It's got the vibe of a sit down restaurant but it's fast food service. You shouldn't have to sing a receipt here, but alas, you do. Very friendly staff here and I'm quite enjoying these tacos. They're deceptively spicy.

Came for an early dinner with my friend around 5pm-ish on a Sunday. There was only 1 other table when we first got there but by the time we were leaving about 1 hour later the place was packed. Ordering was easy peasy at the counter and they bring out your food. Service was very speedy. I love the options and there's something for everyone. My friend got the stir-fry noodles with tofu that smelled so good. I opted for the beef ramen that had the perfect amount of spice and tender pieces of beef. Looking forward to trying the other ramen flavors next time I go.

The food is great. The build your own is so customizable. I like that they have so many options to choose from (I do wish i could add sautéed mushrooms). The online ordering system is super easy and straightforward. The building feels and looks clean and the staff are nice.

I love this place because their build a bowls are so good and tasty. I always get the shrimp with half quinoa and spring veggies as well as broccoli, egg, kimchi, zucchini and yum yum sauce as well as spicy chili sauce. My daughter had the ramen bowl with fried egg- she said it was delicious and so were the volcano rolls. You get quick fast service at both locations.

My husband and I were craving Asian food so we decided to check this place out based on its appealing reviews and proximity to our house. We stopped in this evening (Friday) and it was bustling. There was a line to order but they had menus to review while waiting. We decided to get the black garlic ramen with pork belly, the pork belly baos, and a hibachi chicken plate. Thankfully, the bussers were on it and were clearing off vacant tables quickly to accommodate other customers. We grabbed a table, and within a few short minutes our food arrived. I mean like probably 5 mins, maybe. The service was very fast! And I was very please and a little surprised by the volume of patrons they were serving. The baos were excellent. The pork belly was nice and thick, very well marinated, and not overly fatty. I loved the addition of crunchy peanuts, carrots, and pickled onions which provided a nice textural contrast to the pillowy bao buns and soft pork belly. The hibachi chicken was great, and I loved the vegetables. The portion size was adequate as well. No skimping here. The black garlic ramen was good. The broth had a nice rich flavor and the noodles felt and tasted hand made (although I'm not sure if they are). They also did NOT hold back with their protein portion here. I'm unaccustomed to being able to choose my protein with ramen and we opted for the pork belly. The ramen came with 4 pretty hefty pieces of pork belly. Normally, other ramen places give you two of the thinnest slices of pork chasu known to man. So this was a pleasant surprise. My only critique of the ramen is that I wish it had actual garlic cloves in the ramen (as all other black garlic ramens I've had before do) and I wish there were some chili oil to give it a little extra kick, if desired. They did have sriracha, but I couldn't bring myself to put it in the ramen. The restaurant was clean, and in a cute little strip mall in Evans Town Center. We will definitely be back to try more menu items in the future! I was eyeing their milk teas that others ordered so I will definitely have to try those next time!

I think I have found my favorite ramen at Mirin in Evans. This roasted black garlic ramen with wavy noodles has tasty umami flavors and is great to have on a cold night. Definitely recommend and there are other great entrees to have. Build your own bowl is a must try.

Everything I've had is AMAZING. The staff always welcomes us in. The restaurant is clean, bright & cheery. Service is progressional and fast. Food is made fresh and delivered as it's prepared. You can't go wrong with any of the ramen or rice bowls (build your own or ask for suggestions!) You can definitely opt for more nutrient dense, lower calorie options if that's your thing.

This was a really pleasant surprise. My friend and I were planning on going to another restaurant, but it fell through. So we saw this close by and decided to give it a shot. I'm glad we did. It's got a friendly knowledgeable staff and a good little modern atmosphere. It is tucked away, so it might be more difficult to spot, but it's worth it. I had the noodle bowl with pork belly. It was delicious! The pork belly was melt in your mouth good, and the noodles tasted great too. I think they were Lo Mein style noodles. They were served with their version of yum yum sauce, which was quite nice. My friend got the Pho bowl with spare ribs. I didn't taste it, but she assured me that it was most excellent. Her only regret? Was getting some teriyaki sauce to try on the spare rib. To be fair, the guy working said he wouldn't recommend the flavor combination. She only tried a little piece in the teriyaki sauce and quickly agreed with him. After lunch, she tried one of their strawberry boba drinks for dessert. She assured me that, it too, was a winner. On the all, great service, great food, and I had great company to enjoy it all with. I'd say give this place a try, you probably won't regret it.

I am here on a work trip and have been looking for a place to eat at that's not highly processed and fake. I've finally found it. The vibe is very elegant and clean in here, the staff was super nice and friendly. I came right as they opened and they all seemed excited to see me instead of dreading the first few customers. The food was exactly what I was hoping it'd be, fresh and on the healthier side. The prices are very fair as well, I think they'll have awesome business if they don't raise all the prices and continue making it a great experience for customers.I will definitely become a regular here for the next few months! Please try it out

Got the grilled chicken & steak, which was solid. The grilled chicken had a great char flavor, while the steak tasted like something you'd eat at a hibachi restaurant. The fried rice wasn't oily or dry, best part was how's the portion was. Got a side of 6 piece gyoza which was meat and vegetable filled; that was also non oily and fried just right. Took about 7-8 minutes for the order to come out which was a fast then around. Plenty of room for dining & facilities were pretty clean. They also have other menu items like bubble teas and ramen. The atmosphere looks nice, if a tad plain. But some of the tables had to be scooted out to get into the seat and they were heavy on a granite floor so loud screeching accompanied the otherwise silent room. Fast food style service and the annoying receipt signing which fast food shouldn't have was present. Also, the toilet wouldn't flush. All over, I'm not sure it really earned the star I gave it.

But I found this little spot in a shopping center on the outskirts and they're doing some stuff right. I was drawn in by a wallet-friendly lunch special menu, which yielded a decent variety of vegetable and tofu-based options. My tofu with hot peppers was a very credible Hunan-style dish as the place's name would suggest, with dried hot peppers and a lively black bean sauce. The option for brown or fried rice was no extra charge, or if you did want to pay more you could get lo mein instead. I added a spring roll, which compared to my main dish was a bit overpriced but was tasty and, as with the other dishes around me, nicely plated. Their menu suggests a Malaysian influence as well, and I'd be happy to return for dinner to try something different.
