A Sonic right beside my hotel? It's almost 11 pm when I check in and I haven't had dinner? Guess where I went! Not using a vehicle to go over there, I used the menu board on the patio to place my order. It feels a bit odd to talk into a machine when the people inside the building are 5 feet away, but I digress . . . The gal on roller skates scooted over to the patio table in no time with my double cheeseburger, fries, and iced tea. I did request no tomato or pickles, but forgot to mention I didn't want onions. Went last night and ordered desserts for us and a small cup of whip cream for the pup. When we got up to the window, we had just about everyone from inside come out including management. At first I thought Oh Boy we did something wrong.. the manager said can you settle a bet for us? The whip cream, is this for a dog? My wife and I stared to laugh, the answer was ultimately yes, but being a quick smart ares at times, my first answer was going to be something very naughty! We will most definitely return to this sonic only because it was a fun conversation in the little time at the window. Plus as an added bonus they even offered our dog a dog biscuit. Independence Day around 6:00 pm... No ice cream, so everything on the menu made with ice cream was unavailable. Also no strawberries, so no strawberry slushies or strawberry limeade. The primary reason for going there on this visit was for milkshakes. We went ahead and ordered burgers and dogs, fries, tots. Tots had as many fries in the sleeve as tots. We drove in about 8:00 pm. Hungry but not hungry after traveling. Easy to order on great electronic order board. Easy to credit card pay. Our server, Alex, on skates, had great customer service skills. There was a mistake with our order...new kid on the block...but manager came out, talked with us, gave us the right sandwiches, with two coupons for free drinks for the next time. We had free drink refills while there! We ordered two Asiagio crispy chicken clubs and they were delicious! ( lettuce was a little wilty, tomato not the greatest.). Strawberry banana milkshake very fruity and thick. Yummy fries. Nice flat drive in units and seating under cover in front and out back, for large groups. All in all, not a bad quick stop! read more

The time is wrong it says 1 am I went at 12:23 and they were lit up and had 5 -10 cars and people even out front EATING but I hit the button and got told they closed at 12 I said can we just get a slush that's all???
