Good pizza, buffalo wings, and subs! I've been coming here for pizza for 20 years and have always been happy!

Ordered from here since COVID and the food and service was great! the Last month nothing but terrible. The food is way to expensive (22, for a small pizza), the service is down hill, one time we got the notification that our order was ready went to get it and then "oh we never got your order, don't know what your talking about" had to wait another 45 mins for food and no refund nothing for our troubles, when we get delivery no wants to go up the stairs to our door (sorry we on the second floor), or they don't even have the whole order. Each time I call with an issue no "sorry" no refund or gift card. (Another restaurant down the street when then screwed up) sad because theres not to many good places to go get a pizza or grinders. read more

I order my lunches from here almost every day I'm on, and I'm always very happy with the service! The drivers are always happy and friendly, and the food is yumma read more

I order from here a bit more frequently now that i work in Millbury and I try something new each time. Today I tried the tuna melt and it was so fantastically good I had to post about it. This. Is. The. Best. Tuna. Melt. I've. Ever. Had. Can't wait til dinner time tomorrow. read more

Pizza Chef - Half a tuna melt and fries - Pizza Near Me - Millbury, Massachusetts

Pizza is soggy and tasteless. Toppings are low Quality they should invest in a good pizza oven and use better ingredients

As a self professed sub shop snob, I can safely give this place 5 stars. Quality subs, pizzas, and dinners. Usually a big menu is something to beware of but this place pulls it off. Good service including delivery. As newcomers to the area, at this point we've tried everywhere and this is our "go to" read more

Since we moved back to the Valley, I have ordered several times from Pizza Chef. The past couples times however have not been their usual excellence. Now of course, who orders an omelet form a pizza shop?? Well, this girl. Because when your Monday is extra Monday and you're stuck at work but craving breakfast..you make do. Let me tell you, I was not mistaken it was out of this world. Needless to say one of the best I've ever had. It was a broccoli and ham with cheddar. Cooked perfectly and the cheese plentiful. So why the three stars?? Well, I ordered again last week. Sadly, what I got was no lie, an omelet floating in butter when the delivery guy came. Now some people might say, "It's a pizza shop what do you expect?" When you've ordered many times from a restaurant, you expect the same quality you know and love, the quality that keeps you coming back! So I figured it was a one off. My coworkers ordered later in the week so I grabbed a quick burger and some fries. I was instantly sick after finishing the burger. Some places use frozen patties sure if that's what works for you, absolutely not something I expected from Pizza Chef. But I was starving so I ate it. Within 15 minutes I was sick. Pretty bummed, I love this place and am a rewards member, it's literally the only "fast food type" I eat. Delivery is always prompt. Probably going to hold off on ordering for awhile and see if the kinks get worked out. read more

Their pizza is delicious & I love the spinach artichoke rangoons! Best pizza place in town hands down..

Pass by several local places and there are a few more that are closer to me but well worth the drive. Pizza and sandwiches are always exactly the way we request it and the staff is very friendly. Go there at least once a week read more

I love the chef! Can always rely on friendly faces & good subs! I love their flatbread diet pizza the best. But you really can't beat their prices read more

Food is awesome, delivery service is extremely slow. Best pizza around if you want to pick it up yourself though!

Why are they charging $3 more on pizza and subs since COVID 19? I know a half dozen people that have been over charged. The employees claim it's a typo. So much for supporting these places. read more

Very good experience. The woman at the counter greeted us as soon as we walked in, even though it was lunch time and very busy. Pizza by the slice is very reasonably priced. We ordered mozzarella sticks, cheese and pepperoni pizza by the slice, and a toasted turkey sandwich. They brought the food to our table very quickly. The mozzarella sticks were excellent: hot and crisp on the outside, fresh and melty on the inside. Toasted turkey was also very good: toasted just right and very tasty. Pizza was very good Greek style pizza. Not the best I've ever had but still certainly very good. My only slight complaint is that the pepperoni pizza by the slice seemed to be cheese pizza with pepperoni thrown on top and heated up. This is just my preference and the pepperoni was very good. Not too expensive for a family of four either. Would definitely recommend. read more

This place has the most disrespectful drivers and poor management. Lets there workers do what they want. The drivers will sit in the parkinglot for 10-20mins on there phone then they deliver the food like seriously!? One of them almost caused an accident because they were texting and driving. Not to mention that the drivers leave there cars on blaring music and flys threw the parkinglot this isnt a dragway!! This review will stay up since the management is ignoring me and isnt doing a single thing! read more

We have never tried the pizza here but we love the subs and fries! Tonight our delivery order arrived well within the delivery estimate, but because it was towards the end of the window the manager sent along chips and cake! Honestly at the end of a long day in the middle of a never ending pandemic, the kindness of that gesture nearly made me cry. read more

