manager at store #1076, 26906 The Old Road in Valencia, California, forbids employees from using more than two scoops in vegan milkshakes. I told him that's a rip off. #fatburger 3/26/21 update: I complained on the company's feedback Website and got a call within hours offering me a coupon for a free meal, including a replacement milkshake. I came here with my family for lunch on the weekend. I had a 1/3 lb. Fatburger combo with a medium drink. My wife got the Impossible burger and a shake. We also ordered an additional 1/3 lb. Fatburger by itself, and two kids' meals. We spent $84.80, which was for me a slightly shocking amount of money to pay for burgers. My wallet is not very fat after this meal. Some thoughts: -- The kids' meal is vastly overpriced. No kids' meal should cost $14.23. -- The burger in the kids' meal is much too small, particularly for the price. It was okay for my youngest, who isn't a big eater anyway. But it's not nearly enough food for my 10-year-old. This thing needs to be reworked. I've included a picture of the kids' burger next to one of my fat fries for scale purposes. -- The kids' meal comes with far too many fries. You could cut the amount in half and it wouldn't be too few. Adding fries doesn't make up for a skimpy burger. (Knowing these things now, if I were to come back I would probably just order my youngest two kids a regular 1/3 lb. burger combo and split it. That would save $11+ right there and it can't be any less meat for them.) Also, cheese is an additional $1.25 per burger -- even on a very small kids' burger. This surcharge needs to be eliminated; at these prices, cheese should be included. Having said all that, my burger was juicy (if messy) and very good. My son called his delicious. The fat fries were nice and my wife enjoyed her shake. The service was friendly and they brought our food to us in maybe ten minutes. In terms of seating, it's not a huge space. There are two regular 4-top tables inside, one 2-top, and a tall 4-top. There are also two seats at a counter -- and some tables outside, which is where we sat, as the regular 4-tops were both occupied. I might consider coming back here at some point down the road...but not any time soon, and it wouldn't be a regular occurrence. When we order Indian food for takeout we spend $75 at the most, and end up with enough food for multiple subsequent meals. Here we spent $10 more than that, have no extra meals, one kid who didn't get enough burger to eat, and a bunch of fries we threw away as they don't reheat well. That's kind of a tough sell. If we want burgers we can just go to In-N-Out for half the price. read more

This is a great location for a Fatburger as it's close to Magic Mountain so if you don't wanna eat in the park this is another option. Over the years I've been to Fatburger several different times and many different locations this one however was kinda a let down as they took super long to get my food out, I was just happy I arrived when I did because as soon as I ordered and sat down they got a big line and I would have been here well over an hour if I were at the end of it. My burger was super overcooked I mean it was like charred I'm not a picky guy when it comes to burgers but what i got was a a hunk of gristle that was just barely edible at that point I didn't feel like waiting any longer and just ate it to get in my way. This was a very disappointing Fatburger experience as it was apparent their staff was untrained or just didn't really care about all the hungry people who came in as I could tell they had real trouble getting everyone's orders out in a timely manner. If your in the area I'd definitely seek out other options as this particular Fatburger seems to have some issues well at least they did during my visit. read more
