My first time at Sip CO. was on Monday and Lanie was the biggest help and the sweetest! 10/10 recommened! Good serivice.

Found this place from TikTok and the concept is very similar to Sonic drinks where you can customize your drink and add different flavors. The building is an old bank which was cute! I ordered a 24 oz Miami Vice and a 32 oz Boom Sauce. Though the drinks were tasty, both came out to $14 after tax.The Boom Sauce has a Red Bull base which makes sense and the other drink had a mount dew base.I was not given a receipt during the transaction to verify the prices. If I'm not mistaken, the prices for the specialty drinks that we got were not listed, but I could be wrong. Also, when I got to the window, the associates were laughing for no reason and kinda struggled to put my order in. I'm not sure what that was about, but it seemed childish and was an awkward experience. I'm not too keen on returning due to the prices of what I got, BUT there are more affordable options that are probably good. Sonic is probably cheaper, but it's always nice to support a small business. read more

I just had a really bad experience at this Sip Co location. The young man at the cashier was very polite, but he could not get my order correct. He kept asking me to repeat myself. I'd understand if my order was difficult and/or if the place was slammed. But my order was so simple. And the place was dead. But here's what really made me sad: after all that repeating and confirming, both my drinks were completely wrong. I drove 30 minutes after a long day of work because my usual Sip Co was having wifi issues. But I will definitely not be back. I'd heard great things about Sipco, and my expectations were high. When I arrived, I was surprised to find what looked like a glorified lemonade stand. It was busy, with a line that took about 30 minutes to get through. While my drink was good, I was a little disappointed to find out the lemonade was made from a powder mix like Country Time, not fresh-squeezed. Despite that, there's so much to love about Sipco. The concept is ingenious and a lot of fun. It's a lemonade stand reimagined. I'm a big fan of customization, and the ability to build my own drink was a huge win. I created a lemonade with pineapple puree and strawberries, and it was absolutely delicious. My sister got a lemonade with black cherry syrup and strawberries. She didn't like hers so much. Some combination just aren't a win. The staff also deserves a lot of credit. They were attentive and made a point of understanding every detail of my order. It's clear they genuinely care about getting things right. All in all, the positives far outweigh the negatives. I would go back. read more

We've always wanted to try this place everytime we passed by to watch the movies at AMC. Finally get to try it and what a horrible experience. Girl at the counter have zero customer service whatsoever. We've asked questions and she literally just stared. Rude and unprofessional. Good luck having a good career with that attitude. The product itself is mediocre at best, bland, and overpriced. There are wonderful companies to support around the city that has wonderful drinks, awesome people and great customer service. Found this hidden gem in the concord area. Absolutely obsessed and so excited to keep trying different flavors. I would recommend looking at the menu before going since it's a drive thru only that way you know what you really want. I never drink soft drinks..except from Sipco. I don't like them. However, I found a drink that I love. It reminds me of Black Forest Cake. It's Cheerwine + cherry + chocolate. It's amazing. The employees are always very nice. Their prices are reasonable. They have non carbonated options that are really good. They sell hot chocolate. They have cookies and protein snacks. Sip Co is a super cool drive through drink spot with flavor combinations that will blow your mind! I get easily overwhelmed when there are too many options so I chose one of their curated drinks from the menu. You basically start with a base and add in syrups, cream, flavoring and even candy like pop rocks! The old ATM/bank location was a really neat touch and added a little flare to the experience. There is only one ordering window so my friends and I actually got out and walked together through the drive through to order at the window on a beautiful day. Oops... sorry not sorry! In Utah these type of businesses were everywhere, and really popular with lines wrapped around there buildings just for a fountain drink. Since moving here we have looked and even considered just opening our own, until I recently found this spot on Yelp. Now it's not really for me, but to wife this huge! She loves a fountain Diet Coke and generally speaking gas station fountain machines are hit and miss. However here we're it's their one job they do a pretty good job. I mean there's not a whole lot to complain about, extremely friendly, fast, good service and selection (except they have coke products and some Pepsi products but no Pepsi or Diet Pepsi so that was odd) and their cookies were decent. Our only complaint was we hate those clear plastic cups that sweat and look like they belong at a coffee shop. Go the extra step and do styrofoam cups. That's what u expect from a place like this. My first time here was for a Yelp event. I made my own drink with a seltzer base and this was a mistake. This time I went all in with the sugar and went with one of their recommended options. This was a much better idea. We got the Girl Scout and it was fantastic. We had a huge tumbler full and it didn't even make it 5 minutes. It was gone before we got to the highway. I usually like to try new things, but I'm really not sure if I'll be able to next time I'm here because this drink was so good. Covid-19: this business runs as a drive through so it's ideal for a pandemic. There's no ordering ahead, but there's no need to when you don't have to go in the building. Had the nibblings with me while stopping into Sip Co for an Elite Week perk and I had to get them a cool bev and cookie also. I know the kiddos well and picked their beverages for them. One loves sweet tea and the other Dr. Pepper so I got them the Southern Afternoon and the Mama's Stuff. We got theirs in the 24oz. I decided to also get a Kanye for later with no ice in the 32oz. My total was around $14 and some change for the 3 drinks and the 2 cookies. I ain't going to lie I was a little alarmed by the 14 charge. I was thinking close to $10 for everything but I don't think I understood the menu prices. I was focused on the cheaper prices on the left side of the menu and not the prices on the bottom of the red menu. Overall I think the prices are comparable to other drink spots and I should have just paid more attention to the menu. I sampled all the drinks and I really liked all the drinks we got. I was a little afraid of adding coconut cream to my drinks but it was a great addition. The Butter Beer was delightful. I might see if I can have them add cream or something to it next time because it was the closest thing to the butter beer in universal studio that I've had. It just needs a little creaminess to it. The pictures of the cookie on the menu board don't do it justice. I thought it was going to be one of those one dimensional sugar cookies with overwhelmingly sweet frosting that when you take a bite your teeth hurt. I'm glad I was wrong. Their cookie was buttery and had a texture that reminded me of a combination of a pie crust and a sugar cookie. The frosting was sweet but instead of overpowering the cookie the flavors combined really well in my mouth. The employees seemed well informed and could easily offer suggestions or answer questions as well and were genuinely pleasant to talk to. They also had masks on for Covid. :) read more

