I had the worst panda experience ever. I walked in one evening to order two plates of dinner for my spouse and me. I waited for a few minutes, which was fine, but no one greeted me. Then, a guy named "Gio" came up, but he didn't acknowledge me at all. A few more minutes passed, and he finally said he was busy. After waiting for 10 minutes, he finally took my order. The manager gentleman who helped us said he would not accept it because it didn't have a scan code. We showed him that it was for this location but he still wouldn't take it. This was something they mailed out and he wouldn't accept it. We've gotten these before and they didn't have scan code and the previous manager took it and we moved forward. Just received the middle finger as I drove off from an employee 'Yaison' who refused to make my order after it was placed online. They saw me coming and walked away, I knocked on the door referencing my hand as a phone, trying to tell them I put an order in, only for them to drag their feet to come to the door.