I have lived in town my entire life and shifted my loyalty to Pizza Chef. I have gotten food from them many times and have never been dissatisfied with anything. The specialty pizzas and subs have been great, especially the philly cheesesteak pizza and their steak and cheese subs. I can't imagine trying anyplace else in town for pizza shop food. read more

Dropped rating to one star because received chicken broccoli alfredo dinner which in their menu is $10.95 but was billed $12.95. Ok two bucks but hey there are price disclosure laws in this state and I would not have given them such a big tip had I known I was getting ripped off. The food is mediocre at best but this makes it down right stomach turning. read more

I love the pizza here, the staff is friendly and the pizza is fresh , tasty , and reasonably priced.

Love their food. They have this weirdly bomb a$$ honey mustard. And the best chicken strips around. I'm not a huge pizza person but they have a buffalo chicken pizza that's great! Delivery times tend to be a little long but not awful. read more

This is the Donald Trump of steak and cheeses. And the chef was using profanity in the presence of small children. Outrageous. Erroneous. Unconstitutional. The pizza was so good tho i cummed. read more

Best Pizza in town! The steak and cheese is amazing too! If you order online they also have a rewards program.

This restaurant has been our go to restaurant for any staff lunches, training and/or meetings. Everyone that comes to our Property we recommend ordering from Pizza Chef. Great place to eat. The food is always awesome and they are always adding things to the menu. Local family owned. Very busy on the weekends but well worth the wait. read more

My regular pizza shop. Been to all the pizza shops in Millbury/Sutton & this place is the best.

This is the first place I ordered from in the area and it did not disappoint! I haven't found a single thing on the menu that hasn't been delicious. The crust on the pizza is a perfect combination of crisp crunch with a soft fluffy inside. The menu has a good mix of inventive and classic. The rewards program is also a great perk that allows you to earn money off your orders. read more

By far the best pizza around!! Their crust is amazing! Would highly recommend on giving this place a try if you haven't done so already.

Pizza Chef is a great town restaurant! They have a variety of menu options and everything is good! They are also flexible and accommodating, with many options for each order. The order online feature is great!! Delivery is prompt, and while waiting you can check your order to see if is being made, or on the way. read more

As far as local small town pizza joints go this place is great! Rewards program is great! Order from here about twice a month and we have no complaints. Solid place read more

Ordered online, got to the place and they never even made the food. Didn't say sorry or anything. Had to wait 30 more minutes at the place while they made it. Can't even comment on the food, just the awful customer service. read more

This is my go to place fo4 Lunch or Dinner.... no better food in the whole area.... great food, AWESOME staff

The food is good, staff not so pleasant. The guy who answers the phone when I call in talks to me very rudely and rushes everything. I understand they can be busy, but at least talk to the customers with some value. read more

Amazing Chicken & Cheese sub! Their pizza is great & love the fact that I can order 5 minutes before they close and they'll still deliver. That's great service! read more

Best grinders in the area!!! Bread is so fresh - cold cuts super delish and they deliver!!!

This place makes a mean cold cut grinder, probably one of the best in the Worcester area hands down, their cooked food is so so at best but if you only get one thing get either the Dagwood or the chef special, both are a great sandwich ! read more

Definitely the place to go around Millbury/Sutton for Pizza, subs and much more. The subs have always been outstanding. Fresh bread and no skimping. Pizzas and all the other dishes we've ordered have always been on par as well. We do both delivery and pickup and never had any issues with drivers, timing or with any of the front counter staff in the restaurant itself. Always friendly and on top of their game. As far as receiving what we've ordered goes, 99.9% of the time, it's perfect but like any similar place when it's super busy, things do get missed or done incorrectly and with the one or two times it's happened to us, they've made good on it without question. read more

First off the food is very expensive i only got 2 pizzas and one large and one small and a small broccoli bite and it cost over $30.now i could look past that but the pizzas were very cheap on toppings and had no flavor to the pizzas at all. And the broccoli bites i got tasted and looked like they were cooked in very old oil. And when i asked about pricing the guy said thats the price and i felt he didnt it was a take it or leave it attitude. I will never ever step foot in his pizza shop again. read more

We order here often. Online ordering is easy and with the rewards program you get a coupon for $10 off after you spend a certain amount. Food is consistent and good. Staff are friendly and courteous. Used to go to A&D, prefer this better. I understand they have pressure fried chicken now but haven't tried it yet. read more

Pizza chef really tries their best to accommodate your requests and bring such a picky eater, I can say I'm definitely not disappointed. They always kill it and have great owners. Delivery to me always comes piping hot and when I pick it up, almost always nothing is ever wrong. Thanks pizza chef for your awesome efforts! read more
