Instead of regular spaghetti noodles like other Chicken Parmigiana or Parmesan, this one had penne, which was definitely one of my absolute favorites . The texture and taste were definitely up its alley, and the breadsticks were just as excellent. Also, the fried cheesesticks first time trying was so good and personally from experience that not all the mozzarella sticks from other restaurants are as good as this. The service was great, and the ambiance was just as great here. I'll be sure other this again in the future. Btw you can find this restaurant on Ubereats if you're interested in trying it out.

I'm going to try to separate my 'tastes' from the dishes as presented. My wife's Bolognese was absolutely delicious and very well seasoned, and the cheesecake was fantastic. My wife thought it had too much crumble; I consider that a feature and would absolutely get that again. The salads were dandelion greens and they were far more bitter than I like, and a generous dose of dressing, something acidic would cover it, or something sweet. The bites I had with tomato were good. But I couldn't really finish it. The big problem was spaghetti with Sunday gravy. It was a huge disappointment. The pasta itself was excellent and the meatballs were okay, but the sauce was surprisingly bland and under-seasoned, especially for a $30+ entrée. It tasted more like plain tomato sauce than the rich, deeply flavored hardy sunday gravy that fully of meaty and salty flavors I was expecting. I do NOT salt my dishes at the table because I season them thru the cook. I wish there were salt and pepper at the table tonight though. The Sunday Gravy tasted decidedly like pure puréed tomato with a few meatballs added after the fact. They were dry and clearly not cooked with the sauce. I wish they had been. There are definitely things here I'd happily order again. Others I want to try. I'd just skip the spaghetti, especially at that price point.

We saw some of the previous servers and a few new faces. Everyone was gracious, even when being pulled in four directions at once and especially while profusely apologizing for the wait. Soft openings are meant to find the chinks in a restaurants armor and the 2Boys' increased popularity with a more visible location resulted in the kitchen being overwhelmed. We were one of the last lucky folks to be put on the seating list and while we waited, they had to close seating and take-out orders for an hour. Once we were shown to our booth, we remarked on the new decor and menus. Fortunately, the food was still so delicious as to make the wait worthwhile. We look forward to our next visit in less stressed circumstances.

I'm pretty picky about my pizza and this check most boxes for me. I went with a traditional Margherita pizza and it was good. It actually exceeded my expectations considering what you can get in the area. I wish the "undercarriage" of the pie was a bit more cooked and crispy. Also, the sauce was a little underwhelming but still decent nonetheless. We had the oven baked brownie à la mode and it was okay at best. Brownie was really dry and they didn't give you much ice cream to go with it. I would avoid it in all honesty. I will definitely come back and try a different pie and see how it compares to first go around. Okay update. So I've returned 3 days after my first experience and it was way better. My wife and I asked for well done on our pizzas and it was PERFECT. I had the spicy hot honey chicken pie and my wife had the bulgogi. They were absolutely delicious. I can't wait to have them again. This is by far our favorite pizza place in Augusta.

Our servers were delightful, but service for tonight's event was sluggish at times. Course 1 Parmesean Pistachio Arugula Salad with Burrata paired with Josh Cellars Procecco I don't know what went wrong with this salad; it was HEAVILY salted and inedible to most at our table. I had to abandon the salad, but the procecco was delightful and everyone LOVED the mini bomb pop! Course 2 Champagne Linguine with Shrimp paired with Star Spangled Spritz This was an elevated pasta and cheese and the shrimp was done just right. It paired very well with the light and sparkly star spangled spritz. Course 3 Lasagne-herbed Grilled Chicken paired with New York Sour This dish was essentially a grilled, and juicy chicken parmesean and it hit just right. The New York Sour is made with bourbon and topped with cabernet. For me, it wasn't a winner. Course 4 Cinnamon Apple Crostata paired with Apple Old Fashioned This take on apple pie a la mode was just the right accompaniment after the smoky, spicy chicken in the third course. Sweet and tart apples under a flaky crust and topped with sweet vanilla ice cream. The apple old fashioned with bourbon had a subtle hint of apple and quickly became my happy place.

We arrived around 9 PM, and despite the weather, there were still a few larger parties dining, though the restaurant was far from crowded. Right from the start, the hospitality stood out. The hostess graciously welcomed us and offered complimentary wine samples while we waited. My husband sampled a white wine while I tried a red. Neither was particularly memorable, but the gesture was appreciated and set a welcoming tone for the evening. Of course, we couldn't resist ordering our favorite cocktail, the Prickly Pear Margarita. As always, it was absolutely delicious. If you've never tried one, do yourself a favor and order it. It's one of the best specialty margaritas around. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout the meal. For dinner, I kept it light with an entrée Caesar salad, my husband ordered the Chicken Marsala, and our son chose the Shrimp and Scallop Linguine Alla Vodka. Every dish was prepared well, flavorful, and exactly what we've come to expect from Carrabba's over the years. While the food was very good, the service was truly exceptional. I've always received solid service at Carrabba's, but this visit was on another level. Every interaction felt genuine, attentive, and customer focused without ever being intrusive. With so many dining options along Washington Road, choosing where to eat can be a challenge. If you're looking for consistently good food, excellent cocktails, and service that goes above and beyond, this Carrabba's should be at the top of your list.

As we approached we saw the help wanted sign in the window and my wife said be prepared for slow service. Several tables were empty and we were told to sit anywhere. Shortly afterwards I noticed that there was a line out the door for pickup. They do a good take out business. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and they were just ok. Somehow I expected more than just mozzarella stuffed mushrooms. No real thought went into the dish. We also ordered a chef's salad and that exceeded our expectations for both presentation and quality. One small thing. I have a pet peeve about the entrees coming to the table while we are still working on the appetizer and that's what happened here. Our server, Taylor, did apologize and said that the mushroom appetizer takes longer to cook than most other appetizers and so our food was ready at the same time. Minus one star. I ordered the Greek pizza and holy cow was it good. I'm going to try to attach a picture. Truth is that I'm still eating it two days later. I could only eat two slices and I took most of the 14" pizza home. It's very heavy! And delicious. Would I go back again? Soon I hope.
