I placed a fairly substantial order for a party platter and multiple pizzas for an office lunch. In the past, they've always included basic items like plates and utensils with an order like this. This time, the hostess told me they would charge $0.25 per plate and utensil, which honestly feels ridiculous when you're already spending a good amount of money on food. Because of that, I ended up having to stop at another store to buy plates and utensils last minute, which was a huge inconvenience. On top of that, no one offered to help me carry the large order out to my car, which they've always done before. And to make things worse, they forgot to make all of the pizzas. They did offer a couple desserts as a courtesy, but it didn't really make up for the inconvenience and extra running around. Overall, this experience felt unhelpful and disorganized compared to what I'm used to here. Needless to say, I won't be giving this location my business again--there are other places in town that are much more accommodating for large orders.

I came in craving something filling and satisfying, and everything we ordered hit the mark. Unfortunately, the service this time around was disappointing. Although I was greeted by th host and seated right away, our server, Ari C., only came to our table once during the entire dinner, and that was to take our order. We weren't approached otherwise unless I asked other servers for basic items like water, utensils and plates. During the meal, I tried multiple times to make eye contact with Ari for assistance, but it felt like our table was being avoided. We also had to get up and request basic items ourselves, including condiments for the pizza and even plates, since we did not receive any and our table for two only received one setting. The food continues to be a strong reason to visit, but the service experience could definitely use improvement. I'd still return for the food, but I hope the service is more attentive next time.
