I've been here twice. The food was good both times. The service was good the first time but the last time we went it was awful. We have been going to Wings Etc. for years, and every ktime I enjoy it. Throughout Covid we did online ordering and now we are glad that we can go back in person! We had a bit of a larger party and they were still pretty fast. Our server was named Erika and she did a nice job. Appetizers: Pickle Chips: These were awesome and throughly enjoyed by the whole table. Loaded Chili: I did not try this but the person who did liked it, and I liked the crackers that came with it. Main Dishes: Boneless Wings: I love these a lot! I like that they are easy to eat and are not messy. I get the barbecue sauce on them and I like the taste of it, and the fact that it isn't spicy. A great choice if you are not a big fan of spice. Regular Wings: These were hot and crispy. One person got fries with it and said they could be a little more crispy but they were good. The other person got dry rub and they also enjoy the flavor. Burger: The person who got this got the thin patties and enjoyed it a lot. They suggest getting the thin patties instead of the thick one. This is a good choice if you don't want wings. Overall if you are looking for a wing place, this is the place for you. They have something for everyone and there is a reason I keep coming back. The bathrooms are also pretty clean. I did not get them this time but I do suggest the pretzel bites if you go! happy eating! read more

We eat here almost every week when we attend their game night. Most times the food is ok and the service is good. In fact, we have a few favorite servers that we enjoy. The server we had today was just ok. Definitely not as friendly as our favorites. The restaurant was cold and we tried to tell her. All she said was, "I'm sorry" as she walked away. Ok, but are you going to do anything about it?? And then there was the Philly cheesesteak. The meat was over cooked and the curly fries were mostly broken little bits as if they're from the bottom of the bin. How can they serve this in good conscience?? Admittedly, the kid ate about 1/2 of the meat and a few of the fries by the time we sent it back. She took the platter and talked to the manager. She then returned it as is and only offered $5 off. I guess that's fair, but it left a very bad impression upon us that they don't care about the food they send out. Lesson learned: If it is not right, send it back as soon as possible. read more

Wings Etc in Warsaw is a fantastically ran bar / restaurant. They have family style trivia on Wednesday nights and it is an absolute blast! The bartenders constantly blow me away with their amazing service and the food is also better than most other wing places in the area. Typical Wings Etc. mentality. Franchise closes at 1100 because of lack of business? Why is that? This particular Wings began breaking down the bar at 9:30! They began stacking chairs at 10:15 and turning off TV's at 10:40. Do these actions encourage a late night crowd? They need to go check out the Frickers chain in Ohio for pointers. I have been here and eaten dinner a few times over the years. I've enjoyed the traditional bone-in wings. I prefer the tweener buffalo sauce flavor, topped off with a side of tots. The service is speedy and the food is hot. Also, I've had the breaded tenderloin. The flavor is tasty, and the sandwich is larger than most other restaurants. Stopped in today after a long run at chain o lakes near Albion In. Nice menu, but not a lot of healthy choices. Was able to find the grilled chicken wrap. They let me pick a wing sauce, which was sweet. Also ordered a 32 oz beer! The bartender was very sweet and attentive. She is very good at what she does. Service was excellent. One oddity: They have a sign hanging behind the bar discussing disciplinary offenses that could lead to firing of bartenders. Very TACKY! I'm sure it was warranted.....But damn, put it in back. Your customers don't need to see your dirty laundry. The wrap was incredibly small.....like a snack wrap from McDonald's size. I pulled off most of the tortilla, as it was just hanging onto nothing. It was good with the Asian hot sauce. but seriously not very memorable. My friend had a different wrap, that was equally small. So at least they're consistent and this was intentional. We're not big people, so this was not a meal. Not sure of the point. Either add more ingredients and make it a meal, or pull it off the menu. I'm sitting in this location for the first time, this place has a reputation for the best wings in Warsaw. I'm sitting in the bar area, I've been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting to order. I'm watching the nice bartender bust her rump trying to take care of the entire bar, and bar seating area by herself. She hasn't stopped moving since I've got here. I'm also watching the manager walk around with his thumb up his rear end not doing anything to help this young lady to catch up. He should be taking orders and helping her out when needed. Guess he figures he's above that. Some leadership adjustments need to be made here. I was a hair away from walking out before my order was finally taken. Very slow service. Waited awhile to get seated. We were seated at a table that was still wet and had a strong odor of bleach. A waitress came after another 10 minute wait. they have large helpings and the wings taste good (not great). If you want the TV changed you may as well call ahead. My worst experience happened a few weeks ago during the NBA playoffs. I was with a group of 8+ friends and there were few other customers inside. When I asked her to change the channel from NASCAR to the playoff game. We asked multiple waitresses before it was changed (it took an entire quarter of basketball to change it. We were very polite but it was as if they didn't care that they are a sports bar and their customers wanted to watch a game. This wasn't the only bad e xperience but it was by far the worst. Usually the best wings in my opinion but won't be coming back anytime soon due to the false advertising online. Says Monday specials at a very good price, yet I called and made an order and the prices were WAY off. So I asked about the Monday specials and she says "no we're not doing those right now" seems like false advertisement to me. Advise maybe to change what you have on your online site....also maybe make it easier for customers to read your menu online. read more

This was a meal after a very long shift on a very long day with very little sleep. The waitress was amazing and didn't give me any side eye when little ole me sat down by herself and ordered a cider and wings. She was very fast to produce all of my requested items and was excellent with not hovering while I sleepy eyed stared at tvs just to settle down a bit. We are weekly Wednesday trivia players. The last three weeks I have felt that I have to argue with the manager Kayla to get the food I pay for. First they took away 1/2 orders of specialty nacho's...not happy but okay. I order the EXACT SAME THING EVERY WEEK. A salad with double chicken. 2 Chicken breasts. I pay for it, I'm not asking for anything for free. The last 2 weeks I have been shorted a breast. This week the server saw and agreed and went to let the kitchen know. I went ahead and cut up the breast I got and mixed my salad. Kayla then came out and wanted to see the amount of chicken I got and asked how it was cut up. Was it cubes or sliced? What in the heck? I felt like I was being accused of lying about not getting my chicken. I am here every week. Why would I do that? EVERY WEEK. This has progressively getting worse. Kayla also seemingly polices the amount of drinks a person gets and if they are properly billed. That's fine. But the customer should not be made to feel a criminal for patronizing a restaurant. Tisha the bar tender is excellent, and that's about all this facility has to offer. You all lost a weekly regular. We are gonna hit the pause button. The Ultimate Nachos are great, beating out anyone else's nachos in town! The wings, however, are not as good. The wings all have buffalo sauce drizzled over them, even if you choose a sauce that's not buffalo. This is a bad problem to have if you, like my wife, don't necessarily like the flavor of buffalo sauce. The management here is top-notch, and if it weren't for that I would have probably only given them a two-star rating. read more
