First off I've been coming here for at least 10 years, never had a bad pizza or sub. The prices have always been a little higher than the competition but the food was always good and the people who work there are really nice. However on this last trip I was really disappointed, the prices were much higher and the portion was much smaller. If you are going to charge top shelf prices you need to deliver a top shelf product to your customers. I'm hoping this is a one-off thing ( see photo ) because if its not then the value will not justify the price any longer. I'll give it one or two more tries and see. read more

Since we moved to town, this has been our go-to pizza. It's fine, nothing super fancy. Each of our contact-less deliveries have been fine. The pizza's always cooked well which is a huge plus, considering in Worcester, it's hit or miss. I'm overall pretty impressed with this place, however I think sometimes they need to cook their vegetables more (pizza toppings). I don't really like having crunchy onions on top. Also, we've ordered zucchini fries each time and every time they're super inconsistent with how they're cooked. Very expensive. Customer service is terrible. Food is hit or miss but my biggest complaint is that I ordered party pizzas early afternoon for a 6:15 delivery and they never got to my house until an hour after the time I needed them. Pizza weren't even cooked and cold. I called to complain and the manager Nick told me "they were cooked to perfection" you weren't at my house eating them. I could see if I ordered them the recommend hour to two hours before but I ordered them 6 hours in advance no need for the late delivery or cold pizza. Won't use again for my party needs. read more

As always this is my opinion based on a recent interaction, your experience may vary. I cant stand this place and it irks me when their competition around the corner is closed and I am forced into ordering from Pizza Chef. But alas this recent experience has cemented my loathing for this place as they seem not to care or cater to the customers wishes. I wanted to order pressure cooked fried chicken, I hate the legs, and so I requested that legs be left out, they said no go, so I said ok then just do white meat, again no go. Who the "F" do they think they are to push unwanted product onto a customer. So you know what, "F" them, I cooked our meal and have placed a permanent block on our phone so that no one makes the mistake of ordering from them again. When I spend $30 on a single menu item I will not have some junior high flunky or faceless manager tell me its their way or no way at all and neither should you. If you have an ounce of self respect and expect your meal to be made your way avoid this place, cook at home or go to their competition, they dont deserve your patronage. read more

I ordered lunch about 12:00 on a Tuesday food came at 1:20. I ordered nachos. I was very disappointed but not very surprised when my food arrived it was cold and hard. I don't often leave reviews, but this angered me. The wife and I have ordered here several times a week without incident. Usually good food and service. Last night their oddly constructed online ordering system either processed my order incorrectly or they messed it up at the restaurant. I figured I'd call and they'd fix it no problem and send me the correct large pizza. Instead I was told they were too busy by young staff. When I asked to speak to the boss, Nick I believe is the name, he was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He insisted it must have been my fault and refused to fix the order. I figured three dollars in pizza ingredients would be worth it to them to correct a problem with a frequent customer. Guess I was wrong. Management is very poor here. Look elsewhere for better pizza. A great local pizza place that does more than just your average pizza! Everything from their honey mustard'n chicken tenders to Subs, the quality has always been top notch! My personal favorites are their buffalo chicken subs, or buffalo chicken pizza! Their chicken quality has always been fantastic and definitely worth a try. Received - The tiniest Tenders ever, covered in Buffalo sauce. No ranch included. There's no excuse for messing up an order, when it's put in online...but regardless.. Ordered here just about every weekend during COVID. Food was always consistent and good. Last weekend we ordered our usual pizza and wings and were shocked to see that an 8 piece wing was now $16.95 instead of their usual $8.95. I called to confirm the charge assuming it was a mistake. It was not. I was told there is a shortage on CHICKEN and that the price increase was due to this shortage. Sounds like they're trying to take advantage of the situation and overcharge their customers, especially when they are under the same management as The Coop who specializes in chicken wings and are only charging $10 for the same order of wings. I ordered take out here in February, and it was the most unappetizing, disgusting, careless food I think I ever got from take out in all my life. The nachos were even a bigger offensive. Nachos need a layered filler covering like meat, beans, or a cheese sauce within the layer. They layered everything with cheap salsa(I hate canned/jar salsa personally. It just tastes of additives.) It was chips, mounds of salsa, olives, lettuce, a few tomatoes, and packages of sour cream. Completely screwed over. They close at 10pm on Sundays. I ordered at 9:05pm and everything went fine - checked the status of my order at 9:30, and it stated delivery time was 9:55 to 10:10, no big deal, went on with my day. At 10:00, I checked it again and it says it was waiting Manager Approval. Called the place 5 times with no answer. Hour later still never got my order. Buyer beware. Edit - 12AM realized if you order something before they close, and they close before they start it, you suddenly don't matter anymore! Plus - say goodbye to your money cause haven't gotten that back neither. Edit 2 - 9am Called the place, actually got an answer, and received a refund. I was really impressed with my Greek salad. I also got wing dings that were great. I've had their pizza many times and it's always been really good. Delivery was quick and easy online. Although there is a .40 cents web fee which I think is crap since it helps the employees (not having to answer the phone and place the order).
