Right now they have a 10 piece signature box of mixed chicken which is $12.99 or a 10 piece family deal which comes with 10 pieces of mixed chicken, 5 biscuits and two large fries. It's a decent meal when you have to feed the family quickly!

Sincerely, A customer who has been disappointed by every popeyes for over the past year. Update: They have made everyone's orders except for mine because I had to place my order online after every employee ignored me standing there for 7 minutes. Finally went up to the counter. They put all the pickup order receipts to the side so they can make them whenever is convenient for them I guess. Second update: Total time waited exceeded 45 minutes, food was hot, and I have also opened a report with Guest Services.

    I have NEVER experienced this. I use the Chipotle app and have many times. I ordered 4 meals an…read morehour and twenty minutes before close on the app at 9:30pm. I gave a little extra time as a pick up time to prepare the food for pick up at 10pm. Right after I missed a call from a random number and tried to immediately called back. No answer. Voicemail of pans and employees talking. I tried to reach more than once. Then saw a text when arriving to the restaurant. When I enter I say "Hey I think I'm the girl you're texting." (I'll attach the texts) She says sorry that they are out of food. I'm very nice and understand because everyone has busy nights. Before I leave I check the chipotle app. It is now says that I've picked up my order. But I haven't? I walk up to the cashier again. "Hi again, what do I do when it says I've picked up my food to get a refund? It states I have my food but I don't." The employee Kerra responds, "oh you'll have to go on the app. There is nothing I can do about that." I'm so confused. I informed her that I did not know how to go on the app and do this. (Meanwhile my kids are waiting at home for food) She has another employee come out and hit customer service on the app in my phone. I'm now waiting in a loop on the app for someone to chat with me. I nicely state I will wait until the app answers, before I leave. She then hands me the managers business cards and explains that if I don't get an answer on my app, I can call them in the morning. I respond saying, "this really shouldn't be my problem to resolve. It is late and I have to leave here to pick up food for myself and others. If this wasn't so much money I wouldn't mind, but somehow an employee has put in that I picked up my food. I didn't. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund." Kerra informed that when the mangers take off on weekends not every shift does their job, and others get stuck with the back up. I again said, "I understand this is unfortunate, but I deserve a refund. I have now texted both the mangers on these business cards to let them know this is happening. I'm sorry you have had a bad night." At this point Kerra states she will now call her manager and runs to the back. Another employee returns and states that she will get my refund from the register. While this is happening DoorDash, 2 customers, and two cops come in that ordered food. These customers were not turned away. Orders were ready. Kerra gets upset with me. She states while her coworker is refunding my order that I should have understood and that she had a long night. She gets so loud the cops look at her. Her coworker apologizes. I apologize again to her, and even the cops waiting to pay for their food behind me. I just wanted a refund. I tapped my phone like normal for the refund and was able to get a receipt showing I was refunded AFTER 25 MINUTES !!!! Everyone should know to NOT use the app here!! If you dare to order CALL AHEAD to make sure they actually have food. This Chipotle closes at 11pm. They ran out of food at 9:30pm.

Then afterwards, continued to wait another 5 minutes. Not to mention it was a line behind me. Also most to none of the workers wear hairnets or gloves which is extremely unsanitary. Food is spilt and smeared on counters. I do not recommend this chipotle to anyone.
