Stopped by here yesterday and ordered the combo basket as an appetizer and the large house special Pizza. Combo basket (4/5): This is a platter of a few of their appetizers including the fried cheese sticks, fried mushrooms, fried zuccini, and the fried broccoli cheese puffs. The batter was crispy on each appetizer. I enjoyed the cheese sticks and fried mushrooms and they went well with the marinara sauce. The broccoli cheese puffs were just ok to me, somewhat similar to the Green Giant frozen cheese/broccoli although the batter was just as enjoyable. Solid sharable appetizer. House special pizza (4/5): This is their special pizza with a good mix of meat/vegetable toppings. The crust itself is interesting. It kind of reminds me of a thin pretzel dough, with a slightly chewier texture. They are generous with the toppings, and I particularly enjoyed the sausage which had a slight sweetness to it. At about $12 for the appetizer and $26 for the large pizza, I felt the prices were fair and the service was attentive. I would come back again in the future. read more

After seeing all the rave reviews, I had to try this place! And boy, did they not disappoint. We were a group of 16, which they accommodated us outside. Grace, our waitress, was so sweet. Even the owner (I believe) popped in to greet us. The food was amazing! Our group got a mix of different dishes, but the general consensus was the pizza and stromboli was delicious! We all mutually agreed we would be coming back. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone who loves pizza. read more

Listen.... Thank goodness they moved to Evans. I got tired of driving down Washington Road for the best Italian in the area. Y'all.... The food is SO good, filling and hearty. It's all homemade and you can tell. Get the pasta platter/plate if you're undecided on what you want. There's a lil of everything in there. Man, I liked this place! It took me a long time to try it out when I was living in the CSRA, maybe because the name seemed a little silly (no offense.) I finally went for it one day when I was craving pasta and Caesar salad. Drove to the location, picked up my order to go, and ate it at home. Happy with the order. Enjoyed it so much that I went back about a month later and tried some pizza. I never once dined in there, however, I saw that the place was pretty busy with folks when I was there. They have regular tables as well as a large bar for bar seating. It is in a good shopping center and I like that you can park pretty much right out front. read more

Who doesn't love Italian food? Lately it's been a bit difficult to find quality Italian food but 2 Boys Pizza and Grill is amazing! What I expected was already prepared food that was warmed in the oven before getting to the table. When I took the first bite, and burned my tongue in the process, I knew this was fresh made like the menu stated. The food isn't made until you order and I love that! Staying at a hotel with the wife and we were in the mood to try a local pizza. Found this place on yelp and since it had good reviews and was close by we gave it a shot. Couldn't order over the phone. Kept getting a "number is no longer in service" message. Drove there and they were open so I ordered a large House Special Pizza to go. Wasn't very busy and the guy that I believe is the owner was very friendly, as was the staff. Restaurant area and kitchen appeared clean and comfortable. Pizza only took around 10 minutes. Took it back to the room and found it to be very good. Hot and had plenty of toppings. I prefer my pizza crust to be more NY style with a bit more "snap", however it was still good. Came in right at $30 for the pizza. A bit pricey but I'd go back if I was staying nearby in the future. Recommended. read more

Well at least I can say I tried it. The veal with spaghetti was a soggy mess. Claim to be an Italian restaurant and then serve frozen pre breaded veal. Also atmosphere was horrible. Door bell everytime the front door opens even though they had a hostess on duty at the front door. The waitresses were all sitting at a table in the corner talking loud and hollering at each other. When I buy a 13" meats pizza for $20, I would expect a 13" pizza, not an 10.75" pizza. I measured b/c it looked and was pretty small. Definitely false advertising based on the menu sizes. And charging $2 for a dipping side is redic as well. read more

A new location near neighborhood Walmart in Evans. Same owners . Same good food but a few new faces . It's a little bit more spread out than the old location so conversation is a little easier. I could be wrong but the same booths with the same same cute behind them were there. The menu has a lot of variety. There's a bar for beer, wine and soft drinks, of course. Pizza was carry out but very good. The place was hard to find! It's at the end of a string of storefronts and my GPS kept telling me it was in Walmart! It is not. The pizza was okay, it was nothing to write home about! Wings were not good at all! Some were so dry, it was like eating jerky. They tasted like they were heated up. This restaurant is fairly new to this location, but I think it will do just fine. We had a pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was excellent! The service was great, Shannon was a very attentive waitress and the owner even came out to each table to check on their food. It was a little empty and quiet when we were there, but it was at an odd time between lunch and dinner. I hear it can get packed for dinner. Never been to this part of Georgia before but good pizza in a pinch. Not my favorite or the best one I have eaten but it satisfied the craving for pizza. Not too expensive either which was nice. I will say we got the garlic bread and it just tasted like a small loaf of bread so nothing amazing in my opinion, but it was pillowy soft on the inside. Overall, service was quick and very friendly, as well as I appreciated that they did not skimp at all on the veggies/toppings so you'll definitely get your money's worth! read more

Good, solid pizza. I'd give them another shot. First, the pizza place is next door to a hotel (um...motel) that looks like "it" goes down there. I don't know what "it" is, but "it" definitely goes down at the residence next door. Shady drug deals, bedbugs, rooms by the hour - sorry, I've digressed into the discussion of "it"...back to my review. The service here is great. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and nice. They had desserts on site that looked amazing, but due to my newly found Peloton and attempt to minimize calories I didn't indulge. They had a cookies and cream cheesecake that made my mouth water. One day when I need some food therapy I'll come back and give that a shot. Ok...to the core competency. The pizza. The pizza was definitely loaded up with toppings. I had the house special and they definitely didn't cut costs with the amount of stuff they had on the pizza! Love it! My issues with the pizza were twofold: Where was the sauce? I like a decent amount of sauce with my pizza, but I don't recall much on their pizza. The crust...ummm...I wasn't a fan. It tasted like a doughy cracker. At least it wasn't sweet, but it wasn't particularly flavorful either. I had a greek salad which was delicious, but it's a greek salad, not too hard to mess up. They definitely beat out Pizza Hut, Papa John's and Dominos (especially with the service) - but the pizza could use a few changes. read more

After reading about 2 Boys in several places, I had to get in here to see what all the hype was about. We went on a Friday night, around 6pm and they have 4 or 5 tables and a very steady stream of takeout orders going. I had the meat lovers pizza and my husband had the chicken Alfredo and fried mushrooms. The Alfredo came with bread and a side salad. Now, I am going to make a VERY BOLD statement: This is quite possibly the best pizza in Augusta. They made it exactly like I asked- light sauce! It had so much meat, and the crust is spot on. Next time you want Pizza, I encourage you to get it at 2Boys. I tried my husband's chicken Alfredo, and I was blown away- the Alfredo sauce is homemade. We were very impressed with our meal and experience. Owner came out to check that we were happy with the food. 4 days later, we went back with a group of people. The staff and owners recognized us! They were so excited to see "their customers again!" Yes, 2 Boys is good for groups with kids. Again we had great meals and wonderful service. Please go support this new local business. read more

Nothing short of absolute perfection . Wings were full sized and covered in hot teriyaki. Delicious. Pizza was put together with love and care. Toppings were cut and distributed perfectly. This turtle cheesecake is just as good as it looks. On top of all that the owner was so welcoming and showed real passion for his restaurant. I didn't like the breading on the fried mushrooms, and our waitress seemed a little overwhelmed, but we would definitely come back for pizza. Went for the first time and was blown away by the meat lovers pizza. The toppings were so thick and the sauce and cheese combination delicious!
