I had the worst panda experience ever. I walked in one evening to order two plates of dinner for my spouse and me. I waited for a few minutes, which was fine, but no one greeted me. Then, a guy named "Gio" came up, but he didn't acknowledge me at all. A few more minutes passed, and he finally said he was busy. After waiting for 10 minutes, he finally took my order. We received a coupon in the mail from Panda in Stevenson Ranch and it was for a buy one bowl and get one free. The manager gentleman who helped us said he would not accept it because it didn't have a scan code. We showed him that it was for this location but he still wouldn't take it. This was something they mailed out and he wouldn't accept it. We've gotten these before and they didn't have scan code and the previous manager took it and we moved forward. Just received the middle finger as I drove off from an employee 'Yaison' who refused to make my order after it was placed online. Checked the stores closing time online, it says 9:30, so I put an order in at 8:50. Got an email saying it would be ready by 9:09. Showed up at exactly 9 to them locking the door. They saw me coming and walked away, I knocked on the door referencing my hand as a phone, trying to tell them I put an order in, only for them to drag their feet to come to the door. I told them I put an online order in and they said what is it, I gave them my items I ordered and they said, "yeah, we're not making that right now." I asked to speak to a manger, they said we don't have one. They refused to serve me my order after paying. I had to drive off having payed with no food and being flicked off. Is this how panda treats their customers??? How do I get a refund? They basically stole my money. Going to have to contact corporate to inform them of their employees who turned me away. Forgot their names, but I'll be back to complain to the stores manager and get the proper names to the 2 employees who refused to serve me my order.
