We ordered the quesabirria tacos, carnitas (pork) tacos, and arroz con camarone (shrimp and rice). The flavor in all of the food was spot on. The consommé for the quesabirria tacos was delicious. The whole front of the restaurant faces one of the main roads for downtown, and has large windows that bring in tons of natural light. The build-your-own-burger comes exactly as you want it, cooked to your temperature preference, but I will say the patty could have had more seasoning on it. The onion rings are amazing, and the onion adheres perfectly to the batter. One thing I hope to be able to use in the future is the Pontiac Room, which is their second story event space. They have a nice sign that gives details about the space, and I truly believe it would be good for wedding receptions, large parties, or large group gatherings.
