Only been inside once because I normally use the Drive Thru. . Unless they are backed up, drive thru is normally fast and efficient. I'm a Coffee purist and like a good black coffee that is nice and rich in flavor and not bitter. This is what I end up with because Coffee is always fresh with no signs of being left on a hot plate for an extended period of time. My wife likes the Iced Capaccino and so far, she is very pleased with both the Coffee and the service. For some reason, we have had a number of other Coffee shops open up lately and I have not tried them yet but so far, this one is keeper based on the Quality and Service. read more

Worst Dunkin ever!!! Stopped in to grab coffee and doughnuts. Went in to order. The staff would not serve me and said I would have to go through the mile long drive through....because they couldn't sing into the front register. Me trying to trouble shoot asked if they could ring me up on the drive through register to which they refused. Why is your front doors unlocked if you aren't serving inside?!? Why don't you have a competent staff that can sign into a register?!? Why don't you have a staff that try's to service the customer?!? Came in and ordered some Valentine Day donuts. The guy at the counter was friendly enough and pleasant. I do not frequent Dunkin' Donuts. So I found every price in the board except for the donuts. Fast thru is super fast in the morning rush hours. I got the beyond sausage sandwich and it was 35 cent cheaper here compared to what I pay in Charlotte. Eggs was light and fluffy. Cheese was melted and beyond meat was cooked to perfectly. I didnt get any coffee this time but I also enjoy there many drinks to chose from here. read more

They never have the donuts I want.. It's a DUNKIN DONUTS!!!!! Donuts is in your name and you don't have any to serve ?! I was so furious when they said they didn't have any Jelly filled or chocolate donuts so they gave me this round donut without evened frosting on top and the brown sugar was piled in one place and not spread out. It looked unappetizing and the presentation of the food was poor. They also got my coffee drink wrong three times and it wasn't busy at all! We were the only ones there . It was just a caramel iced coffee .. And they have me a regular black coffee. This new Dunkin donuts needs to hire new workers who actually speak into the microphone . Have gone to this location a handful of times now, and they almost always get something wrong. Ordered an apple fritter and I got an apple filled donut. That's not a huge issue, but definitely a difference between the two. Ordered a hot caramel macchiato and I got...I don't even know what it was. My one star is in no way meant to give this location ANY credit. This Dunkin Donuts is only getting this rating because I really do like the Dunkin Donuts' breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. They are really good. Which makes the existence and poor management of this store even more of a travesty. We need more options in this area. However, this place is by far the worst restaurant of any caliber I've ever been to. We have tried to give it a chance numerous times...purely on the fact that the food is tasty. This Dunkin is a complete embarrassment to the company. My drinks are made wrong most of the time. My lattes usually have a majority milk and barely any espresso. I don't know if they don't train their employees properly or not but the lack of care they put in their drinks is very obvious. I ordered a latte and an iced coffee today and neither tasted correct. On top of everything the wait is overly long in the drive thru and waiting inside. I only go here because it can be convenient. I rarely go to DD but decided to splurge yesterday on a donut and latte. Since I'm dairy free I asked for almond milk. I should have double or triple checked to make sure they actually used almond milk because I spent the rest of the day with and upset stomach, diarrhea, and nausea. I've been going to Duncan Donuts in various locations since I was a kid, almost 50 years. Without a doubt, this is the worst managed, disorganized, impolite store I have ever had the displeasure of [purchasing from. I lay the blame solely at managements feet, although teaching employees that "please and thank you" are something their parents should have taught them goes without saying. Customer service is laughable at best, although there is one individual who mans the window, who gets it. Unfortunately, he was not there the last couple of times I stopped. This morning at 6:30 there were at least 10 cars ahead of me, when I got my order ( incorrect twice) I was handed two scalding hot coffees, I had to hand them back so the lids could be affixed properly. Repeatedly serving burnt food. This has happened multiple times. Only one out of the three times I've tried the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant was it not burnt. What my boyfriend ordered was also burnt. Their coffee is good for the most part though. Sometimes they don't put in enough creamer and it's super dark.
