Great place to eat!! The food is amazing and the service is out of this world I refer so many people to this place if you get a chance go enjoy this place!!! You will not be disappointed!! read more

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant, so delicious! Love getting mine with a little pineapple too.

I ordered through Yelp and it said it would be ready within 15 minutes or so. I decided to give it some time and gave 30 minutes. When we got there the food wasn't ready and we had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes to get our food. If this was the first time then I would give it another chance, this is like the fourth time this has happened and it's consistent. I don't recommend this restaurant especially filling orders. read more

Food is good. Service is excellent. Staff is friendly and they remember their regular customers. Manager is involved and on the floor, every time I've been. The ambiance is not exceptional, but very adequate. The paintings on the wall are nice! It is a good, big venue. Take your family and friends! read more

Amazing food, great prices and good portions. Staff was super friendly. Had a Burrito the sizes of the plate. read more

Great atmosphere with great food. Caters well with large crowds. Excellent service. We will definitely be coming back.

Great food and good drinks . Very nice staff that are fast and knowledgeable. The margaritas are awesome.!

We were hoping the 4+ star rating meant good Mexican food. We couldn't have been more disappointed. The food was bland and we didn't even finish it. No idea why the restaurant has such high ratings. Definitely won't be back and don't recommend. read more

Really good place and a staff full with native Spanish speakers so ordering was easy! The staff never let our drinks go empty and super helpful when ordering as well as being supper attentive and friendly! Even with our big party our food came out quickly and served warm and supper tasty! Another thing to note is how nice and clean the bathrooms were. We love to travel and this has to be the best authentic experience we've had in a while! 10/10 would recommend! read more

Tried this place because the rating was so high but after having, I am not sure why. Ordered the Diablo wings and there was no spice whatsoever, wings themselves were okay. Got a burrito as well and it was not very flavorful. Luckily I had some siracha on hand that made it better. Food was just okay overall and definitely doesn't warrant the current rating. read more

Great good ,excellent service , reasonable prices Had lunch fajitas just enough for lunch and very good read more

I door dash this place for the 1st time. I ordered the carne asada tacos and some guacamole. It came with rice, beans also chips and salsa. It was very good. Wish they would have used a 2nd tortilla for the tacos. They were falling a bit apart. I am sure it was because I didn't eat there. Would order again or even trying visiting the place. read more

Thought it was just OK. Had a burrito with chicken and wasn't a huge fan of the chicken. Rest of the burrito seemed fine. Service was good. Very large place with lots of seating. read more

One of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. Get Juan's Special you won't regret it.

Excelent food and service. Friendly staff delicious food and not that expensive depending on what you order though highly recommended

Great food. Priced right. My friend lived in Mexico for several years and said this was the best chimichanga he's had since then! Margaritas were spot on and reasonably priced! Yum! Good staff. Owner said he has another location in Salisbury - gonna check that one out ASAP! read more

It is a hit and miss. Food is better at lunch time. Service is okay the place is al little to dark

Amazing service! Food was good and menu had a large variety. Had to buy a t-shirt I liked it so much!

We were greeted warmly and served quickly. The chips and salsa were good. We both had street tacos, one chicken and the rest asada. There was plenty of meat on them and the flavor was great. Usually street tacos come with 2 corn tortillas layered, but these were single tortillas, which fell apart as we were eating them. We were hungry after hiking at Uwharrie and left pleasantly full. And without spending much either! read more

Great service, ice cold drafts, taco Tuesday! Can't wait for the new location to open!

Food was great. Prices too! Probably the best Mexican around IMO! Plus a100% rating!! NEVER saw that in any restaurant!

Pancho Villa's has some atmosphere. It has a sunroom along the front (it may be designated for waiting instead of dining) and a large dining room that is divided into two fairly equal sections. There is a floor-to-celing fountain behind the host stand and several Aztec-style murals on the walls provide eye candy. The far right section of the restaurant is a bar. The menu is large and offers a variety of options. I'll tell 'bout those that I've eaten. I had dinner there once. I ordered a shrimp dish with sauteed vegetables - I will have to note the name the next time I'm there. The shrimp were nicely cooked, though not fantastic. The best part of my meal was the vegetable quesadilla. The salsa and chips were good. The salsa has a nudge - not a kick - and the chips were nicely fried. I think I paid $20 for the two dishes. The second trip was at lunch and I had chili verde. The dish was made with pork. It was ok, but not particularly flavorful. It was also affordable - about $6. My third trip was also at lunch and was quite cheap - $4.50. I had the chicken chimichanga. It was fine - again, not too flavorful and a little dry/burned on the ends. The beans were good - better when I added salsa. The chips and salsa have been consistently good and the raw veggies - tomatoes and lettuce - are fresh. The lunches may not set you aflame with spice or passion, but they are good and the prices are great. read more

Service was a little slow, but everyone was very friendly! The food was amazing! My husband can be very critical of Mexican places and will drive to Concord to get "good Mexican food". But even he said that this was the best in Albemarle and competed with what you could get in Concord. read more

We were passing through on 52 and saw this place on Yelp. It lived up to the reviews. The food was great as was the service. My wife and I both had chicken dishes. The grilled chicken was very flavorful and the queso was delicious. We had plenty food for under $20. Worth the stop. read more

Something about the chips were off, like they were fried in old oil or something. Salsas were just okay. Got the extra star because they have Dos Equis amber in a 32 oz. offering. Had the cazuelon that was pretty good. Beans and rice were tasty. Probably the best I've had in Albemarle so far. Not a great vegetarian spot. Waitress was friendly. They need to fix the chip issue for another star. read more

Absolutely the best Mexican food in Stanly County. Fast, courteous service and the prices are good. You won't be disappointed.

My issue is that the pricing is outrageous for the portions you are given. For example I ordered two cheese dips and was charged 9 dollars. We were given a sample size and it was extremely frustrating. When we confronted staff about this they proceeded to become angry and show us menu prices which did not match the prices we were charged. We will not be returning. read more

We had a large dinner party and was seated as soon as we got there on a Friday evening. I ordered the Chori-Pollo and it was amazing! You can't go wrong with anything chorizo related. Service was good. Everything priced appropriately. Can't go wrong with good mexican food. read more

This is by far the best Mexican restaurant around. They have a very large selection of dishes, the prices are very resonable, and all of the staff are very friendly and attentive.
