Always looking for a great caffeine fix. Water bean was a great place for that ! Great menu and large space with a great outdoor area. This place knows their coffee, lots of different styles of espresso and machinery to make it. Super friendly staff and patient as I could decide ! I went with my new favorite drink. The dirty chai latte. What I love about this place is that they give You real cups and saucers! Always makes it a much nicer experience! Nice and gingery and spicy and just perfectly made . Loved This !!! My friends had the cappuccino and said it was great you. Those come in paper cups for some reason!! They give you a espresso chocolate coffee bean to go with all drinks which is a nice little add on. They have a nice cozy fireplace with couches with is where we parked ourselves. They had some wine in the back which looked like a tasting area maybe they do events there. They also serve breakfast Items and baked goods . Glad I found another gem here ... wish it was closer !!

My husband ordered a cappuccino and I a vanilla cold brew. Ambiance is awesome, I loved the fabric on the chairs. Very comfortable. Quiet whereas some Starbucks can be quite loud while working... Clean, friendly staff... I would visit again. Cappuccino was "good" says my husband but he is not a coffee "lover." Vanilla cold brew was fine, I prefer Monin French Vanilla Syrup and this location offers a different brand however, good. Lighter that DD and much lighter than the over roasted beans at Starbucks if comparing to others.

Not really worth the hype. Decor and seating arrangements look nice and comfortable as there were a lot of couches. There was also a lot of outdoor seating as well. The baristas were very nice as well. Overall there was a lot on the menu and I was exited. I tried their current drink special, the Volcano. It was a pretty drink, worthy of a picture and the overall taste was pretty good because of the condensed milk. I wanted to try the grill cheese because they didn't have the ingredients for the Banh Mii, which is understandable but I really wish I tried something else. The grill cheese was so bad. The bread was SO HARD with hardly any cheese. I was only able to eat half of a slice and had to throw the rest away.

I have been to this location a few times and have enjoyed each visit! This is a great location to meet up with friends, have a meeting, or get some work done. I ordered an iced oat milk latte (plus for have milk alternatives!!) and it was good but a bit watered down. Not sure if it was the choice in oat milk brand or the coffee. Personally, I enjoy strong coffee. Also, I had a chocolate chip mochi and that was super good! :) I have not had other pastries or food but will consider it on my next visit!

While waiting for my takeout order from a nearby restaurant, I drove by this little coffee shop and popped in to give them a try. I love that they have many non diary choices so, I had the caramel frappuccino with macadamia nut milk and it was ok. It's a nice location with room to socially distance if you're eating in. They have baked treats and sandwiches as well so I may return to try something else on the menu.

It's Yelp restaurant week so I decided to venture out and try a new breakfast spot. Well Waterbean Coffee is new to me but everyone else on the planet knows about this quaint eclectic little spot! At 11:30 in the morning almost every table on the place was occupied with business minded folks in meetings and on their laptops taking advantage of the high speed internet and strong delicious coffee (watch out Starbucks this place gives you a run for the buck)! I wanted something tasty to go along with my coffee so I ordered a turkey and cheese croissant and it was amazing! The croissant was buttery, light and flakey with the perfect balance of turkey and provolone cheese and a light dressing to compliment it! The staff at Waterbean are friendly and very accommodating! This is my new go to spot and I will be going back very soon!

Do not recommend at all. Saw a mouse running around while drinking coffee and got really grossed out. That would explain why the floors were sticky and the tables not looking clean. This was a big turn off!

This visit was just OK. The SO and I came in to get some coffee and macarons. Waterbean is cute and spacious inside. Not much to look at outside. There's plenty of seating inside and out, and they even have a fireplace and a piano. Ample parking available. After seeing macaron pictures on their Yelp page, we were very excited to indulge. We arrived after 2pm, parked, and went straight to the register as there was no line. Their menu offers baked treats, sandwiches (including banh mi, what!), snacks, wine, beer, and tea in addition to coffee. I glanced at the macaron selection and list of flavors and made my decision. I wanted to try pistachio, salted caramel, coffee, and cookies and cream, but guess what...? They were out of all of that! So disappointing. The lady at the counter did apologize and said that they needed to update their list of flavors. So, I settled for chocolate coconut, cupcake, and creme brulee. I think they were over $2 a piece. We also ordered two iced lattes with almond milk at $3.75 each. One with salted caramel flavor and one with hazelnut. The lady at the counter handed me the macarons on a plate and the SO and I sat down on the couch by the fireplace. A few minutes later, our coffee was ready at the counter to pick up. The coffee was bold and delicious. I tried to savor every sip. The macarons, on the otherhand, were blah. They were pretty, but fell short in flavor. They were tiny, too compared to what I'm used to eating in Atlanta. Overall, we will return for the coffee and possibly the sandwiches. The SO will probably want to try the beer at some point as well.

Ask the Community - Waterbean Coffee

Do they sell asian style milk teas? I see they have a wide array of teas but milk tea is kind of a monster of it's own.

Yes, it's freshly brew on the spot with real loose leaf teas. No powder.

    Does waterbean serve coconut milk?

I didn't notice when I was there, but they serve Vietnamese sandwiches there, so it's possible they carry coconut milk.

It had a front entrance but at this location, most people enter in the rear. That's where the parking lot is located. The rear entrance is smaller and harder to see as it's a narrow corridor to get in. It gets lost with the other entrances and stairs. Once inside, it's easy to walk to the front to order or pick up your mobile order. They have some comfy looking seating and there were a bunch of others working and meeting there. The sandwich was spectacular on a wonderful crusty baguette. It wasn't heated up and made fresh about two hours before I came in most likely, so it wasn't soggy as others mentioned. It was wonderful. The flavor was very savory. My grandmother was very pleased with her breakfast sandwich! Big, flaky croissant with fluffy eggs! The coffee was not weak and I enjoyed it. Creamer was offered as a self-serve from a pitcher. It certainly felt better than opening 9 creamer cups between two people. Free water was offered at the end of the line, too. So, no waiting for a refill. I also got two pastries to go-- both were spectacular. Sweet in a savory and memorable way, rather than being over-the-top and masking fake-y ingredients with sugar like many places do. The bakers do a wonderful job. Despite the crowd and line, the employees moved quickly and kindly. Pleasantries were still exchanged and things made-to-order were out in a timely manner. The people here work very hard. It's a hectic job but they do it well and they do it without sacrificing small niceties or helpfulness. The interior was nice, too. Tables were kept clean and there was a nice area for little ones to occupy themselves while parents enjoyed their drink and meal. Books, some plushies, and pretend-play toys were there. No tablets or items that could make them hyper. I very much enjoyed my experience after a hard night and morning. Thank you to everyone that works at Cocotte for showing up and staying kind. With tip, for two people you can expect to spend around $35. Not a terrible price for a great brunch experience with great environment + people. I recommend 100%. Though, maybe come early in the morning while everything is fresh. Others have different experiences late in the day it sounds like.
