I had a few questions about the menu as a first-time customer, but the young ladies assisting me gave very short responses and seemed visibly uninterested in helping. At times, they looked at each other as if my questions were a bother. They also continued using their phones while I was speaking with them, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that everyone has an off day, but as a new customer, I expected a basic level of courtesy and assistance when asking questions about the menu. If you're already familiar with the menu, you may have a different experience. However, based on my first visit, I would not recommend this establishment to someone looking for welcoming customer service or assistance navigating the menu.
