Super friendly and delicious Vietnamese food! Every time!!! Eat in or dine out excellent experience!

Tina W.

There should be zero stars. To begin I got the pho and it was cold. When I told him he said to go home and microwave it. I didn't pay $20 for a cold cup of broth will be calling the health department bc they have to maintain the food at a certain temperature. Ridiculously small portions for the price

This is our second time coming and like always great customer service and exploding flavorful food. You will not be disappointed at all. This is my sisters favorite restaurant and comes here all the time with my niece and I see why. Everything tastes so fresh and seasoned to perfection. Will definitely come back again. I recommend 100%.

Great service & great food. Everything was full of flavor and delicious. We also had the pork skewers, they were so good we took an order home to go.

House Special Pho

I got the House Special Pho to-go. Found this to be good light weight and filling. Service was good never had an issue in the times I've ordered. - I did find a lil nat bug thing in broth. Not mad, I've had worse from other places.

Crispy fried egg noodles with beef

I've had positive experiences with Banh Mi Dang in the past, so I brought my (immigrant Southeast Asian) parents here to try it out. Note that they are not Vietnamese, but they thoroughly enjoyed the food here and actually came here on their own accord without me a few days later. The meat was bursting with flavor, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. We ordered the crispy fried noodles with beef, pork skewers, goi cuon (spring rolls), house special pho, strawberry boba, five spice banh mi. The mediocre: - house special pho: broth didn't have a lot of flavor. Tasted bland. - strawberry milk boba: just ok. Boba was undercooked. Actual milk drink tastes artificial and like it came from a powdered mix. The great: - crispy fried noodles with beef: loved the crispy and crunchy texture of the noodles. The beef and seasonings were okay, but the noodles definitely made up for them. - pork skewers: SUPER well-seasoned. I really wanna know how they season this so I can try to recreate it at home, but of course that wouldn't be a great business tactic for them. - goi cuon: had the same type of pork inside as the pork skewers, so had a lot of incredible flavor. Loved it. - five spice banh mi: easily the best value item on this list. Meat is well-seasoned, portions are generous, and you get a balanced meal in one easy sandwich. Baguette bread is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The classic banh mi experience. I will continue to bring my patronage here, despite the 25 minute drive for me. Too good to pass up!

Charsiu por and shredded pork skin banh mi (banh mi bi thit) - delicious!
Andrea L.

Delicious food and MUCH improved service since my last review and that makes me so happy! I've since become obsessed with their pork banh mi (the char siu and pork skin as well as grilled pork), grilled pork rolls, and honeycomb cake. Their banh mi is made with delicious bread, fresh veggies and the meats are juicy and high quality. Banh mi Dang's caphe sua da coffee is also strong and not overly sweet or diluted. Another plus for Banh mi Dang is the online ordering - you can order in the restaurant, phone, or online for takeout. And of course, you can also eat in. There have been times in which I've ordered takeout, but decided to stay in and eat - they still made sure I was taken care of at my table. Congrats, Banh mi Dang. I know it's been a journey but you are one of my favorite restaurants in the CSRA.

Thai Tea very good!!!!!

Do not recommend this place. They advertise they are open on Sunday's 11am-7pm but that is not true.

Stopped by Seoul Korean Kitchen the other day to try their Jjajangmyeon and kimchi jjigae…read more Banchan 3.5/5: The kimchi was pretty standard, similar to what you would get from a decent brand at H mart. The bean sprouts were a bit salty. Chili cucumber was well seasoned and refreshing, and the sliced fish cake was the highlight with a slight sweet and sesame oil flavor. Each dish supposedly comes with a banchan, but if you eat with another person, then you get 1 set of banchan only with 1 refill and additional refills cost $2.50 which was different from most cities I have been to with a more established asian food scene (Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, etc). jjajangmyeon 4/5: The jjajangmyeon had decent portions. The noodles were really nice and chewy, and the sauce on top had a slight sweetness to it that made it different from the chinese jiajiang mian I normally eat. There were plenty of zucchini and onion pieces, and the pork was tender and just a bit fatty which I enjoyed. Highlight of the meal. Kimchi Jjigae 3/5: The kimchi jjigae comes with kimchi, tofu, and pork pieces in a stew and a side of rice. The stew itself comes out piping hot but is almost 90% kimchi and minimal tofu and pork. Very few pieces of tofu and pork, unlike the jjajangmyeon which had more generous amounts of pork. The rice bowl it comes with is quite small. We ran out well before the kimchi stew was completed, and they charge $2 for rice refills. Overall, the food was decent and service is solid. Pricing was slightly steep with a bowl of jjajangmyeon (noodles with stir fry pork sauce overlying) running at $19 and a bowl of mostly kimchi and a few pieces of tofu/pork pieces costing $17. Their banchan/rice refill policy is questionable, but the food scratches the itch in a city with a smaller Korean population and minimal competition.

I thought she meant we were late and I apologized asking if we should leave. She immediately put me at ease and said no worries, we would definitely be served, and proceeded to seat us. That right there was amazing! We ordered the pork Mandu for appetizer and beef bulgogi as main dish which came with 4 sides. Both were very well made and enough helping for 2. The owner, Ms. Min came in as we were finishing up and greeted us with a big, warm smile. She came to our table and chatted with us for a few minutes. Very sweet lady. We enjoyed eating there and their hospitality. Will definitely go again. The place was very clean and pleasant. Good for groups too with ample seating. Got the grilled chicken & steak, which was solid. The grilled chicken had a great char flavor, while the steak tasted like something you'd eat at a hibachi restaurant. The fried rice wasn't oily or dry, best part was how's the portion was. Got a side of 6 piece gyoza which was meat and vegetable filled; that was also non oily and fried just right. Took about 7-8 minutes for the order to come out which was a fast then around. Plenty of room for dining & facilities were pretty clean. They also have other menu items like bubble teas and ramen. Definitely a diverse menu, will certainly be back.

The atmosphere looks nice, if a tad plain. But some of the tables had to be scooted out to get into the seat and they were heavy on a granite floor so loud screeching accompanied the otherwise silent room. Fast food style service and the annoying receipt signing which fast food shouldn't have was present. Also, the toilet wouldn't flush. All over, I'm not sure it really earned the star I gave it.
