(Few books maybe) The young lady who made our drinks was friendly but when I asked about sizes and emphasized the large cup on the shelf she said nothing and I was handed a 6oz ish tiny latte that was only "okay" flavor wise. The americano my husband ordered was decent though he asked for hot and was given iced. It was just a disappointment as a whole and we won't return. Onward to better local options for us.

They are all knowledgeable about the products they sell. The store is clean and well organized. They offer so many different products they have to be organized. They offer different teas and complimentary products. They have spices, diffusers, sugars, honey, and other related items. They have a tea bar that serves individual servings of their teas. They have blends designed to target different areas. I get the sleep blends and the anti inflammatory blends. I have also purchased high quality saffron there. The store is cool place to shop. I was also happy to find that the prices were reasonable (both items were $7). The inside is pretty spacious, warm and very welcoming. They have 5 tables, comfortably seating 3-4 people each. They also have a nice couch and arm chairs near the fire place. You can find several outlets along the wall (they have USB outlets, too). There were only two staff members during my visit, but let me tell you, they were awesome! They welcomed every guest like they were old friends and they kept the drive thru moving.
