We love this bubble tea shop! My fav is peach kiwi tea with aiyu jelly! They always make it fresh and specific to my order. Love that you can order ahead online, as well!

One of the greater places to get boba here! Boba is well cooked and prepared, not hard in the center or overly soft, it has a slightly soft but still chewy texture. The tea is as expected for an oolong/black/green, not powder, and not strange. Simple but reliable milk tea! Staff is fun and approachable. Place is nicely decorated. And ample parking is available!

Came back after a bit of a hiatus and had a totally different experience. The drinks tasted great and the customer service was really nice. Selena did a great job behind the counter and the wait was minimal. The taro ice blended with pudding (I added boba) was spot on. Even my wife commented on how delicious it was, which was a rarity coming from her as she's not a huge boba fan like me lol. The interior felt clean, simple, and surprisingly modern. It was interesting to learn that Sharetea started in Taiwan and serves over 100 million drinks worldwide each year.

I had the Peach kiwi tea with aiyu jelly. It was sweet even with 0% sugar because of the fruit jam and was very peach forward.

Great staff, the freshest tea and boba in town! Love to come here and study! They also have board and card games if you're looking for a place to detach and "Share-a-Tea". My go to spot when I'm in need of a pick-me-up treat! They also have a great photo op inside!!!

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many different flavors of tea and you can get it pretty much anyway you want it.

They also put a chocolate covered roasted espresso bean (CCREB) on the little indention on the lid in case you need MORE coffee and chocolate! (and who doesn't). This location seemed new. It had a front entrance but at this location, most people enter in the rear. That's where the parking lot is located. The rear entrance is smaller and harder to see as it's a narrow corridor to get in. It gets lost with the other entrances and stairs. Once inside, it's easy to walk to the front to order or pick up your mobile order. They have some comfy looking seating and there were a bunch of others working and meeting there. All I get at this chain is hot mochas, so I can't comment on anything else. But I'd imagine the other stuff is good.

They had plenty of drink and food choices. I got the Iced Honey Lavender Latte and it was soooo good! The sweetness and the lavender flavor was definitely just the right amount and meshed well together. The coffee flavor was a bit underwhelming, but I would recommend getting this drink if you are a Lavender person. I will be coming back before my vacation ends in North Carolina!

Fair warning, It is pricey but worth it! Their best deal is their sandwiches that includes a side (today I chose the tomato soup with croque monsieur) Food: Tomato soup, while basic, was robust and flavorful. The Canneles de Bordeaux ($3.25) was a rum soaked cake that boast of a custard center ... dearest gentle readers, there was not a custard center a tasted more gummy than like a pastry The croque monsieur was a heat up I was expecting fresh and bubbly like true Croque Monsieur and it was essentially a sandwich that once upon a time had bubbly cheese and crispy bacon. Their best deal brioche it was on was absolutely incredible - soft, sweet, and spongy, but there was a stark temperature contrast to the "ran through the toaster" broiled top. My total after tip was $22.41. (Yes I tipped the staff for an order at the front and carry it to me, which is typically against my principle of no tipping if I have to stand and order but that's a different soapbox) Atmosphere: chaotic, loud. There is a small kiddo section with toys and a couple of arm chairs, 3 or four booths and 3-4 small tables along with outside picnic tables that have umbrellas. I have no idea who created the acoustics of this building but everything seems to echo, so if you're looking for a cozy cafe to get work done - this unfortunately isn't it. They do community events there for those who love to speak French or want to learn and improve on their French and are a part of Goodie bags app so if you can snag one of their deals - that's a fantastic way to support them! They are open Weekdays 7-3 (closed tuesdays) and 8a-3p on the weekends. Finally, they have paired with other local coffee shops to have their pastries for sale I would have paid the same (if not more!) for similar items at Panera (prepackaged, overpriced hospital food IMO) so I will hands down continue to support local, freshly made ingredients. I didn't have coffee this go round but thoroughly enjoy their lattes

The sandwich was spectacular on a wonderful crusty baguette. It wasn't heated up and made fresh about two hours before I came in most likely, so it wasn't soggy as others mentioned. It was wonderful. The flavor was very savory. My grandmother was very pleased with her breakfast sandwich! Big, flaky croissant with fluffy eggs! The coffee was not weak and I enjoyed it. Creamer was offered as a self-serve from a pitcher. It certainly felt better than opening 9 creamer cups between two people. Free water was offered at the end of the line, too. So, no waiting for a refill. I also got two pastries to go-- both were spectacular. Sweet in a savory and memorable way, rather than being over-the-top and masking fake-y ingredients with sugar like many places do. The bakers do a wonderful job. Despite the crowd and line, the employees moved quickly and kindly. Pleasantries were still exchanged and things made-to-order were out in a timely manner. The people here work very hard. It's a hectic job but they do it well and they do it without sacrificing small niceties or helpfulness. The interior was nice, too. Tables were kept clean and there was a nice area for little ones to occupy themselves while parents enjoyed their drink and meal. Books, some plushies, and pretend-play toys were there. No tablets or items that could make them hyper. I very much enjoyed my experience after a hard night and morning. Thank you to everyone that works at Cocotte for showing up and staying kind. With tip, for two people you can expect to spend around $35. Not a terrible price for a great brunch experience with great environment + people. I recommend 100%. Though, maybe come early in the morning while everything is fresh. Others have different experiences late in the day it sounds like.

But it's also at the end of the strip of shops and near the movie theater, which makes me come to a realization... You get five tiny donuts for $5 (and then they ask for tip on screen and since service was good I obliged) so you could sneak five tiny donuts into the movies and save money on movie snacks and popcorn but the donuts would be gone very quickly and popcorn lasts longer. You probably want the popcorn. Another thing about these donuts is that they are owned by the same guy that owns them at the state fair--not the donuts themselves but the donut booths. And they do taste like state fair donuts. If you're at the state fair, they're sensational. If you're at Birkdale Village, they're small sugary donuts in a really nice-looking trailer. The donuts might also be nostalgic for you as they were for me. My friend in junior high landed a date he had a crush on for two years. The date was at the state fair. I know for a fact they went on the Ferris Wheel and when it stopped at the top, the girl panicked and demanded they rotated the wheel so she could get off the freaking thing. This wish was granted, and that friend ditched her forever. It's also possible that he ate a donut.

They came out nice and warm. My favorite was the cinnamon sugar one. I wasn't a fan of the apple cider because it had a fake apple taste. The chocolate one was too bitter I think because they dusted it in cocoa powder. Overall, the donuts were nothing special and they were very overpriced. For tiny bite sized donuts they were 6 for $5. I probably wouldn't get them again.
