It was very small portion of fries considering up charge of $2.50. The burgers bun was not toasted and it was a basic bun, cool to the touch. I noticed my burger was missing the candied bacon that was listed for the components of the burger. I went back up to ask for it and the cashier was more than helpful. She asked me if I had the onion straws on it as well and I looked only to see two small pieces. She took it upon herself to get me more to put on top. For that I was thankful. When another worker handed me my missing candied bacon, I looked at it and was slightly disgusted at the sight of floppy soggy bacon. But I went with it and went back to my table to put it on my burger. When I went to pick it up it was absolutely cold! So I went back to let them know and they took it from me and literally popped it in the microwave. At this point I'm just hungry and ready to eat. There was no crisp to the bacon at all and the candied part was basically just to douse it in some sweet syrup. So to sum it all up. I was very disappointed in the quality of the product compared to the $17 price tag. A cool not really grilled burger (assuming they were broiled or microwaved?) no grill marks, with soppy bacon and basic bun. Also they charge $4 for a sweet tea....... Just disappointment all around, except for the helpful cashier.

On man! They are seasoned well, and fried perfectly. The burger was a bit greasy as expected and the perfect blend of seasoned beef, toasted brioche bun, sautéed onions that are delicious and perfectly sautéed, and that melted real cheese and sauce.
