And after about 45 minutes. We finally had our drinks. While we were ordering the waitress just gave attitude looks to one in our party because they were asking for a configuration of wings that they did not do. So instead of just saying "the policy is this way" she just got everyone confused. We had asked for some house chips and that they not be cooked too crispy. After a while she brought them back to us, two pans- one crispy and one almost raw, floating in grease and said "This is the best we can do" with attitude. We couldn't eat this and had had had it with this waitress because of the attitude and also because people who were seated after us by this point were already eating and about to leave and we just got our chips. So we took the chips to the bar to show the person up there and ask to speak with a manager. The manager fill in came to our table, he was a cook but was filling in because the manager was not there. As I was trying to explain it to him, she came up, butted in, was arguing with me, the customer, about what had happened. I had began very calmly explaining to this guy our experience but when she came in with MORE attitude, I had to remind her to check herself. She was way over the line inappropriately talking to a customer the way she was. I mean yall, look at these chips in the pic- who would eat this? At this point we'd herb there way over an hour AND HALF and still NO WINGS. We decided to just go pay for those floppy raw potatoes and our drinks and leave. I won't be back and if you guys get this Abby (I think- heavyset, dark haired) waitress that says she's been there longer than everyone else, my advice is to change tables.

When I called to report the issue, I was told that our waitress had mistakenly charged me for another table's bill but that the charge had been voided and should correct itself. I monitored my account daily, but the refund never appeared. When I called back, the manager, Tabitha, reviewed the transactions and explained that while the waitress had processed a refund, she had issued it as cash rather than returning it to my card. By her own admission, it looked as though the waitress had refunded the money to herself. I was assured the matter would be resolved once the owner/bookkeeper returned from vacation and that I would be contacted. A week later, after still hearing nothing, I called again and was told by Tabitha that she was surprised the owner had not reached out, since they had my contact information. At this point, I have disputed the charge with my bank and contacted local authorities about what appears to be a fraudulent transaction. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Beyond the risk of fraudulent charges and mishandling of customer information, the food itself was mediocre at best. What should have been a $30 meal turned into a $96.03 headache--not worth the risk. If I could give zero stars I would.

Today, I returned and politely explained the situation to the staff. I simply asked if they could provide an extra blue cheese this time due to the previous mistake. The cashier went to get the manager, Taylor, who informed me that I would need to have a "credit" on my account in order to receive the blue cheese dressing. She explained that I should have called the same day the mistake happened. I was honestly shocked by the response. As a returning customer who tips every visit, I expected a much better level of customer service and professionalism. I even asked if my tip could be refunded due to the poor service experience, and that request was DENIED as well. What's disappointing is this entire situation could have been resolved easily with a simple cup of blue cheese dressing. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The food may be good, but great restaurants also provide quality customer service and value loyal customers. Sadly, this experience left a bad impression on me.
