Ordered a large steak n cheese from this place and all i have say is 3 words. WHERES THE BEEF! Epic fail. These guys need to load the steak and cheese subs up. Stop being cheap. Charge for cost but don't make skimpy steak n cheese subs. People will pay just put quality and execution in your food. Cant stand these Worcester pizza shops with their skimpy steak n cheese subs. I used to come here to eat about 3-4 times a week because I live around the corner & they are relatively clean for a pizza place. On the other hand I'm writing this negative review because I had ordered fried chicken fingers with hot sauce on them and they were completely soggy, to the point where I couldn't even stomach them. I had come to the desk asking for them to possibly fix it & I even mentioned paying for it & the owner literally SLAPPED away the hands of his helper--(wife)(she was more then willing to help me) and grabbed my box of food and refused to help or listen to me. I kept calm , acting like I was gonna eat it just so I could take pics. My heart is really hurt because customer satisfaction is very high on my list when I go out it's at least 50% of why I will eat, visit or spend my money at an establishment. I will never eat here again! Don't waste your money here!!! read more

Terrible. The owner is cheap and no toppings on their pizzas! The reviews are his friends! Im not sure if Pomodoros was opened in 2017! And many reviews from out of town! Nice clean pizza place with above average quality for cheapest price in the city. Food was great. With excellent prices. Went with bf and got loaded italian sub and chix salad sub. Housemade chix salad with mostly chix in it...not crazy amount of mayo and fresh warm bread. Italian consisted of mostly meat and not lettuce. All toppings were freshly sliced and sandwiches assembled and All served with a warm welcolme smile. Good job! read more

I have been to Manno's twice and I must say they make a really good pizza. I don't know what they do with the cheese but I like it! The crust is handmade and good. First time I went I ended up tripping on the curb. No one's fault but my own, the second time I went to grab my pizza boxes and didn't realize there was a plate under the boxes. Crash! Boom! Seems I am destined to make an arse out of myself every time I go there :(. I will go back after my embarrassment wears off a bit and maybe I won't be recognized as the clumsy fool. read more

I had a cheap experience at this place. For me if I feel the owner is being cheap on how he makes his food or service, I can't come back.

Placed an order via Foodler. I immediately noticed I had accidentally put in the wrong address. I called them and notified them of this and asked them to change the address, they said that they would. An hour later I get a call from the driver saying he had went to the wrong address. I texted him the new address and an hour goes by. I then receive and a notice that my order has been cancelled. I waited 2 hours for no reason and my food never came. read more

I have to say that this place is pretty damn good. Pizza is reasonably priced and I haven't had any bad food from this place yet. It's my new go-to for pizza. I've ordered through Foodler and picked up, no problems anytime. Everyone was pleasant and all food was made to order. The Chicken Parmesan sub with the chicken cutlet is delicious. We also get the pepperoni pizza, which uses large pepperonis. read more

Was so excited to try this place right down the street 3 minutes from me. That is, until i had to deal with this place. AND I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW IN MY LIFE BEFORE, but this was THAT bad. And mind you, i have worked in pizzerias for over 10 yrs of my life. Ordered pizza online. I live 3 minutes from the place and i realize it's a friday but it was an hour and a half before i heard anything from them. Got a call from a disgruntled delivery guy who couldn't find my house, was in the wrong spot, told me the wrong house number until he double checked and believed me, spoke to him two more times while he became increasingly frustrated sighing and getting pissed on the phone. Sent my boyfriend down with the phone to deal with it at this point. 15 min later he finally returns with the pizza and wrong 2 liter. Pizza might have been good had it not been delivered ice cold. Called them to complain and the guy i spoke to had nothing but excuses and offered no apology on any way shape or form. I was honestly just calling to warn them before they get a customer who would actually flip out due to the delivery. Wouldn't have even BOTHERED TO WRITE A REVIEW BUT To top this all off, just got a phone call at 10pm (hours later and after the fact) from them saying something about the online delivery with the card number wouldn't go through. After 10 minutes on the phone arguing and telling him my bank was charged i ended up repeating my info. I will literally lose it if i end up double charged. NEVER AGAIN. Smh read more
