I've never been a big fan of Italian, NY style. And the wait times I keep hearing about here??! I didn't experience that. My husband picked it up after his drs. appt, which was 9 mins away. They quoted 15 to 20 minutes and my husband said he didn't have to wait to pick it up. We are both pizza snobs and I definitely didn't think he was going to like it, but holy cow! Our remarks were that the the pizza sauce was beautifully robust, with high notes of pepper, which, in our opinion, wasn't overpowering, but a bold choice, instead of making a mild marinara, honorably sticking to their own tastes and representing THEIR own flavors. The mac and cheese? This is where I can't. Because I caaaant! Holy deliciousness. Again? Picky mac and cheese-ers and their's is the stuff dreams are made of. Thick. Creamy. Probably setting you back a lbs or two, and maybe a year or two. But worth the richness. The pepperoni cups were crisp, as was the crust. I, initially, hated that they displayed basil leaves on their creations, but I'll say this adds SO much flavor. They seem to use baby basil leaves for appearance, but I'm not sure. It makes the pizza, however. The fresh basil is excellent. Overall? I can't wait to try their vodka sauce and Philly cheesesteaks! What I love is that it seems like the family is very priced conscious, for us. Not greedy. All of the items are very fairly priced. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and Mac and cheese.