I love a good non-alcoholic drink and have ALWAYS loved having lots of options to try, it's what makes a place feel fresh again and again and keeps me interested. This place meets that need and then some and it's right down the road from my house (double win!!) Sip Co is in an old drive through bank building - it's a small little space. You pull right up to the window to order from the very friendly cashiers (masked of course) and they immediately prepare your drink on the spot. The first time I went, I was hesitant and only ordered a 16OZ. It was so good I wished I'd gotten more. So today I did! I got the 32oz #hashtag (Diet Coke, cranberry, fresh lime) and it was so worth the $2 and change! Highly recommend checking them out anytime you're in Concord and have a beverage hankering! Sipco is located in Concord off Branchview Drive. The concept is cute & im sure that families with kids will enjoy this cute spot to purchase sodas paired together which create unique flavors. What an interesting concept!!! We came here as part of Yelp week and I didn't do my usual research and was just expecting a drink and cookie. But wow the varieties of drinks they have! I got the Southern Afternoon and it was delightful with Iced Tea, passion fruit, peach and mango. It was a very refreshing drink perfect for a hot summer day. My sister got the butter beer and loved it. We both got the large and she saved most of it to make a root beer float at home. My drink had a sadder story. If you're like me and can't multitask well don't drive and drink from the large cup! It's a styrofoam cup so not the sturdiest and I held it the wrong way and it broke and spilled all over my lap! I think the saddest part was that my cookie was open too and couldn't eat it after it got soggy from the soda that was everywhere. Yelp reviews are still a thing right? Man 2020 has been crazy. Imagine trying to open a business during all the mess that has been this year. Sip Co. is trying to do just that and if my experience is any indication they'll do just fine. The wife and I dropped by on Thursday to try them out and were more than happy with our visit. They're in a very tiny building that used to be a drive through bank, but that works out perfect for what Sip Co. is trying to achieve. If I had to categorize it I would call it a fancy drive through soda shop. They have a dozen different soda "bases" including lemonade, sweet tea, and Dr. Pepper which can then be paired with around 50 different add ins. The add ins are pretty diverse. Over 20 different flavored syrups (including some sugar free options), different candies like gummies and jolly ranchers, I think i even saw a popsicle listed as an add in. You're more than welcome to make your own crazy concoction, but they have a list of favorites combos to pick from if that sounds easier. I went with the fairly tame choice of an Arnold Palmer, which was just there lemonade and sweet tea, and Sharon chose the Butterbeer, which I believe is root beer with vanilla and butterscotch syrups added. I enjoyed the taste of both but I thinks the Butterbeer was the better choice, I may have to get a wilder combination next time. Oh, and you can't forget the cookies! I honestly was a little wary, because from the menu they looked like those chalky grocery store cookies but I'm happy to report they were delicious. Nice soft sugar cookie base with a light layer of frosting. Definitely worth getting one! My initial visit was because of the Yelp Elite Week perk, but I'd be more than happy to return and give them my business again. I drive by the shop at least once a week so I may have to come back and try more of the menu in the near future! read more
