I placed a fairly substantial order for a party platter and multiple pizzas for an office lunch. In the past, they've always included basic items like plates and utensils with an order like this. This time, the hostess told me they would charge $0.25 per plate and utensil, which honestly feels ridiculous when you're already spending a good amount of money on food. Because of that, I ended up having to stop at another store to buy plates and utensils last minute, which was a huge inconvenience. On top of that, no one offered to help me carry the large order out to my car, which they've always done before. And to make things worse, they forgot to make all of the pizzas. They did offer a couple desserts as a courtesy, but it didn't really make up for the inconvenience and extra running around.
