Came back after a bit of a hiatus and had a totally different experience. The drinks tasted great and the customer service was really nice. Selena did a great job behind the counter and the wait was minimal. The taro ice blended with pudding (I added boba) was spot on. Even my wife commented on how delicious it was, which was a rarity coming from her as she's not a huge boba fan like me lol. The interior felt clean, simple, and surprisingly modern. My friends and I arrived at ShareTea at 10:15 p.m., which is 15 minutes before close. The staff told us they had already dumped out all of the tea and were no longer serving. We double checked the hours with them and they admitted that although the official close time is 10:30, they "just close at 10 sometimes when it's slow." This was very disappointing. If the posted hours say 10:30, customers should be able to expect service until then. Closing early without notice is extremely unprofessional and misleading, especially since the website and the front door both clearly state the later time. Sharetea Cornelius line was out the door my whole visit. All Baristas still kept a positive attitude and you could tell everyone was working efficiently. Even after waiting in line, I still wasn't sure what I wanted and the cashier was kind of enough to offer suggestions, and explained what was in certain drinks. I did not feel rushed! I got a lot of jelly's in my drink, and my friend got a lot of bobas in his drink! We were very happy with our ratio. I felt my drink was made well. There is out door seating that is nice and convenient. I sat and chatted for about 30 mins and the line was non-stop. Place is very clean, I imagine if the craziness dies down, this would be a nice place to sit down inside and chill or even study. read more

Knowing how much I love bubble teas, it was a must to stop by the Sharetea shop. Fabulous mix of flavors, the baristas take the time to answer drink questions, and my orders have been consistently delicious. My favorite: Green tea mango with lichee jelly! Their boba is tough and tastes a bit old, like they just make it in the morning and make it last the whole day...kung fu tea is better but it works since there's nothing else around here. Service is good, parking is a bit annoying when 131 main is full.
