First the Coffee was great. They use Prophet a brand based out of South Carolina and we both loved that we could actually TASTE the coffee. We ordered two different types of lattes off of the specials/seasonal drinks and both were good. I got the Red Velvet and he go the Orange Chai. The food display was empty. All the tables were dirty and had crumbs and even empty coffee cups on them despite me being in only person in there. I waited for about 5 minutes for someone to appear, and nobody did. I turned right around and walked out the door without any acknowledgment. Maybe I picked a bad day because of the holiday, but, from what I saw, it was dirty and nobody was there (employees or otherwise). Don't have the open sign on if you're not ready to serve customers.

There is a large stage for events such as poetry night, open mic nights, and live music The shop offers a good mix of hot and cold drinks. I was very disappointed in the baked good options. In fact there were just some cookies in plastic bags. My latte was just fine and it was reasonably priced. Maybe their events provide a better experience. Based on this experience, I won't be returning.

They offer different teas and complimentary products. They have spices, diffusers, sugars, honey, and other related items. They have a tea bar that serves individual servings of their teas. They have blends designed to target different areas. I get the sleep blends and the anti inflammatory blends. I have also purchased high quality saffron there. The store is cool place to shop.
