This was a completely random stop because the water was out in my house from someone breaking a water main and I just needed coffee lol. I don't even live near Denver, but I do work near there sometimes. One of the best random places I've ever stumbled across. The atmosphere was adorable. They promote books of local authors. The coffee was absolutely incredible and made fresh to order. The flavor options were unique and amazing. Quaint little Parisian-themed coffee shop- minus the country music . The red-colored walls and mural of Paris transported me back to my relatively brief time in France until the english conversations brought me back to reality. The lady at the register gave us the warmest morning welcome, but little did she know that her establishment was our first stop after moving to North Carolina. Needless to say, service and coffee were great! And there's plenty of seating from comfy couches to small tables like the ones you'd see facing the streets in France. read more

Love this place! We come here two or three times a week for iced coffee. They have improved the hours and changed the decor. Good seating and several tables for working or doing homework. Several people have had business meetings here and as long as you don't need absolute privacy, its great. The coffee is good too! read more

Never posted a review before, but felt I had to after coming here. On my way home from work wanted to get some GOOD coffee (not Starbucks). Got on yelp and saw this place was close to home, had great reviews and never heard of it before. The owner was extremely nice and very helpful choosing something that I'd enjoy and let's you sample anything first. I got the cold brew and it was awesome. I will be coming here a lot more in the future. One more thing...DO NOT follow yelps directions, just google it because yelp will take you to a church about a mile down the road. read more

Stopped in here for the first time because the reviews were great and I was not disappointed. The "bearded barista" was friendly and showed me the different coffees. The vibe is very cool. I love coming to Cabbellas coffee chop. They always rotate their coffees and have some amazing drip flavors. They have all natural smoothies with no artificial ingredients that are delicious. They even make hot chocolates for my kids when they want to drink coffee like Dad. They also support our local boyscout troop. We come every Saturday. read more

Overall a great coffee shop experience but the most important factor for this 5 star review was that the coffee is fresh and tastes amazing. I usually just get regular coffee so I can't speak for the special varieties. Also you get your coffee very quick as there is self serve dispensers ready to go. This is a great shop. The setting is very inviting and there is plenty of seating, free wifi, chairs, etc for a good crowd. I had most likely the best Americano that I have every had. 2 shots, 16 ounces of deliciousness. There was no bitterness and had a fantastic smoky flavor without the taste of being over roasted. Very, very smooth. The barista said that he would be happy to order beans for me when he placed his weekly order. He was very knowledgeable and he had me sample a few of their fresh brewed drip coffee. I believe he said the owner of the company owns a bean farm which is where the beans for their Carolina blend comes from. Anyway, I am going to see if they will order a couple of half pounds for me. Best frappucino/frozen expresso anywhere!! It's not overly sweet and well blended. Quiet, calm, and comfortable atmosphere is a refreshing change from the noisy chain coffee shops. My husband and I thoroughly enjoy coming here. JR is so nice, always has a friendly smile and eager to talk to you about his products. He's made some yummy concoctions for me. Not only do they provide unique blends of coffee they also offer varieties of teas and protein shakes. The best coffee around. Prices are good. When you walk in it's like you are family the owners ask you about your life and family. I go more just to talk to the owners than for the coffee(even though that is a good reason to go). I started to roast my own coffee and the owners helped me out with different ideas. I get disappointed when I go to any other coffee shop because the coffee isn't as good and they are not nearly as nice.
