I LOVE Tropical Smoothie, but unfortunately this location is my least favorite. The smoothies seem to be consistently delicious. It's probably difficult to mess that up. The food, not so much. There have been times my wrap has not only been cold in the middle, but contained actual frozen pieces (e.g. the eggs pieces or chicken pieces frozen) which is too bad for me because most of the time I've already driven off to where I'm going with it. There was one instance where I paid for chicken as an add-on in my wrap and the cashier handed me the wrap as she told me that they didn't have any chicken. She did not offer to refund for the add-on. Upon speaking with her about it, she couldn't seem to grasp the concept that she either needed to refund the money for chicken or compensate me in some other way. She just kept telling me they didn't have any chicken as if I was supposed to be okay with paying for something that I'm not getting. I demanded a refund for my order at which time she called the manager who informed her that the chicken was in the freezer. So they ended up taking the food back to the kitchen to add the chicken to my sandwich. Additionally, their food is nowhere near as flavorful as the other locations that I have visited. I have stopped getting any chicken wrap whatsoever from this location because the chicken is so scant that you have to pay to add additional protein just to get an actual serving size in the wrap. Another thing that this location does that irks me is that they will serve a breakfast wrap (that is sealed on both ends) and not bother to cut it (every other location that I've gone to does) or at least offer to. They also will send you off without bothering to add a straw or the requested side item to your online order. Other than that, this location appears clean. They usually provide fast service via online orders on the app. I cannot say that I will never go to this location again, however I will continue to avoid it especially for the food! Considering that this location is most proximal to where I live, I have visited often enough to determine that they are consistently inconsistent on the food. read more

Amazing! Would definitely reccomend pretty much everything on their menu- service is quick, you'll get your food within ten minutes, a cozy beach-vibe going on, I love everything. The only downside I would say is the new smoothie bowls, not worth it! They are super small, and the price is crazy marked up. One of their smoothies is about 8 dollars (including tax), but the smoothie bowl that is much smaller, is about 12 (including tax). So happy this location is finally open!!! This tropical is sooo super clean! Bathrooms were spotless. I ordered the Mango Magic for the first time and it was phenomenal!! It literally felt like I was drinking fresh mangoes! Everything here is so fresh I highly recommend getting the grilled chicken pita wrap flatbread it will melt in your mouth!! This location is slow and mediocre. We ordered 3 wraps and 3 smoothies. My wrap came out quick but my husband and son wrap came out later None of the food tasted fresh and not what we ordered. The watermelon mojito tasted like strawberries. Just wasn't great read more

Finally open! While they are still learning and preparing they are open. I love that I can go in and grab a healthy smoothie when I am craving one. They have a menu that I provided. Quick stop in to grab a smoothie after working out, couple things I noticed. This place is incredibly clean. The staff all spoke soon as we walked in. It was VERY easy to see the menu, understand it and order. They are also very quick. Also want to add the knowledge of the menu the staff has even without looking at it.
