    Here is my sandwich- no bacon as ordered, BUT THEY ADDED SAUSAGE...

    The only reason we go to this McDonald's is because it's super close to us, the employees are the nicest people and we've never had any MAJOR issues besides little ordering mix ups here and there HOWEVER; this deserves a review because of pure laziness on the staff's part. My boyfriend went to go get us some breakfast this morning, checked the bag when he received it and noticed the order was wrong. Two egg McMuffins instead of the McGriddles he ordered which were also printed on the receipt. So the employee takes it back, tells him to pull up past the drive thru window and wait. She comes out and AGAIN gives him the wrong order. So he sends it back and out comes a manager who was very nice but said that the worker that took his order claims she heard "mcmuffins" and not McGriddles. He gets home and lo and behold we got two McGriddles with sausage and cheese and ketchup packets instead of mild sauce. If you look at the receipt I attached to the review it is the correct order as he ordered it in the drive thru. Every item is correct. What we got was STILL wrong. The employees are very very nice every time we go, even when we've had to send orders back in the past. My problem is that this issue feels like pure laziness. How does a manager come out with the wrong food? They're lucky we don't have food allergies. If they can learn to get it together I'll feel like I can take down this review but until then, it stays. Do your jobs it's not rocket science.

    The thing that was wrapped around my chicken nugget

    Well I drove through and ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and as I was eating the nuggets I almost put one in my mouth that had this wrapped around it.. I'm not sure exactly what it is but was some type of string material. My fries were also cold with no salt and they forgot my sauce I asked for. Definitely was a terrible experience. Their customer service was nice but definitely not what I was expecting while eating the food.

    I ordered a large pineapple mango smoothie and right away I noticed the color was off. Tried it and it tastes like I ate a spoon of caramel.

    Worst McDonald's EVER. Slow, rude, workers goofing off. I guess it should be expected from a McDonald's but this was even worse.

    This is the worst McDonald's I have been through. It took 25 minutes after I placed the order for a big Mac & fries. They have 2 lanes.

Update: They have made everyone's orders except for mine because I had to place my order online after every employee ignored me standing there for 7 minutes. Finally went up to the counter. They put all the pickup order receipts to the side so they can make them whenever is convenient for them I guess. Second update: Total time waited exceeded 45 minutes, food was hot, and I have also opened a report with Guest Services.

I will jump for joy the day that they add a breakfast sandwich with no meat to the menu. So I was prepared to order a bacon,egg and cheese hold the bacon. It's really unfortunate that you essentially pay for the meat even though you're not eating it. We had 3 orders and my sandwich came with bacon. I will say that this is only the second time I have ever had a wrong order at a ChickFila in the 25 years I've been eating there which is phenomenal. After an apology I received a new sandwich but the cheese was not melted at all. It looked as if they quickly made another sandwich and slapped a slice of cheese on there. Disappointed mostly because it's Chick Fil A but consistency matters. Because I have rarely had any issues I view this as a blip. An off moment. I appreciate all of the other years of perfect service.

I gave a little extra time as a pick up time to prepare the food for pick up at 10pm. Right after I missed a call from a random number and tried to immediately called back. No answer. Voicemail of pans and employees talking. I tried to reach more than once. Then saw a text when arriving to the restaurant. When I enter I say "Hey I think I'm the girl you're texting." (I'll attach the texts) She says sorry that they are out of food. I'm very nice and understand because everyone has busy nights. Before I leave I check the chipotle app. It is now says that I've picked up my order. But I haven't? I walk up to the cashier again. "Hi again, what do I do when it says I've picked up my food to get a refund? It states I have my food but I don't." The employee Kerra responds, "oh you'll have to go on the app. There is nothing I can do about that." I'm so confused. I informed her that I did not know how to go on the app and do this. (Meanwhile my kids are waiting at home for food) She has another employee come out and hit customer service on the app in my phone. I'm now waiting in a loop on the app for someone to chat with me. I nicely state I will wait until the app answers, before I leave. She then hands me the managers business cards and explains that if I don't get an answer on my app, I can call them in the morning. I respond saying, "this really shouldn't be my problem to resolve. It is late and I have to leave here to pick up food for myself and others. If this wasn't so much money I wouldn't mind, but somehow an employee has put in that I picked up my food. I didn't. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund." Kerra informed that when the mangers take off on weekends not every shift does their job, and others get stuck with the back up. I again said, "I understand this is unfortunate, but I deserve a refund. I have now texted both the mangers on these business cards to let them know this is happening. I'm sorry you have had a bad night." At this point Kerra states she will now call her manager and runs to the back. Another employee returns and states that she will get my refund from the register. While this is happening DoorDash, 2 customers, and two cops come in that ordered food. These customers were not turned away. Orders were ready. Kerra gets upset with me. She states while her coworker is refunding my order that I should have understood and that she had a long night. She gets so loud the cops look at her. Her coworker apologizes. I apologize again to her, and even the cops waiting to pay for their food behind me. I just wanted a refund. I tapped my phone like normal for the refund and was able to get a receipt showing I was refunded AFTER 25 MINUTES !!!! Everyone should know to NOT use the app here!! If you dare to order CALL AHEAD to make sure they actually have food. This Chipotle closes at 11pm. They ran out of food at 9:30pm.
