Good service but, I got 10 fries, yes I counted for some reason but when student came in had way more frie

They are under construction... I get it but their drive through speaker is not working, so we pulled up to the window with our jet ski trailer on. The girl says "you're going to have to pull around and order from the speaker." My husband stated "your speaker isn't working!" She said "I can't take your order at the window!" He asked "I can't order 1 lemonade here?" She said "No, you have to go around OR... park over there and WALK UP TO THE WINDOW!" wait what My husband is livid now... "Your telling me I can't order at this "drive up" window without going to the speaker, but I can order at the drive in window if I walk up?!?" Girl said "yes" as if my husband was - complete idiot!! He lost it.... So we'll just don't expect much if you go here! We obviously didn't get the lemonade! read more

Avoid this place!! Robot ordering machine is a joke. Food is never how you order. People working their are rude and more concerned about their finger nails then helping a customer. I go back thinking maybe this time will be better, but never is. I am DONE WITH THIS PLACE. Will drive to Richfield from now on when I get a craving for Bojangles. That one is far better. read more

They don't ever put seasoning on the fries I ask for extra seasoning every time and they proceed to not put any seasoning on it

5 stars just becuase this one isn't updated and it has the nostalgia feeling with the hot bar and the decor. staff is always nice. food is always hot and fresh. read more

Customer service only takes a location so far, and they hardly can keep that standard up. As far as the food goes, the fries are always raw or burnt no in between, and a Large Pepsi is the only thing consistent here. Drive a little further to the one in Richfield or just choose somewhere else. Literally the only reason I'm giving this place above a singular star is due to the Pepsi. read more

We order pu for 4 people. They gave us unsweetened tea when we ordered sweet. One napkin, no utensils, fries and O Borounds, we ordered 2 Borounds. A sausage, egg and cheese instead of requested bacon E&C. Really?? How much more could they screw up? read more

I missed my opportunity for a Bo-berry biscuit, but I grabbed a bacon-egg-cheese breakfast biscuit. Loaded with crispy bacon, it was very yummy for a fast breakfast. Hubby got a breakfast chicken biscuit & scarfed it down. He normally gets an extra butter-biscuit, but was behaving himself. Hubby loves BoJangles! read more

I almost left the one store, but the food was pretty OK. I pull up to the drive-through and order a Cajun filet biscuit combo with a sweet tea and light ice. Place wasn't that busy? There were two cars ahead of me and it was going pretty quick. Got my food everything appeared at the time to be right, so I left , I get a mail at the road and realize that they gave me some completely different drink. I don't know what it is but it's disgusting in most cases I would've just let it slide and just drink whatever it was anyways but this drink was awful. I go back to the Bojangles drive-through, and there is no one in line at all, I'll pull up and wait for two minutes. No one acknowledges my existence at all I get to the window and everyone appears to be African-American. Maybe that's why they didn't knowledge me is because I'm white. Set at the window even though people, so I was clearly there, waiting for some assistance, and no one help me until, a car finally pulled up behind me and I refuse to move until they come to the window. Won't be coming here again that's for sure. read more

More disappointing than ever. the food was mediocre. Prices have increased while the quality and quantity have gone down. The person I was with really wanted to eat inside. it was not a pleasant experience. A large area of the floor was sticky and nasty. There was some kind of liquid on the floor and you could not get a drink without your feet sticking to the floor. There was a wet floor sign but no one had even attempted to mop up the liquid and a large area was filthy and sticky. Meanwhile there was an entire table of staff sitting in the dining room having a very LOUD meeting. Why someone could not clean the floor and some of the dirty tables prior to the meeting so that customers could have a reasonable dine in experience makes no sense. Me and my associate went to this bojangles today, I got the chicken supreme with a sweet tea and my associate got a unsweetened tea. First off the fries tasted taste a bit weird sense they where fried in peanut oil (I could smell it from the box). Then my associate said her unsweetened tea tasted like it had a little kick. After all this when I was finishing my sweet tea and got that last big sip my mouth was full of the tea leaves at the bottom. Disgusting. I'm leaving a picture at the bottom of how repulsive the cup looked after I dumped out the ice. read more

As far as Bojangles goes this one isn't serving up the quality I'm used to at my town. we stopped here to get a tailgate box for the drive in movie near by. The staff was overly friendly but the chicken sub par. the chicken was not crispy and not one WING in the box- my favorite piece the rice was really WET with oil and the mac n cheese was over cooked pasta. I HATE the way the drive thru is set up, makes it very difficult for a large vehicle to maneuver through. and once you are in there is no moving out of line all the way to the end of the building. read more

Pretty busy drive thru, but it was fairly quick and efficient. Located on the main drag in Albemarle, I am sure this store really pumps out the chicken and southern food for all the people that come through here. read more

This place has screwed up my drive-through order for the last time!!! I've been through the drive-through at multiple hours, both busy and slow, and they almost always seem to screw up something. Don't go when it's slow, because the food is dried out, too. read more
