Found a live roach under my table. I messaged my sister, when she said it's a "dad roach," she meant my dad worked for Orkin Pest Control 35-40 years before retiring, and it's a dirty roach. I threw the rest of my daughter's food away and unfortunately finished mine before seeing it. I left the restaurant after informing some staff members and showing them my pictures. A worker began to clean under my table. After leaving the restaurant, I called to speak with a manager because I wanted a refund, but was told I had to call the customer care line? The woman there was wonderful, but I never got my email I assumed was supposed to be immediate. I want to be refunded. Holy crap y'all, Albemarle got a Chick-Fil-A!! I used to joke around with one of my employees that all Stanley County needed was a Chick-Fil-A and I was buying a house out here. For the record, no, I'm not doing that. But it's a welcome addition to Hwy 24/27, and will be even better when the road construction is finished. I stumbled in on their Grand Opening last Thursday and it seems like everyone within 20 miles heard the news because the highway was backed up all the way to the Food Lion a half mile up the road. Nevertheless, I was not deterred. I simply parked a couple buildings away and walked, because I'm pretty sure eating at a Chick-Fil-A on opening day is what millennials dream of, right? After I navigated the 20 minute line (which I thought was amazing because it looked like it would be an hour) I ordered the CFA Deluxe minus pickles, so a regular chicken sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato, and cheese. I also got a strawberry milkshake. In about another 10 minutes I had my food and was heading out the door. I would have dined in, but the place was an absolute madhouse, so back to my truck I went. My sandwich was very, very fresh with a moist, breaded chicken breast, crisp lettuce, and a juicy tomato. The fries were hot and perfect. I'm sure the fact that all the means of cooking were brand new played at least a minor role in this, but all my food was stellar. A small mix-up that I didn't realize until I was heading down the road, but my milkshake was supposed to be strawberry. I opened my cup to find a trace of some strawberry but it didn't have the flavor. More than likely the associate who made my shake was rushed with the overflowing line and I didn't get the right amount of strawberry added to the cup. Regardless, my "vanilla" shake was good. Yep, build it and they will come. EVERYONE will come. Albemarle doesn't have many quality lunch options (sorry not sorry) so this is huge for the local community. Food was good and workers are great. My only complaint is the manager is very rude. Not only to customers, but it seems as she treated her employees horribly. I don't know her but she came off as a uncooperative person. Not manager material at all. Other than that, everything was great. read more

sylvia was so rude, the tone in her voice, her body language and everything. i think shes the manager and we explained to her that we never received our food and refused to compensate me for it. when we told her she turned around and started scratching her head not even bothering to ask other employees about the order. she just got upset and started complaining about us right in front of our faces. she refused to help and didn't do anything, it wasnt until a nice young lady came and helped me with my order and gave it to me stating that she thought someone put it on the wrong table DESPITE the table number being on the order!! read more

went to my normal CFA today and god them kids at indian trail are just amazing. kind and professional over there unlike Albemarle. i even asked about the coffee thing to make sure i wasn't asking to much for wanted my coffee to be made for me. i wish i could post the video they said it takes no time to make the coffee and that it's never a problem to do it for their customers. read more

I ordered through Door Dash and the salad was made wrong. The only thing to click on with Door Dash was wrong order and I have since talked to them to suggest that an option be made for the order was MADE WRONG. I tried calling the local Chick fil a to report that someone was making the market salad wrong by throwing a full fried piece of chicken on top of the salad instead of the grilled chicken. The auto response was to send me to the voicemail of the person in charge, but it wasnt set up and no one answers when you call. I contacted this area chick fil a on FB and their response was that the mistake was the fault of Door Dash and refused to admit that the salad was being made wrong by their employee. I was out the cost of 2 salads and nothing safe for me to eat. I cant eat fried foods and I cant have wheat. Since then I have found that Wendys makes a summer salad and makes it right. A SAUCE CART?!? I definitely did NOT receive a chick-fil-a quality experience at this location. People who have EVER been to a chick-fil-a are not used to a SAUCE CART. I got all the way home realizing I didn't get my sauces that were ON MY RECEIPT. I called and the manager said "oh well the sauce cart has been outside since 5pm" WELL NO ONE TOLD ME THAT. so I drive all the way back to get my sauces and by then my food is cold.
