This is my Covid update. The facility is very clean and well separated. The place is so big and people are so distanced...it feels like the dinning area is empty. A little depressing. The staff is still very friendly and helpful. The salad and pizza buffet is gone. They replaced the salad bar with four prepared salads. I ordered a chicken Caesar on this trip. The bread stick that came with the meal was excellent - soft, nice Italian seasoning, slightly buttery. The salad was big and the chicken was tender - though no special seasoning or taste. The salad dressing was purchased. I chuckled when the waitress brought me a small spice container sized of Parmesan cheese. Interesting touch to create less contact. The menus are now paper so they can be thrown away to further reduce risk of passing germs. read more

My wife and I ordered a meat lovers melt and a personal pan pizza. Both were very good and tasty. I especially liked the thin crispy crust on the melt along with the marinara dip. Service was quick and attentive. The restaurant was clean. We were happy with our food, service and price. read more

Rating a 3 because I asked for taco sauce and ranch for taco pizza pizza (in person) and was given 6 taco sauce and 2 sour cream in a bag which I don't eat sour cream. No ranch in the bag. The lettuce on the pizza was VERY gross. A lot of brown pieces and I didn't get one crunchy piece. I am never ordering a taco pizza again. Was my favorite pizza and I can eat it cold the day after and I don't mind. I did not get tomatoes either. Onions were not the red onion. Just a lot of things wrong with the taco pizza. Fantastic PH!!! We were military and moved all over and NOBODY has a taco pizza like Bluffton Pizza Hut. We were served by Daphne and she was fantastic! Super personable and attentive - this woman needs a promotion stat! Way better and cooler than the Coventry location by far. I'm home visiting from NC and this location and their taco pizza was at the top of my list! read more

My hometown Pizza Hut - so many memories going after church for garlic bread, salad bar and pizza. 4 stars because 85% of the time it's the same old reliable service but this most recent visit was a bit disappointing. We dined in for the dinner buffet. Drinks were never refilled. Buffet consisted of 50% wings. Pizza was less than desirable. Thank God the salad bar still has homemade ranch though. Went to this place and they were really rude didn't greet us didn't give us a menu so couldn't order, the day was really rude, one lady told the manager that we sat our selfs after we were told too, so definitely won't be going back. read more

Ordered the Big Dinner Box for an early dinner tonight . Everything was awesome and the food was delivered on time and hot. Driver was very friendly and made sure I had my crushed red pepper and cheese packets. Definitely a lot better than one of the previous pizza's we ordered. Will order again for sure‼ read more

I get it....its Pizza Hut. I gave Pizza Hut the 5 stars because of the staff at this location. I cannot tell you how much a good manager along with EXCELLENT servers will bring a customer back again and again....even if they aren't hungry for pizza, they will still come back. The servers are so patient and personable and my absolute favorite part is when they remember what you like with your order/buffet and what your entire family drinks. I always have this odd request to have a side of BBQ sauce with my pizza. Sometimes I forget to say something about it or have to go to the bathroom before the server comes back...and when I come back to the table, there is my BBQ sauce! Its the little things that count and mean the most sometimes. read more

Best Pizza Hut that I've ever been too! The Saturday lunch brunch features everything they offer including both the boneless and bone-in wings and all their flavors! I love love this lunch buffet! Disappointed in the opening night of our new restaurant. They were not busy, but the service was slow and not welcoming. The manager and owner (boss) did not work the room. Opening night I expected management to circulate to each table and they did not talk to any table. 4 of us dined together 3 got their food close together. My food was brought to the table 15 minutes after everyone else. No manager ever approached with an apology. So very disappointed. We have been regular customers since they opened in the '70s. A little personal attention would have gone a very long way. read more

I think your workers ( women or even men) they should be able to wear whatever jewelry they want....studs are crap... let them wear hoops ( the circular earrings)...I think they should feel free to express themselves but look professional at the same time...earrings won't hurt them or your customers....but so far I love your pizza and my server was great she was really sweet....thank you for your great service( four stars because I think they should wear whatever jewelry they want) read more
