Good pizza! Old school style, just like I remember, glad to revisit Pizza Hut after so many years.

We enjoyed the lunch buffet on a Monday. Got there before they put out the pizza, but the salad bar was available and fresh and delicious. The pizza came out soon after 11:30, and it was great. I have always been a fan. This location has maintained the classic feel of the Pizza Hut I remember fondly from my youth. I really do appreciate that. My only complaint is that the staff are very loud. We were seated on the opposite side of the dining room and I felt like I could hear the whole conversation they were having around the bar and the kitchen area. Is that really necessary. I appreciate their friendly attitude, but please don't act like you're the only ones there when customers have arrived. read more

They are a complete ripoff...They advertise any large pizza with any toppings on any crust for $12.99 but when you check out it's $2 more for the stuffed crust and if you add more vegetable toppings to the specialty pizza the price goes up $5 for each One... The Brisket Pizza was good but very little brisket...I don't think people would miss Pizza Hut if they closed down and turned it into a Dominos or Papa John's... At least when you order from other pizza places...When you check out the prices don't change and the pizza is so much better than Pizza Hut... I'd rather do Hunts Brothers Pizza... Seriously the worst. Gave my husband 2 bags and our pizza box so he assumed everything was in there but it was not. Called them, mind you we live over 30 minutes away, they were going to remedy it by giving us a credit that was good for 30 days. I don't know about you but I travel during the holidays and don't eat out a ton, we get Pizza Hut about once every 6 months, so they were just okay with me losing my money. Talked to the GM Laura who told me there were 2 choices, neither of which would give me my $ back. So I asked if she was gonna pay me $30 for time and gas to go back, which would have been over an hour drive there and back, THEN she said she could see about giving me a refund. Disgusting! Fresh, hot pizza with friendly service and a clean restaurant. It's so good! If you also want speed, maybe order online. If you walk in, it takes longer to get a pizza to go than to order, eat and pay at most restaurants. However, everyone is so nice, you don't even mind. read more

Myself and my daughter visited Pizza Hut in Caldwell on Monday September 15. We placed our order, the waitress was super nice. I noticed someone was talking very loud, I turn to look over and noticed someone behind the bar and 3 employees sitting on the other side of the bar. Well she kept being super loud. It was like that the whole time through our meal, I ask the waitress why is she talking so loud. The 3 people she was talking too were 2 feet away from her. The waitress said that was the manager and she was having a meeting. She disturbed our whole meal. I was so frustrated by the time I left. She is just a loud big mouth. This Pizza Hut is run like no other and I think that's why I don't cringe when I go here for pizza. This place is clean, the salad bar is alway stocked with fresh crisp vegetables and the servers don't look like they've been wearing their uniforms for 5 straight days. I suggest breaking away form the normal pizza and getting one of their sandwiches. They're delicious. read more

the waiter was very atent to any of requestand always make sure are cup was full of drink, the food is very much like as it is advertised. the taste is awesome. this place was open at 11pm on a sunday in caldwell, witch was surprising so thats is a plus. the reson that i gave 4 stars only the restrooms are not that good, but the clanese of the restaurant was good. read more

After a long day.....headed back home and stopped for dinner. This Pizza Hut was fantastic. Clean, everyone was friendly and attentive. We had the BEST waitress KIAH! She was so bubbly and helpful when we needed to change our order-constantly checking in with us- the vibe here is wonderful. Been a long time since we had Pizza Hut but next we are here will have to stop. Kudos to you KIAH!!!! read more

I don't usually review stuff I just never go back but I couldn't find any up to date reviews so here we go guys. Showed up today, thursday, at noon for lunch buffet that started at 11:30. Wait staff said stuff on its way coming out so we sat down and got salads while we waited. And waited. And waited. They had 3 young waitresses up front. An old lady cutting pizza and I'm guessing one cook? Because they had bread sticks and the 2 small pans of pasta on the buffet that would run out before anyone could get anything. Multiple people around us walked out but we had time so we waited. The dining room was full of parents/grandparents with kids and the only pizzas coming out were 1 veggie and 1 supreme, the entire hour that we were there they put out one cheese pizza and one hamburger pizza. Never got refills on our drinks after we sat there for an hour and then paid 45 dollars for 4 people to each get 2 slices of pizza and some salad. If I haven't previously been a manager at a busy Pizza Hut in San Antonio I might have had more sympathy but we would run a shift with one waiter, 2 cooks and 1 cutter/ front register person. Put your young kids in the back they aren't waiting tables anyways, every single table was covered in dishes and new customers were cleaning up tables themselves so they could sit down. I saw a post that y'all are short staffed. That's not short staffed that's not properly utilizing your workers. read more

We were driving through from visiting family in midways and stopped here to get a bite and have to say that me and my family were highly impressed with how fresh the food was and how friendly the service was and Ashley happen to be our waitress she was extremely nice we were very satisfied!!! read more

I am at this Pizza Hut right now and it took forever for someone to seat my sister and I.. someone else was behind me waiting in line as well, a lady comes up to seat the people behind me, and told us we had to wait? Then we finally get seated and the waitress brings out drinks out, tells us that she will be right back with straws (we order at this point for our food) she never came back to check on us, never gave us straws, or told us when our food would be out. The only time she came to the table after that was to give us our food and then give us our check. I'm really disappointed. read more

Yum! The chicken Alfredo pizza here is delicious!! The buffet is fresh, hot and good! They'll try to put out pizzas you request. The salad dressing is not great, but that is no fault of the location. The price is right, the refills are free. This is the best Pizza Hut I've ever been to. It is packed to the gills at lunch. read more

we have ordered pizza for pick up for years but yesterday we had some errands to run and we had buffet. My husband prefers thin crust and we waited and waited and they finally brought out a thin crust pizza right before we left. we both had salads and I really like hard boiled egg on my salad.....I took two bites before I realized that the eggs had a very funny taste. I finished and went on our merry way. I woke up in the middle of the night sick and have been sick all day......all I can say is #1 it will be a LONG time before I get brave enough to do your pizza hut again and #2 I am sure glad that I only had two bites because as sick as I have been it would have been really bad had I eaten more. read more
