Nuggets were really cold. I probably should've guessed that considering it was late at night so don't go late at night.

So I was ordering my usual and then I saw a kid puking everywhere and then I ran to the bathroom cause I didn't wanna see him again, then a couple minutes later I come out , the puke still isn't clean. So then I ask the lady for my order and she says "it'll be out in 30 minutes sir" and I said "why" she said "we are having issues" so ima just wait 30 minutes for what a couple burnt down slices of cheese squished into a burger ;NO, I got places to be, so I leave and then 40 minutes later come back and .... I ask the same lady "may I have my order the name is _____" and she said "we don't have that your gonna have to make one" .there was still puke there btw ...and one of the lights to the place was out but I'm not coming back. read more

I read the reviews right before I pulled in the parking lot. My experience wasn't bad. I had planned on getting a few pictures to include with my review but I went through the drive thru so quickly I didn't have a chance. I could tell that the cashier taking my order was speaking English as her second language. I had no problem understanding her and she got my order 100% correct. My food was good and warm. The food is the same you'd get at any McDinalds but I've often ordered food on the app and picked it up at the drive up window only to find out that they got the order wrong. It's hit or miss. Last time I was there, employees were busy having a verbal fight while I waited for my food. If my grandson didn't like eating this food, I'd never come back. The only reason we go to this McDonald's is because it's super close to us, the employees are the nicest people and we've never had any MAJOR issues besides little ordering mix ups here and there HOWEVER; this deserves a review because of pure laziness on the staff's part. My boyfriend went to go get us some breakfast this morning, checked the bag when he received it and noticed the order was wrong. Two egg McMuffins instead of the McGriddles he ordered which were also printed on the receipt. So the employee takes it back, tells him to pull up past the drive thru window and wait. She comes out and AGAIN gives him the wrong order. So he sends it back and out comes a manager who was very nice but said that the worker that took his order claims she heard "mcmuffins" and not McGriddles. He gets home and lo and behold we got two McGriddles with sausage and cheese and ketchup packets instead of mild sauce. If you look at the receipt I attached to the review it is the correct order as he ordered it in the drive thru. Every item is correct. What we got was STILL wrong. The employees are very very nice every time we go, even when we've had to send orders back in the past. My problem is that this issue feels like pure laziness. How does a manager come out with the wrong food? They're lucky we don't have food allergies. If they can learn to get it together I'll feel like I can take down this review but until then, it stays. Well I drove through and ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and as I was eating the nuggets I almost put one in my mouth that had this wrapped around it.. I'm not sure exactly what it is but was some type of string material. My fries were also cold with no salt and they forgot my sauce I asked for. Definitely was a terrible experience. This was the worst experience I have ever seen at a McDonald's ever!! Either shut it down or train your staff! I walked in after 12 min waiting on a bacon egg and cheese .. now that was after being told that way we ordered and paid for was sold out the day before. When I wake in the team member who told us there was a issuer and was trying to make the moment correct bay any means possible. She had to deal with the person who was the only person on the shift that was doing any cooking, I know this as it was announced as "I'm the only motherfucker working this!" And I wish a motherfucker work get upset as he glared at me. Mind you I'm the only one in the store :). Let's recap- you did not have the food we anted and could not tell us at the time of ordering or payment that you did not have what we ordered. This is the most disappointing McDonald's around. Went threw the drive thru and there wasn't even a long wait. Order my pancakes and OJ and head to the window to pay. The lady who forgot to greet me and stuck her hand basically in my face to take my exact change, then slammed the window shut with more humpf then needed. Never said a word. Okay head to window two, she was at least more friendly, how ever she hurried me along. I get to work all excited that I made to work with breakfast only to be disappointed that there was no napkins, plastic wear or syrup! No syrup for my pancakes. :( I was really sad. Bad service and then dry pancakes. And it is literally always like this. I think they need a visit from corporate as a secret shopper. There is a much better location at the exits before and after this one. Buyer beware! And also be annoying and take that extra second to check your bag for accuracy. Sometimes on the way to work I'll stop at this location because it's right by the hospital. More often than not, I pull up to order at the drive thru and nobody takes my order. After about 5-10 minutes I leave because I have to be at work....really just overall crappy to know when I come I may or may not be served. read more

I asked if they were serving lunch and the lady caught an attitude and said they didn't sell lunch till 11:00 and she had to go see if they were ready (it was 11:00 at this point). This gets better and better everyday, between 8:30-9:00 am their latte machine is "down". One day it's was they needed technical support, the next time it was its needs to be repaired, then the next time it was being cleaned. A month later and still the same thing! This is by far the worst McDonald's in N.C., delivering consistently bad service and poorly prepared food. Drive-thru is horribly slow and the lack of care from employees is a common thread. The younger cashier was asked (by the gentleman next to me) what was better, having happy satisfied customers or upset customers coming back because of messed up orders, to which he replied, "I get paid the same either way" with a cold shrug. Crazy sad. I know McDonalds isn't a local steakhouse but when people come and spend their hard earned money show some respect and at least make sure they don't wait in the drive-thru 10 minutes to be served cold, half-full fries from attitude ridden employees working the window, who laugh in your face when you have to come inside and request better service. (At least the manager on duty immediately tried to make things right when I explained the situation she also demanded that her employees stop with the attitude and taunting they were doing towards me while inside) Corporate will be informed as well. read more

I work very close and I'm here probably three times a week. They screw up at least every third order. My last two haven't been correct. They never offer to make it right they just give me the correct order. Never mind the fact that I have to leave work to come back and get a correct order. Aside from that, two of the girls that work the registers almost always have an attitude. Kind of like we should be grateful that they are taking time out of her important day to take our order.
