I went last night to this Wendy's and was very pleased with my experience ever since the remodel recently, the food was really good and the two gentlemen who were working last night were very respectful. I stopped by Wendy's for a quick snack and I encountered the worse service ever! The girl at the drive through window (Rosemarie) was awful! Not only was there a huge delay to get my chicken wraps but they were cold just like her poor attitude. When she finally handed me the bag she attempted to dismiss me without giving me my change or receipt; I had to ask her for the receipt three times and my change twice! I called the manager Adrianna to inform her about the occurrence and she thanked me for calling but offered no retribution for the cold vittles! I wish I could give it 0 stars! I went to Wendy's store number 3 in Concord,NC on 11/20/23 at 5:00pm. I purchased a Chicken Caesar Salad in which I paid $11.11 at the drive thru window . I can't believe that when I arrived home and tasted the salad, the texture was brown and slimy. How disgusting is that? I couldn't take it back because I was too far from the location. The drive thru staff didn't give me a receipt as well. Yuck! They just lost a loyal customer! read more

Ordered the same thing as twice before. Was told I could not substitute, ok no problem. Placed order went to window, was handed the wrong drink, gave it back and received what I ordered. Got my order checked contents but not to see if I received a receipt. Drove away. Bank app pinged, I was overcharged almost triple. Called store, 1st call manager denied it was that store. 2nd call same manager, told her the name of the employee and what was ordered. They found the order and receipt showing over charges. Was instructed that the manager would leave a note for someone to reimburse me when I returned. Fault is on both sides, mine for not looking for a receipt, theirs for lack of trained personnel. Lesson learned, I hope for me, cannot speak for the store. Cannot vouch for a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger being worth 20 bucks, next time if I am going to spend that type of money, I am going to Brooks burgers in Charlotte. Lol read more

Grabbed a frosty and a tropical lemonade for my boys. The area is under so be careful going in and out. Also watch for the entrance as it's right after the red light so use your signal! . I didn't have to wait long as I was 5 cars back. The employee who was at the window greeted me and was very nice. I'm sure everyone has tried the frosty...but the lemonade is a good option to try. This location is the closest Wendy's to my house. I have dined here for years. It has always been either hit or miss. Most of the time I drive a little farther to the Dale Earnhardt store. Today's visit was average. Not bad but nothing great either. My food came out correctly and was good. The cashier was quick and motivated but lacked any charm at all. Just no! Ordered baconator meal. When asked how many patties I was surprised. Had never been asked that before. She said 1, 2 or 3? I said not 3 - so 2 & no mayonnaise. Fortunately after getting my meal, I pulled into a parking space to enjoy my meal. When I picked up the sandwich, a HUGE glob of mayonnaise fell out the bottom and there was only one meat patty. I checked the fries, yes they were warm, all eight of them!! Went back through the drive thru for a correct meal. She told me to pull forward and they would bring my meal out. Terrible service. First off I was basically screamed at through the speaker Woman taking order was incredibly rude. Then I moved forward to see there was at least 5-6 people working and only three cars in line yet I still had to wait forever for the food. Then to top it off when I finally got the food it was cold of course. If you're gunna be rude as hell at least serve a good product. It never fails this location has the rudest employees. Got in the drive thru line at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon behind about 6 cars. 5 minutes in line and a Wendy's employee comes outside and tells all the cars in line that they are closing. He says that the manager had just gotten yelled at by a customer and was frustrated so they were closing. In the middle of the day, with 6 cars in line. Absolutely disgusted by this Wendy's, I ordered a large Dr Pepper with a meal when I was done with my drink at home I dumped it out in the sink little did I know there were napkins stuffed down in the drink along with 2 lids! Ordered a Tropical Berry Lemonade, the cashier asked another worker to make it and she said no they are disgusting. The cashier then said she didn't want to and the other worker said i don't either, I tossed mine out. I've had the tropical berry before, and it's great but it was from a different location. I was debating a 2 or 3. I give it a 3 because it is wendys. Good chili etc. My son ordered the CAROLINA burger. I did too. Then we both had frosty. him a medium me a baby. I ordered a potato and chili too. Then I asked for a coffee. I ordered 4 pieces of Asia to cheese on the side.My burger was good. my son liked his. They put the asigos on the burgers. so They gave me 4 slices free. One thing I didn't like was nobody acted cheerful or smiled.Just a kind of what do you want. I never saw anyone smile. I asked the manager of they had hand wipes being there iscorona virus around the world she bluntly told me no. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. we played 25 hard earned bucks for this meal. The least we could have got was a greeting nicely and maybe even a fake smile. The potato wasn't fully cooked either. it was crunchy in the middle. It was huge maybe that is why it wasn't fully cooked. Would I come again. yes of course. Wendys has good chili. And usually good taters. Just need to smile a little. If I could give this Wendy's location a zero star rating, I would. This is the nearest Wendy's to my home so I'm forced to go there when I have a craving for Wendy's food. Sadly, each and every time my boyfriend and I go to this location, we have a terrible experience. Last night, we ran to Wendy's for a late dinner (9:15pm). We used the drive-thru, and pulled around to order. We noticed that there was nobody inside to take out order, as we looked around we saw the entire night staff outside, some smoking, some just hanging out talking. We waited as the drive-thru attendant finished her cigarette, and slowly walked back into the building. Our order was finally taken, once we get to the pick up window, the bag of food was thrown at us and didn't even have all of the items that we ordered inside. We pulled around to the main entrance of the store to ask for the missing item, and was rudely told that they were sure they put every item in the bag. An argument started, with the "manager" insisting that we were the ones in the wrong! From now on, we will drive out of our way to another Wendy's. Avoid this location at night at all costs! read more

3-16-19 Worst visit ever! Last visit was not good but thought would give another try. My husband and I stopped in and ordered. We paid for a medium order but I was given a small size cup. No worries. One soda machine was not working and the other was spraying the syrup-part of the drink all over the place. It had ran down in several wide rivulets to the floor. Very nasty looking. Should have been wiped clean. We checked out 5 tables and none had been wiped clean. When the other tables were being cleaned the person used the same cloth on all of them and did not spray and cleaner on any of them. Again, Nasty. The floor was filled with trash at the tables and around the trash bins. Again, Nasty. One employee sat a few tables behind us and talked on her cell phone for at least 10 minutes and very loud so that all the customers could hear the whole conversation and then another employee joined her and they were both loud. Our fries were barely warm and wiggly. My chicken on my sandwich had been laying around for quite some time as it was tough and not hot. We will never go back to this Wendy's again. Probably not to any of the others since I expect the same there. This also sounds like a "Managerial" problem as well. DON'T waste your money and scour your hands after you leave there. It had been a while since we came to this Wendy's location due to poor service in the past. My son wanted Wendy's so reluctantly we came here again. We were as clear as we could be with our order and it still got messed up. I said large and it was rung up small. My wife clearly said strawberry lemonade and it was rung up as a soda, then they wanted me to pay the upgrade for the lemonade. I refused and said "Thank you for solidifying that we will not return.". Go up the road to Dale Earnhardt Blvd or Cannon Blvd. More efficient staff and fresher burgers. read more
