Service was standard when visiting a Chinese spot. It was pretty busy which is always a good sign. We got chicken lo mein, general Tsos chicken, and crab Rangoon. Crab Rangoon was really good. Usually the cream cheese is the star of the show but these tasted great. Lo mein was good. General Tsos chicken was not. There were green peppers that overwhelmed the chicken. I really like this place, and have been there twice now since we moved here a few months ago. The food's all standard fare Chinese cuisine (American Chinese cuisine, anyway) but at the higher end of standard with quality meat and ingredients. There's room for improvement, the fried rice is flavorful but a little dry and needs sauce from a main dish added, the Lo Mein is a bit on the greasy side, no major complaints though. Service is quick and accurate, pickup orders take 10-15 minutes to prepare. Place is clean and well kept, plastic screens in place for COVID precautions and plenty of easily accessible hand sanitizer. But what really sells this place is the little girl they have running the counter. She can't be more than seven or eight and takes the phone orders, figures up the bills, and takes your payment. All flawlessly. I know adults that could stand for some customer service lessons from her. This will probably be my go-to chinese takeout place for the foreseeable future. read more

Used to be my favorite Chinese place in Evans. The biggest draw? Their amazing dumplings. Delicious dough wrapped around a generous helping of delicious meats. Easily the best dumplings in the area. However, something changed over the last few weeks, and their quality took a severe nose-dive. Not only have the dumplings turned into something reminiscent of the cheapest freezer-dumplings at the gas station, but some of their other dishes have been affected as well. Beef & broccoli has turned to overly-sweet grade-zero beef, and the crab rangoon is now roughly 75% wonton dough. The only upside to the recent change is their General Tso's chicken is better. Those dumplings need to go back to their old ways though. read more

Fantastic food, service, and cleanliness. It is my "go to" for Chinese food. The dining area is small so most of their business seems to be takeout. They always go over what dishes are in the take out bags with what u ordered prior to leaving. So I've never had an incorrect order. The dishes are plentiful with enough to share or save for leftovers. Your food is cooked to order and taste quite fresh. Friendly vegan meals Extensive menu to include a lunch menu where l asked for fried rice without the pig or egg and they said they never use egg and they were happy to omit the pig. Ordered Broccoli Beef and they were happy to substitute tofu for the beef and it was super. The other order was mixed veggies for $6.99. But I asked for Gen Tao's sauce on the veggies and make it spicy. While not actually spicy it tasted fine and was not over oily. On both orders the food quality is good-the vegetables cooked to perfection and fresh. Don't come here for atmosphere-basic surroundings, clearly mostly a take out but does have tables for seating. VERY CLEAN-I even saw the clerk use disinfectant wipes to clean the tables and the napkin dispensers. Metal utensils for those who dine in is a nice plus. Friendly young woman took our order. We called in pick up order. It was ready on time and quickly (15 mins) my husband got chicken wings and chicken fried rice that he said was "ok". I got almond chicken which was decent. The sauce was tasty but the chicken was like the puff battered chicken, just not what I'm used to but again was decent. They didn't have any egg rolls for some reason so I was pretty let down by that. They subbed a spring roll which was very greasy and I didn't eat but half of. There are not many Chinese options near us so we were SO excited when we heard Top China was coming! We've been SEVERAL times -- at least 6 and we've never been disappointed. Their veggie lo mein, sesame chicken, veggie fried rice, egg rolls + crab Rangoon are our go-tos! We tried their orange chicken and it's not my favorite because it has real orange peel in it and it has a bite-- although, I am comparing it to the sweet orange chicken at Panda Express. The staff here is friendly and helpful! The menu is huge and I want to try more things on it. One tip- I would recommend a "No Sunglasses behind the counter" rule... and that's only because I've gone in several times and seen employees with sunglasses on while taking customer's orders. That may come off as a little disrespectful to some people and seems disengaged plus, I personally like making eye contact with who I'm talking to. Stopped in here for lunch...it was early and the location just opened. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. The Resturant was clean and the menu was well displayed. I've been on the hunt for a new local Chinese Resturant since we moved...this one was pretty decent but not my favorite. I ordered the lunch sesame chicken with veggie fried rice instead of pork. My food was cooked to order, it took about 10 minutes and everything was fresh. Overall the food was pretty good but like I said not my favorite...I'm willing to go there again and give another go. I live about 3 miles from this location and I have to say they are very respectful, hard working and do what they can. If you live in riverwood it whispering pines please understand that they are family owned and don the best they can to make what you'd like as fast as possible. I personally love their food. They're quick, friendly, and I enjoy their food. There is a lack of takeout in the area, so I'm glad they're around. It's been my go-to Chinese since I've moved in the area and I've tried a little bit of everything. I also feel they've been great during the COVID-19 pandemic and took this seriously when others in the area did not. They've always had gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer ready to go. They do not tell you (nor are there signs, nor is it printed on the menu) that that charge you a quarter for using your card. I normally don't give reviews at all, let alone a bad review! But, for the Top China restaurant in River wood plantation area by Publix shopping center, I really have to give my review. I have purchased and placed orders three times with Top China in Evans GA in Riverwood shopping center. Every time I ordered, Szaechwan Sea food or Sea food delight, chicken lowmin, chicken and broccoli and two hot and sour soups. All three times, the food were disappointment, the food were very Greasy, the Szechwan been extra sweet and oily, the lowmin always mushy and as for the soup I don't know how to even begin to describe it. Their hot and sour soup always water downed and about 2 inches of oil stands on top the soup, when removing the cover! I believe 3 times of trying this place was more then enough, the food seems to be very unhealthy from what I could see with my orders.... I hope this place changes the quality of their food. I am a firm believer that they can, if they just take their time and focus in providing healthier food for their customers. Chinese food is one of my favorite food, but top China has ruined it for me for now! read more
