Good food and service. You get what's posted in the restaurant. Iced tea was great with a lemon wedge. Didn't make me wear a mask. Would recommend for lunch. Open Monday-Saturday 10:00a-3:00p.

The patio roly poly augusta definitely has me not wanting to go back to work today. The cranapple cashew chicken wrap is the special this week and wow is it good. It has fresh basil chicken salad, baby spinach, dried cranberries, apples, carrots and cashews to add a perfect little crunch to every bite. I got the spicy honey mustard to dip mine in and of course you have to go with the jalapeno miss vickies chips.

Walnut Spinach Salad to go; so good.

I've been here a few times and every time I am pleased with my food and the service of the staff. They have hot and cold sandwich options, salads, soups, with a good variety of vegetarian options! The staff is always quick and friendly. They even have a frequent customer stamp card, so you know I'll be getting that free item soon. I can always rely on getting tasty food from friendly staff at this unique sandwich shop.

The panorama does not show the full restaurant. The indoors seats 52, the outdoors another 8.

I first visited a Roly Poly back in Jefferson City MO before I joined the Army. I was very happy when I saw the Roly Poly here. Same great food and even and few new ones on the menu as well. They have a kids menu, but it's not on the wall so ask. If you check in with yelp you get a free cookie with the purchase of a sandwich, or you did when I visited yesterday (6/2/2015). The only thing I was disappointed in was I expected my chipotle chicken to be spicy, but I hadn't read the sandwich description clearly. So it was my fault. I snapped a few pictures of the menu and posted them, they might help you choose your roll. I myself like hot pressed over the cold rolled but the caesar roll is good too.

#52 hickory chicken, 12" hot pressed $6.50

The owner is very friendly and calls everyone by name. Great place! All day Friday in uniform any size any sandwich FREE for military! Awesome deal. - Friendly staff - Menu variety - Good price - Flavorful - Clean location When I saw hot the cold rolls came out I wanted to get something I couldn't make at home. I order my hot pressed roll and was delighted. The texture, quality and flavor were better than expected. I ordered the hickory chicken, 12" hot pressed ($6.50). The sauce had so much flavor and didn't drip all over when I took a bite. Some places you have to change your shirt after you eat BBQ, but not here. You get flavor without the mess!

Not that great. It was a sandwich that I could have made on my own. I had the turkey roll. Just bland. I wouldn't return!

The Santa Fe chicken wrap and potato salad is always my go to here!

I love coming to Roly Poly, it's a great quick spot for lunch and everything tastes fresh. The staff is always as great as the food. I don't know what they put in their potato salad but I could eat just that for lunch. It's delicious! Highly recommend stopping in for lunch whether you're on break from work or out shopping. This place is a must

Believe it or not, this was my first visit to Roly Poly. I've seen the sandwich shop in several cities and I've never had the pleasure of dining here until recently. So, I recently moved and after updating my address I started to receive several offers in the mail from local restaurants welcoming me to the neighborhood. Roly Poly actually offered a free sandwich, which was really awesome. I ordered the veggie option, which was great. I also had one of their irresistible Chocolate Chip cookies. Also, an A+. I ordered everything to-go, so I didn't dine-in. I'll visit again soon.

Vegetable soup, very hearty

It's a small little place that makes wraps, soups and salads. My bowl of vegetable soup was a little small for the price, but it was very good. Keeping lunch light I got a 6" nutty avocado, which was a bunch of vegetables, cashews and avocado with balsamic vinaigrette. It was very delicious and well made. I liked how they had the calorie counts on the menu. Overall, if you're trying to eat healthy on the go and subway isn't your jam, give this place a shot. Their food is way fresher and less processed anyway.

If your are hungry do not come to this place because you will leave hungry. Portions are way to small specially for the price.

Southern charm, incredible lunch, legendary desserts, and truly wonderful service…read more Boll Weevil is one of those places that feels like you stumbled into something special. From the moment you see the brick building and walk inside, you get this warm, classic Georgia café vibe. It is cozy, welcoming, and full of character. It is the kind of place you want to slow down and enjoy. We came in for lunch and everything was outstanding. I had the Curious George, which is turkey topped with spinach dip and provolone cheese on sourdough bread. It was absolutely fantastic. Warm, savory, and perfectly balanced, it felt like true comfort food done right. It also came with a fresh side salad and great dressing that honestly could have been a meal on its own. My boys ordered the chicken quesadilla and nachos, and both were big wins. The quesadilla was crispy and cheesy. The nachos were fully loaded with seasoned beef, black beans, melted cheese, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, plus salsa and ranch on the side. The portions were generous and the flavors were excellent. Then came the desserts. We tried chocolate cake, carrot cake, and red velvet cake. We ordered half slices and they were still huge. Every single one was incredible. The red velvet and carrot cake were made with real cream cheese frosting. The carrot cake was rich and moist. The chocolate cake was deeply decadent. Pairing the carrot cake with a cup of their coffee was the perfect finish. The coffee was smooth and flavorful and exactly what you want with dessert. We were also lucky enough to be taken care of by Reagan, who was incredibly kind, beautifully stylish, and so helpful with my boys and me. She gave great recommendations on dishes and portion sizes. Her warmth and attention truly elevated the entire experience. Between the cozy atmosphere, outstanding food, unforgettable desserts, and exceptional service, Boll Weevil is now officially a must stop every time we are in Augusta. Come hungry. Save room for cake.

Pros: Nice waiter…read more Quick service Inexpensive Right next to the Riverwalk. Cons: A/C set very low, we were freezing Spinach dip was okay but salty and had a vinegary taste. Turkey and rice soup was very salty, not warm enough. The bread on our sandwiches were not a good quality... and not fresh Sides with sandwiches were subpar.... Regular chips on one and tasteless pasta salad on the other.

DIM SUM | we stopped through Augusta for lunch on our way to Charleston and stumbled upon Meimei's…read moreDim Sum House, which was a pleasant surprise. It was a cold winter day and I just wanted something comforting for lunch. It was quiet but not empty inside Meimei's and we were quickly seated and placed our order. They had dim sum on the menu so we decided to try the dim sum sampler, which came with two steamed pork dumplings, 2 veg crystal dumplings, 2 siu mai and 1 char siu bao. While it could easily feed one, it was also great for sharing. We also ordered an order of lotus leaf sticky rice, fried pork glutinous dumplings, taro custard pastries and a bowl of hot and sour soup. The dim sum sampler was surprisingly pretty. The color of the veg crystal dumplings was one of the most insta-worthy things I've ever seen! The taste of everything was a-ok. Definitely worth a try, though! We loved the fried poor glutinous dumplings - fried to crispy perfection without being overly greasy. And the taro custard pastries were the perfect not too sweet way to end the meal. I was a little disappointed in the lotus leaf sticky rice. The texture was off and flavor was bland. Next time I'm in stopping through Augusta, I'll definitely be back at Meimei's for dim sum!!

This place is probably the only DIm Sum place in Augusta…read more The Dim Sim is very meh. When tasting multiple types of Dim Sum it's mainly the dough wrapped around it feels more overwhelming than the actual meat inside so on average it's about, maybe a 4/10. BUT the most craziest part is their Sizzling Rice soup is probably the one of the few best soups I've had. The broth extremely good being a lot of Sizzling rice soups are very bland this is different. Their desserts are also very good being their Sesame Ball and their Taro Custard is also probably the best and their green tea custard The identify of this place is very wierd because I actually enjoyed more of their soups and other dishes and desserts than their Dim Sum even though it's called the Dim Sum House.
