This was my first time to the Bluffton Wings. I was pleasantly surprised by how active the place was. From the outside...it looks like a typical Wings. However it never seems like many people patronize this place. On this occasion...the parking lot looked sparse but there was lots of people and fun going on inside. The facility and parking lots are large. Things were organized, clean and Gad the typical Wings decor. Lots of TV's to keep you amused. Our waitress was Alma. She was friendly, prompt and very attentive. She kept the refills coming and checked on us frequently. We started with the fried pretzel bites with beer cheese. The pretzel bits were small and lightly covered in salt. The fried process made the outside a little tough but not greasy. The inside was soft. The beer cheese was very smooth and creamy. The sauce had a nice mild beer taste to go along with the mild cheese taste. The wings were what I gave had before. The bone in variety were breaded and fried. This gives the wing a bit more mass to fill you up. The breading doesn't have a greasy taste. What I don't like is that the sauces are poured over the top of the wings. This creates lots of spaces on the wing that don't get flavored by the sauce. On this occasion I ordered the Tso and Garlic Parm sauces. I love the pop of the Say it isn't Tso sauce. It has a traditional Chinese General Tso sauce flavor. The sweet taste with a slow kick is delicious. The garlic Parmesan sauce is a lot like the sauce your would get at BWW's. This sauce is creamy, light with has a slight cheesy taste. No overpowering garlic taste and it is lowest on the spice level. read more

I loved the Philly. The atmosphere, a true sports bar, was fun and the servers were good. The food is great pub food.

First time visit to any wings etc. It took over 1hr to receive our order (3 hamburgers and 9 $.79c wings. The burgers were not too bad, I am wondering what they might taste like hot. The fries were cold and utterly disgusting! The waitress forgot our wings that were overcooked and cold, if you have bad teeth, you could have possibly broken one on the hard overcooked breading. This place runs neck and neck with Applebee's for possibly "World's Worst Wings!" If you ever visit Bluffton, IN I would recommend going across the street to Pizza Hut for at least an edible wing. And to top it all off "the so called" waitress didn't give 2 craps how frustrated we were. My family and I would like to thank this establishment for a terrible dining experience and we're out $50 for garbage!!! read more

There's a little bit of distractions with the TVs on the walls. Their applesauce is really, really good. Their fries were okay I guess. I wasn't really sure about them. They have chickens flying in an airplane, it's out of my mind. it's crazy. I think they should maybe change their symbol into just a crazy walking chicken. I liked the bubbly water poster. I liked that the cups the plastic cups were a little higher than the glass ones. Their drinks are soooo cold. There's numbers on the sides of the tables, I like that. I think they're really weird. they turned down the volume of the TVs. Make sure you talk to each other, not just watch the tv. read more

The cook here literally has no clue how to prepare wings. Utterly disgusted, this is the second time in a row that the wings are dried out and soggy with sauce instead of crispy. Here's a tip Mr/Mrs. Wings Cook, Bake the sauce onto the wing and serve "crispy". Not cooked plain and soaked with sauce causing the crispyness to uhhh not be crispy. I know it seems like rocket science but it really does work and any real cook. read more

Came here for the first time back in June. In a two day span, I've visited three times. Shrimp on Wednesday is amazing. I would ensure my flight from California schedule so I can be there on Wednesday ( Oct 27) . This have become my favorite stop when I'm in Bluffton! Staff is amazing. They made FaceTime available for my girlfriend grandma (lives in Bluffton) and us ( living in California) for her birthday. Thank you! read more

It seems pretty nice inside, but the waitress was unaware of what was on tap or how to talk about any of the beers. I got a grilled chicken wrap and a side salad, I also had a handful of their curly fries. Standard food, not my favorite, which was particularly unfortunate considering my indigestion made me taste it the rest of the day. My wife and I had lunch here on a Saturday around 1 pm. The interior is newly renovated so it's your typical Applebees/Chili's/TGI Fridays sort of thing inside. We had a very good waitress, Missy. She checked on us often and kept our drinks filled. They have a nice beer selection, especially for Bluffton. I appreciate something on draft besides the typical Budweiser or Miller. Our food came out in a short time, fresh and hot. So obviously the 3-star rating is for its food. The main part of our meals that should have been the best, the wings, were average. I got the medium Buffalo bone-in wings and the sauce was a disappointment, not very spicy and mostly butter. The wings themselves were done well otherwise. My wife got the garlic paremesan boneless wings and they were drowning in sauce. She thought there was enough in there for 2 more orders! The rest of our food was pretty good: tater tots were nice and crispy and our brownie bite desert was gooey chocolate goodness. So if they get their wing sauces right in flavor and amounts then this place could be near-perfect. read more

We had to wait for a few moments to be seated but nothing too terribly long. We ordered the fried green beans as an appetizer which was delicious. My friend had the breaded tenderloin with curly fries and I had boneless wings and the straight fries. Our food was delicious but my straight fries were brought out later than the rest of the food. However the manager stopped by, asked how our meal was, and apologized for the delay in my fries. He even gave them to use for free. Even though there was a minor delay in being seated and receiving fries I would still highly recommend it to anyone looking for a casual but delicious bar food type meal. read more

We thought we were getting a monster tenderloin for the almost $10 we paid for it and fries (which were cold time we got them): but we were wrong! It barely stuck out the bun! When we pulled in we noticed not alot of cars in the parking lot. Of course the fair was going on. Walked in and 5 different people walked past us and not 1 of them acknowledge us. Then they sat us right there by the door. I have 4 kids so not so easy to keep them quiet to long. I order a create your own hamburger. Kids got wings and mac n cheese. Mac n cheese was great they said. Wings hardly any sauce on them. Mu burger had so much grease in the basket. Which made my curly fries soggy. Totally underrated restaurant. Amazing service and waitress was very polite. Food came out quickly and was perfect. The wings are to die for. I've been to a couple Wings Etc. but there's something different about this one. Day shift manager checked on us herself and the place was very clean with no dirty tables. The menu is very open and there's options for everyone. Definitely recommend for get togethers or even a date. read more

Just finished eating there and my hamburger was RAW and bleeding the fries were good but most were soaking in the blood my hamburger had poured out all over the paper lining!!!! The waitress ended up bringing out a whole new plate and the manager apologized but by the time I got my *new food I had already filled up on our appetizer and my date was finished eating.. I got a box and still paid full price for my interesting experience.. might not recommend this to friends but glad the situation was at least handled and not ignored. read more

Had lunch here yesterday (2-28-2018) with customers. If you like dry already cooked then microwaved wings with sauce that is made up from the same ingredients as all their flavors then this is your place. Wings on the bone were pre-cooked. Then Microwaved to warm up. Very dry hard to chew. Sauce well take ketchup and some other ingredients and add. Not sure about the other foods. P.S. they pushed the free birthday lunch cards heavy.
