The sandwich was spectacular on a wonderful crusty baguette. It wasn't heated up and made fresh about two hours before I came in most likely, so it wasn't soggy as others mentioned. It was wonderful. The flavor was very savory. My grandmother was very pleased with her breakfast sandwich! Big, flaky croissant with fluffy eggs! The coffee was not weak and I enjoyed it. Creamer was offered as a self-serve from a pitcher. It certainly felt better than opening 9 creamer cups between two people. Free water was offered at the end of the line, too. So, no waiting for a refill. I also got two pastries to go-- both were spectacular. Sweet in a savory and memorable way, rather than being over-the-top and masking fake-y ingredients with sugar like many places do. The bakers do a wonderful job. Despite the crowd and line, the employees moved quickly and kindly. Pleasantries were still exchanged and things made-to-order were out in a timely manner. The people here work very hard. It's a hectic job but they do it well and they do it without sacrificing small niceties or helpfulness. The interior was nice, too. Tables were kept clean and there was a nice area for little ones to occupy themselves while parents enjoyed their drink and meal. Books, some plushies, and pretend-play toys were there. No tablets or items that could make them hyper. I very much enjoyed my experience after a hard night and morning. Thank you to everyone that works at Cocotte for showing up and staying kind. With tip, for two people you can expect to spend around $35. Not a terrible price for a great brunch experience with great environment + people. I recommend 100%. Though, maybe come early in the morning while everything is fresh. Others have different experiences late in the day it sounds like.

Only one person sitting inside downstairs, likely because it was so beautiful outside. My espresso was a bit bland and not too hot. I asked for double (twice) but was charged for and received a single. Lemon berry scone was a bit undersized, but this was acknowledged by the cashier and he gave me a small discount without asking. I love French inspired cuisine. I have traveled across France. We hosted a French exchange student for a year. I took French in school. This was meant to be a specialized gift for the occasion. The small seating area only had 10 tables tightly fitted into the back of the strip shopping center store. The decor was eclectic but overwhelming. It feels claustrophobic but clean. There were two servers tending to the dining room. They were friendly. There were mistakes on the special menu and they alerted of the issues. They had a special Valentines menu, a tea menu, and a dessert menu. The tea was good. They got it out in a reasonable time. The server brought me a smidge of honey. They had a decent selection of caffeine free teas. She took our food order the same time as our tea order. We sat at our table waiting for an hour before questioned the status of our meal. The table beside us was also becoming restless and tired of waiting. Finally the table beside us received his chicken salad sandwich. His date received my date's order ant took a bite. They resolved this by taking the plate from the incorrect table and gave it to my date AFTER it was touched! This left me sitting there with no food. My date finished her meal and I was still sitting there with nothing. I only ordered a salad topped with grilled chicken!!! After being there for one hour and fifty minutes they said the chicken was still not ready. They didn't charge if for our meal but I never received any food. Nothing. This was a well thought out special occasion that was ruined by an incompetent kitchen. It was a disaster. I left there and stopped by Jersey Mike's. Two hours of my life totally wasted.

Waterbean is spacious, they have indoor seating as well as covered outdoor seating. I was waited on immediately and asked the barista for his suggestion. He suggested the Bro-stachio Latte (brown sugar & pistachio). I received it within minutes. It was absolutely delicious. Every sip made me happy. I was just getting a cup to go, but it's an awesome place to stay for a while. The ambiance is perfect.

I imagined that being a long-coated homeless man grabbing my arm while shouting the above, but a homeless man couldn't afford a beer--unless he was homeless because he was an alcoholic (he begs for change until he can afford a beer.) But if that happened, would the staff at Lost Worlds kick him out? Tough call. It's a friendly and efficient staff but they would have to choose between friendly to one or comfortable for all. Fortunately, I have yet to experience this dilemma. Not referring to being homeless due to alcoholism (still possible) but coming across a homeless alcoholic in a long coat at Lost Worlds.
