There were a few cars in front of us that were ushered to the side to allow for other guests, with what I assume were dessert orders, to get by. Once we got our food, I of course had to try the fries in the car. They were very good and crispy. Now, the burger on the other hand wasn't bad, but it wasnt anything to brag about. While I was excited to try a burger on sourdough bread, since you aren't given that option very much, it was a little soggy. I understand the drive thru experience is different from in-store eating. I noticed my burger was missing the candied bacon that was listed for the components of the burger. I went back up to ask for it and the cashier was more than helpful. She asked me if I had the onion straws on it as well and I looked only to see two small pieces. She took it upon herself to get me more to put on top. For that I was thankful. When another worker handed me my missing candied bacon, I looked at it and was slightly disgusted at the sight of floppy soggy bacon. But I went with it and went back to my table to put it on my burger. When I went to pick it up it was absolutely cold! So I went back to let them know and they took it from me and literally popped it in the microwave. At this point I'm just hungry and ready to eat. There was no crisp to the bacon at all and the candied part was basically just to douse it in some sweet syrup. So to sum it all up. I was very disappointed in the quality of the product compared to the $17 price tag. A cool not really grilled burger (assuming they were broiled or microwaved?) no grill marks, with soppy bacon and basic bun. Also they charge $4 for a sweet tea....... Yet when I asked when I ordered my drink if they had diet CLS, she said yes, which is a lie, so if you order that be prepared that it's half cherry Fanta instead and plan on the extra calories.
